本发明公开了一种防腐性能好的生物防腐剂,包括的组分有麝香草酚、戊二醛、氯仿、挥发油、度米芬、邻苯基苯酚、苯扎溴铵、对羟苯甲酸、硼砂、对苯二酚,所述防腐性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,麝香草酚 2‑6份、戊二醛 3‑9份、氯仿 1‑4份、挥发油 4‑10份、度米芬 6‑11份、邻苯基苯酚 3‑7份、苯扎溴铵 5‑10份、对羟苯甲酸 7‑12份、硼砂 5‑9份、对苯二酚 2‑7份。通过上述方式,本发明的防腐性能好的生物防腐剂,能够有效的干扰微生物的酶系,破坏微生物的正常的新陈代谢,达到防腐的目的,防腐性能好,长时间放置生物制品仍不会变质,使用效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物防腐剂,特别是涉及一种防腐性能好的生物防腐剂。
背景技术
生物制品是采用生物技术制备而成的具有活性的药品。生物制品的生产工艺复杂且易受多种因素影响,生产过程中使用的各种材料来源复杂,可能引入外源因子或毒性化学材料。产品组成成分复杂且一般不能进行终端灭菌,产品的质量控制仅靠成品检定难以保证其安全性和有效性。因此,对生物制品生产用原材料和辅料进行严格的质量控制,是降低制品中外源因子或有毒杂质污染
风险,保证生物制品安全有效的必要措施。防腐剂是生物制品的重要组分之一,防腐性能好是确保生物制品质量的重要要素。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防腐性能好的生物防腐剂,使用性能良好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防腐性能好的生物防腐剂,包括的组分有麝香草酚、戊二醛、氯仿、挥发油、度米芬、邻苯基苯酚、苯扎溴铵、对羟苯甲酸、硼砂、对苯二酚,所述防腐性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,麝香草酚 2-6份、戊二醛 3-9份、氯仿 1-4份、挥发油 4-10份、度米芬 6-11份、邻苯基苯酚 3-7份、苯扎溴铵 5-10份、对羟苯甲酸 7-12份、硼砂 5-9份、对苯二酚 2-7份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防腐性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,麝香草酚 2份、戊二醛9份、氯仿 1份、挥发油10份、度米芬 6份、邻苯基苯酚7份、苯扎溴铵 5份、对羟苯甲酸12份、硼砂 5份、对苯二酚7份。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明的防腐性能好的生物防腐剂,能够有效的干扰微生物的酶系,破坏微生物的正常的新陈代谢,达到防腐的目的,防腐性能好,长时间放置生物制品仍不会变质,使用效果好。

提供一种防腐性能好的生物防腐剂,包括的组分有麝香草酚、戊二醛、氯仿、挥发油、度米芬、邻苯基苯酚、苯扎溴铵、对羟苯甲酸、硼砂、对苯二酚。所述防腐性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,麝香草酚6份、戊二醛 3份、氯仿4份、挥发油 4份、度米芬11份、邻苯基苯酚 3份、苯扎溴铵10份、对羟苯甲酸 7份、硼砂9份、对苯二酚 2份。
实施例三:
提供一种防腐性能好的生物防腐剂,包括的组分有麝香草酚、戊二醛、氯仿、挥发油、度米芬、邻苯基苯酚、苯扎溴铵、对羟苯甲酸、硼砂、对苯二酚。所述防腐性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,麝香草酚 3份、戊二醛 8份、氯仿 2份、挥发油 9份、度米芬 7份、邻苯基苯酚 6份、苯扎溴铵 6份、对羟苯甲酸 11份、硼砂 6份、对苯二酚 6份。

实施例五:
提供一种防腐性能好的生物防腐剂,包括的组分有麝香草酚、戊二醛、氯仿、挥发油、度米芬、邻苯基苯酚、苯扎溴铵、对羟苯甲酸、硼砂、对苯二酚。所述防腐性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,麝香草酚 4份、戊二醛 7份、氯仿 3份、挥发油 8份、度米芬 9份、邻苯基苯酚 5份、苯扎溴铵 7份、对羟苯甲酸 10份、硼砂 7份、对苯二酚 6份。
本发明的有益效果是:
一、所述防腐性能好的生物防腐剂能够有效的干扰微生物的酶系,破坏微生物的正常的新陈代谢,达到防腐的目的;
二、所述防腐性能好的生物防腐剂防腐性能好,长时间放置生物制品仍不会变质,使用效果好。

2.根据权利要求1所述的防腐性能好的生物防腐剂,其特征在于,所述防腐性能好的生物防腐剂的各组分的含量为:以重量份计,麝香草酚 2份、戊二醛9份、氯仿 1份、挥发油10份、度米芬 6份、邻苯基苯酚7份、苯扎溴铵 5份、对羟苯甲酸12份、硼砂 5份、对苯二酚7份。
