Abstract
本发明涉及磁性纤维布,属于功能纤维布技术领域。本发明解决的技术问题是提供舒适性好的磁性纤维布。本发明磁性纤维布,由以下重量百分比的组分纺织而成:磁性纤维20~30%;粘胶纤维15~20%;蚕丝5~10%;聚四氟乙烯纤维2~8%;海藻纤维2~8%;其余为涤纶纤维。本发明采用特定方法制备磁性纤维,磁性颗粒均匀植入在纤维内部,不易脱落,耐洗涤、耐摩擦,纤维强度高,磁性好。采用该磁性纤维制备的磁性纤维布,重量轻,质地柔软,透气性好,舒适性高,且具有较好磁疗作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及磁性纤维布,属于功能纤维布技术领域。
背景技术
人类发现磁铁已有3500年的历史,人们对磁疗在很早以前就开始进行了应用。例如:15世纪,瑞士医生Paracelsus证明了磁铁的医疗保健作用,他在国际上发表了首篇关于磁铁对抗机体炎症的医学研究论文。又例如:16世纪,英国医生William Giibert开展了大量的电与磁的研究,并出版了世界上最早的磁疗著作“De Magne”。
磁性纤维是一种对人体具有一定保健作用的功能纤维。人体具有生物磁场,每一个细胞都是一个微磁单元,因此外界磁场的变化会通过神经、体液等系统影响人体的生理机能。基于这种原理,将具有磁性的纺织纤维织造成保健织物——如塑身保健内衣等,来调整人体的机能,可以起到抗病保健的效果。
磁性纤维一般采用混纺的方法制得,磁粉的含量将会极大程度的影响纤维的强度,如果磁粉含量高,其强度将会降低,因此,为保证纤维的强度,共混纺丝法生产的磁性纤维的磁粉用量在15%以下,这样大大限制了磁性纤维的磁性。
此外,采用磁性纤维制备的产品,一般是制成直接接触皮肤的贴身衣服使用,如内衣、内裤、护膝、护肘等,但是现有的磁性纤维大多是用合成纤维作为基质材料,做成贴身衣服会存在舒适性的问题。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明解决的技术问题是提供舒适性好的磁性纤维布。
本发明磁性纤维布,由以下重量百分比的组分纺织而成:磁性纤维20~30%;粘胶纤维15~20%;蚕丝5~10%;聚四氟乙烯纤维2~8%;海藻纤维2~8%;其余为涤纶纤维。
优选的,由以下重量百分比的组分纺织而成:磁性纤维22~28%;粘胶纤维16~18%;蚕丝5~10%;聚四氟乙烯纤维3~5%;海藻纤维3~6%;其余为涤纶纤维。
作为优选方案,由以下重量百分比的组分纺织而成:磁性纤维26%;粘胶纤维17%;蚕丝7%;聚四氟乙烯纤维4%;海藻纤维5%;其余为涤纶纤维。
进一步优选的,所述磁性纤维采用如下方法制备得到:
a、造粒:将聚合物原料与磁粉按质量比1~2:1混合造粒,得粒料A;将聚合物原料与磁粉按质量比6~7:1混合造粒,得粒料B;
b、纺丝:将粒料A作为芯层,将粒料B作为壳层,芯层和壳层的重量比为4:6~6:4,经纺丝得到磁性纤维。
其中,所述聚合物原料为聚酰胺、聚丙烯或聚乳酸。
其中,所述磁粉为钕铁硼或铝镍钴磁粉。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明采用特定方法制备磁性纤维,磁性颗粒均匀植入在纤维内部,不易脱落,耐洗涤、耐摩擦,纤维强度高,磁性好。采用该磁性纤维制备的磁性纤维布,重量轻,质地柔软,透气性好,舒适性高,且具有较好磁疗作用。

