本发明属于鱼饲料的制备技术领域,具体涉及一种观赏鱼饲料的制备方法。
背景技术
观赏鱼以它独特的形体、优美的运动、缤纷的色彩受到了人们的喜爱,在喜爱的同时一定很关注它们的健康与成长,为它们选择什么样的饲料就非常重要,目前观赏鱼饲料主要分为动物性饲料、植物性饲料、人工配合饲料三大类,人工配合饲料能有效的摈弃动植物饲料的诸多不足,依据观赏鱼对各种营养物质的需求和其生理、生长、消化吸收特点来人工配比、搭配,但目前市场上复合型的人工配合饲料还没有,难以满足不同观赏鱼的饲料需要。通过改良饲料的配方,增强鱼的机体免疫力,减少对各种抗生素药物的使用,是行业的发展趋势。因此,研制一种观赏鱼饲料,完善饲料的营养性,提高蛋白质含量,提高饲料利用率,促进观赏鱼的生长发育,预防疾病,就成了众多养殖户的期望。
现有技术中,观赏鱼市场的开发前景广阔,从世界市场看,观赏鱼出口亚洲居首位,供应量占全球市场总量的50%以上,但我国观赏鱼出口贸易很小。从重量上看,1995年世界出口13571吨,而中国出口仅460吨(占3.4%);从金额上看,1999年出口金额232.2万美元,仅占世界观赏鱼出口额的1.4%。事实上,我国观赏鱼市场很活跃,但总成不了规模,没有自己的特点。观赏鱼养殖厂家大多是一个模式,一个套路,在世界观赏鱼行业中名声不大。究其原因主要是养殖品种档次低,体形,色泽没有特点。而就观赏鱼的商品价值而言,其中一个非常重要的指标在于鱼体的色彩,一旦失去鲜艳的颜色,就会影响欣赏价值。然而在现有的养殖条件下,一些观赏鱼的体色与自然状态下生活的同种个体有某些差异。其主要表现在颜色减退,部分漂亮的条纹消失,造成养殖观赏鱼这种体色变异的原因,可能是它们的生活环境不同,而更主要的原因是缺少先进有效的防病保健营养饲料和水质管理技术,使观赏鱼很难上新的台阶。而对于影响观赏鱼体色素沉淀的重要因素有:(1)饲料和动物体内的过氧化物含量过高,影响其体色素沉淀,因而保护动物体内脂肪和色素免受氧化破坏是一重要措施;(2)鱼色素沉积是鱼的健康状况的另一重要因素,如消化道疾病,寄生虫病,沙门氏菌病等会降低观赏鱼对饲料中各种成分(包括色素)的消化和吸收,影响色素沉着。随着观赏鱼养殖业向名、特、优、新方向发展,改善养殖对象体色问题已日趋紧迫。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种观赏鱼饲料的制备方法,本发明制备的饲料在抗氧化、提高免疫力、抑制病原菌、调节免疫功能等的作用效果佳,对观赏鱼的增色及增重具有一定的作用。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案
一种观赏鱼饲料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
a、将壳聚糖、麸皮、豆粕、花生秸秆和山药混合放入粉碎机中粉碎,在120-150℃下烘焙25-35min,再磨制成粉,得到混合物一;
b、将混合物一放入搅拌机中,加入基础饲料、面包虫粉、鸡肉粉、鸡血粉、泥鳅粉和水混合搅拌均匀,在200-250℃下煮制40-60min,得到混合物二;
c、向混合物二中加入马铃薯、玉米、添加剂和粘合剂混合搅拌成泥,再加入米酒、 糖精和大豆油,搅拌20-30min,得到混合物三;
d、将混合物三放入烘焙箱中,在80-100℃下,烘焙至含水量在4%以下,再利用粉碎机粉碎成粒径在3-5mm的颗粒,即可。
优选的,所述观赏鱼饲料包括以下重量份的原料:壳聚糖20-30份、麸皮12-14份、豆粕14-19份、花生秸秆22-25份、山药13-17份、基础饲料22-28份、面包虫粉14-19份、鸡肉粉12-14份、鸡血粉12-16份、泥鳅粉13-15份、水14-17份、马铃薯22-24份、玉米12-14份、添加剂19-22份、粘合剂11-15份、米酒13-14份、 糖精13-16份和大豆油14-22份。
优选的,所述步骤a的壳聚糖,其脱乙酰度为65-75%,分子量为30-50万。
优选的,所述步骤b的基础饲料包括粗蛋白、粗脂肪、酵母粉和紫菜,还有适量的钾、铜、铁离子。
优选的,所述步骤c的添加剂为天然色素和甜菜碱的混合物。
优选的,所述天然色素位花青素、虾青素、原花色素和辣椒色素中的任一种或多种的混合。
优选的,所述步骤c的粘合剂由面粉和赋形剂组成。
优选的,所述赋形剂为羧甲基纤维素、明胶、糊精、糖衣和胶囊中的任一种或多种的混合。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明中的壳聚糖具有抗氧化活性,而抗氧化剂能降低饵料和动物体内过氧化物的含量,保护脂肪和色素免受氧化破坏,因此,壳聚糖可以作为抗氧化剂添加到饲养观赏鱼的饲料中。
本发明中的壳聚糖可以激活机体免疫系统,促进体液免疫和细胞免疫功能,可提高巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和水解酶的活性,因此,壳聚糖在观赏鱼体中有增加血淋巴吞噬细胞的能力,是一种很好的调节观赏鱼机体免疫力的添加剂。
本发明制备的鱼饲料提供适合鱼生长所需的营养,助长其发育,增长食欲,实现鱼快速增长,减少了死亡率。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种观赏鱼饲料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
a、将壳聚糖、麸皮、豆粕、花生秸秆和山药混合放入粉碎机中粉碎,在150℃下烘焙25min,再磨制成粉,得到混合物一;
b、将混合物一放入搅拌机中,加入基础饲料、面包虫粉、鸡肉粉、鸡血粉、泥鳅粉和水混合搅拌均匀,在200℃下煮制40min,得到混合物二;
c、向混合物二中加入马铃薯、玉米、添加剂和粘合剂混合搅拌成泥,再加入米酒、 糖精和大豆油,搅拌20min,得到混合物三;
d、将混合物三放入烘焙箱中,在80℃下,烘焙至含水量在4%以下,再利用粉碎机粉碎成粒径在3mm的颗粒,即可。
观赏鱼饲料包括以下重量份的原料:壳聚糖20份、麸皮14份、豆粕14份、花生秸秆22份、山药13份、基础饲料28份、面包虫粉14份、鸡肉粉12份、鸡血粉12份、泥鳅粉13份、水17份、马铃薯22份、玉米12份、添加剂19份、粘合剂11份、米酒14份、 糖精13份和大豆油22份。
步骤a的壳聚糖,其脱乙酰度为65%,分子量为30万。
步骤b的基础饲料包括粗蛋白、粗脂肪、酵母粉和紫菜,还有适量的钾、铜、铁离子。
步骤c的添加剂为天然色素和甜菜碱的混合物。
天然色素位花青素、虾青素、原花色素和辣椒色素的混合。
步骤c的粘合剂由面粉和赋形剂组成。
赋形剂为羧甲基纤维素、明胶、糊精、糖衣和胶囊的混合。
实施例2
一种观赏鱼饲料的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
a、将壳聚糖、麸皮、豆粕、花生秸秆和山药混合放入粉碎机中粉碎,在150℃下烘焙35min,再磨制成粉,得到混合物一;
b、将混合物一放入搅拌机中,加入基础饲料、面包虫粉、鸡肉粉、鸡血粉、泥鳅粉和水混合搅拌均匀,在250℃下煮制60min,得到混合物二;
c、向混合物二中加入马铃薯、玉米、添加剂和粘合剂混合搅拌成泥,再加入米酒、 糖精和大豆油,搅拌30min,得到混合物三;
d、将混合物三放入烘焙箱中,在100℃下,烘焙至含水量在4%以下,再利用粉碎机粉碎成粒径在5mm的颗粒,即可。
观赏鱼饲料包括以下重量份的原料:壳聚糖20份、麸皮12份、豆粕19份、花生秸秆22份、山药13份、基础饲料22份、面包虫粉14份、鸡肉粉12份、鸡血粉12份、泥鳅粉13份、水14份、马铃薯24份、玉米12份、添加剂19份、粘合剂15份、米酒14份、 糖精16份和大豆油14份。
步骤a的壳聚糖,其脱乙酰度为65%,分子量为50万。
步骤b的基础饲料包括粗蛋白、粗脂肪、酵母粉和紫菜,还有适量的钾、铜、铁离子。

c、向混合物二中加入马铃薯、玉米、添加剂和粘合剂混合搅拌成泥,再加入米酒、 糖精和大豆油,搅拌30min,得到混合物三;
d、将混合物三放入烘焙箱中,在80℃下,烘焙至含水量在4%以下,再利用粉碎机粉碎成粒径在3mm的颗粒,即可。