优选的,由以下重量百分比的组分纺织而成:磁性纤维22~28%;粘胶纤维16~18%;蚕丝5~10%;聚四氟乙烯纤维3~5%;海藻纤维3~6%;其余为涤纶纤维。
作为优选方案,由以下重量百分比的组分纺织而成:磁性纤维26%;粘胶纤维17%;蚕丝7%;聚四氟乙烯纤维4%;海藻纤维5%;其余为涤纶纤维。
进一步优选的,所述磁性纤维采用如下方法制备得到:
a、造粒:将聚合物原料与磁粉按质量比1~2:1混合造粒,得粒料A;将聚合物原料与磁粉按质量比6~7:1混合造粒,得粒料B;
b、纺丝:将粒料A作为芯层,将粒料B作为壳层,芯层和壳层的重量比为4:6~6:4,经纺丝得到磁性纤维。
a步骤中,可以采用常规的方法进行造粒,优选的,采用双螺杆挤出造粒。
b步骤中,壳层和芯层在双螺杆复合纺丝拉伸一体机上进行纺丝,依次经过复合喷丝、冷却成型、上油、牵伸卷绕,得到磁性纤维。
优选的,所述聚合物原料为聚酰胺、聚丙烯或聚乳酸。
优选的,所述磁粉为钕铁硼或铝镍钴磁粉。
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步的描述,并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
实施例1
磁性纤维布,由以下重量百分比的组分纺织而成:磁性纤维20%;粘胶纤维20%;蚕丝10%;聚四氟乙烯纤维8%;海藻纤维8%;其余为涤纶纤维。其中,磁性纤维按照如下方法制备:
a、造粒:将聚丙烯原料与铝镍钴磁粉按质量比1:1混合,双螺杆挤出造粒,得粒料A;将聚合物原料与磁粉按质量比7:1混合,双螺杆挤出造粒,得粒料B;
b、纺丝:将粒料A作为芯层,将粒料B作为壳层,按芯层和壳层的重量比为4:6,在双螺杆复合纺丝拉伸一体机上进行纺丝,依次经过复合喷丝、冷却成型、上油、牵伸卷绕,得到磁性纤维。
该磁性纤维布,重量轻,质地柔软,透气性好,舒适性高,且具有较好磁疗作用。

b、纺丝:将粒料A作为芯层,将粒料B作为壳层,按芯层和壳层的重量比为6:4,在双螺杆复合纺丝拉伸一体机上进行纺丝,依次经过复合喷丝、冷却成型、上油、牵伸卷绕,得到磁性纤维。
该磁性纤维布,重量轻,质地柔软,透气性好,舒适性高,且具有较好磁疗作用。
实施例3

b、纺丝:将粒料A作为芯层,将粒料B作为壳层,按芯层和壳层的重量比为5:5,在双螺杆复合纺丝拉伸一体机上进行纺丝,依次经过复合喷丝、冷却成型、上油、牵伸卷绕,得到磁性纤维。
该磁性纤维布,重量轻,质地柔软,透气性好,舒适性高,且具有较好磁疗作用。
实施例4
磁性纤维布,由以下重量百分比的组分纺织而成:磁性纤维22%;粘胶纤维16%;蚕丝5%;聚四氟乙烯纤维3%;海藻纤维3%;其余为涤纶纤维。其中,磁性纤维按照如下方法制备:
a、造粒:将聚酰胺原料与钕铁硼磁粉按质量比2:1混合,双螺杆挤出造粒,得粒料A;将聚合物原料与磁粉按质量比7:1混合,双螺杆挤出造粒,得粒料B;
b、纺丝:将粒料A作为芯层,将粒料B作为壳层,按芯层和壳层的重量比为4:6,在双螺杆复合纺丝拉伸一体机上进行纺丝,依次经过复合喷丝、冷却成型、上油、牵伸卷绕,得到磁性纤维。

b、纺丝:将粒料A作为芯层,将粒料B作为壳层,按芯层和壳层的重量比为4:6,在双螺杆复合纺丝拉伸一体机上进行纺丝,依次经过复合喷丝、冷却成型、上油、牵伸卷绕,得到磁性纤维。
该磁性纤维布,重量轻,质地柔软,透气性好,舒适性高,且具有较好磁疗作用。

1.磁性纤维布,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分纺织而成:磁性纤维20~30%;粘胶纤维15~20%;蚕丝5~10%;聚四氟乙烯纤维2~8%;海藻纤维2~8%;其余为涤纶纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁性纤维布,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分纺织而成:磁性纤维22~28%;粘胶纤维16~18%;蚕丝5~10%;聚四氟乙烯纤维3~5%;海藻纤维3~6%;其余为涤纶纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的磁性纤维布,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分纺织而成:磁性纤维26%;粘胶纤维17%;蚕丝7%;聚四氟乙烯纤维4%;海藻纤维5%;其余为涤纶纤维。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的磁性纤维布,其特征在于:所述磁性纤维采用如下方法制备得到:
a、造粒:将聚合物原料与磁粉按质量比1~2:1混合造粒,得粒料A;将聚合物原料与磁粉按质量比6~7:1混合造粒,得粒料B;
b、纺丝:将粒料A作为芯层,将粒料B作为壳层,芯层和壳层的重量比为4:6~6:4,经纺丝得到磁性纤维。
5.根据权利要4所述的磁性纤维布,其特征在于:所述聚合物原料为聚酰胺、聚丙烯或聚乳酸。
6.根据权利要求4所述的磁性纤维布,其特征在于:所述磁粉为钕铁硼或铝镍钴磁粉。