观赏鱼饲料包括以下重量份的原料:壳聚糖20份、麸皮12份、豆粕19份、花生秸秆22份、山药13份、基础饲料28份、面包虫粉14份、鸡肉粉14份、鸡血粉16份、泥鳅粉15份、水17份、马铃薯24份、玉米12份、添加剂19份、粘合剂15份、米酒14份、 糖精13份和大豆油16份。
步骤a的壳聚糖,其脱乙酰度为65%,分子量为50万。
步骤b的基础饲料包括粗蛋白、粗脂肪、酵母粉和紫菜,还有适量的钾、铜、铁离子。
步骤c的添加剂为天然色素和甜菜碱的混合物。
天然色素位花青素、虾青素、原花色素和辣椒色素的混合。
步骤c的粘合剂由面粉和赋形剂组成。
赋形剂为羧甲基纤维素、明胶、糊精、糖衣和胶囊的混合。
检测实施例1、实施例2和实施例3制备的饲料喂养观赏鱼的死亡率,如下表:

Claims (8)
1.一种观赏鱼饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
a、将壳聚糖、麸皮、豆粕、花生秸秆和山药混合放入粉碎机中粉碎,在120-150℃下烘焙25-35min,再磨制成粉,得到混合物一;
b、将混合物一放入搅拌机中,加入基础饲料、面包虫粉、鸡肉粉、鸡血粉、泥鳅粉和水混合搅拌均匀,在200-250℃下煮制40-60min,得到混合物二;
c、向混合物二中加入马铃薯、玉米、添加剂和粘合剂混合搅拌成泥,再加入米酒、 糖精和大豆油,搅拌20-30min,得到混合物三;
d、将混合物三放入烘焙箱中,在80-100℃下,烘焙至含水量在4%以下,再利用粉碎机粉碎成粒径在3-5mm的颗粒,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种观赏鱼饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述观赏鱼饲料包括以下重量份的原料:壳聚糖20-30份、麸皮12-14份、豆粕14-19份、花生秸秆22-25份、山药13-17份、基础饲料22-28份、面包虫粉14-19份、鸡肉粉12-14份、鸡血粉12-16份、泥鳅粉13-15份、水14-17份、马铃薯22-24份、玉米12-14份、添加剂19-22份、粘合剂11-15份、米酒13-14份、 糖精13-16份和大豆油14-22份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种观赏鱼饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a的壳聚糖,其脱乙酰度为65-75%,分子量为30-50万。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种观赏鱼饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b的基础饲料包括粗蛋白、粗脂肪、酵母粉和紫菜,还有适量的钾、铜、铁离子。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种观赏鱼饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c的添加剂为天然色素和甜菜碱的混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种观赏鱼饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述天然色素位花青素、虾青素、原花色素和辣椒色素中的任一种或多种的混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种观赏鱼饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c的粘合剂由面粉和赋形剂组成。
8.根据权利要求8所述的一种观赏鱼饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述赋形剂为羧甲基纤维素、明胶、糊精、糖衣和胶囊中的任一种或多种的混合。
