A wheel for a stroller, characterized by: comprises a rim body (1) and a tire (2) sleeved on the outer periphery of the rim body (1); the rim body (1) comprises a rim (3), spokes (4) and a connecting column (5) from outside to inside in sequence; the spoke (4) is positioned between the rim (3) and the connecting column (5); the rim (3), the spoke (4) and the connecting column (5) are fixedly connected, and a connecting hole (6) connected with a baby carrier axle is formed in the center of the connecting column (5); an annular groove (7) is formed in the outer peripheral part of the rim (3), and the inner peripheral part of the tire (2) is correspondingly and cooperatively embedded in the annular groove (7); the outside of the tire (2) is provided with an anti-skid pattern block; the anti-skid pattern block and the tyre (2) are integrally formed; the anti-skid pattern block comprises a plurality of side pattern components (8) positioned on two sides of the top of the tire (2) and a plurality of middle pattern components (9) positioned in the middle of the tire (2); the middle pattern assembly (9) is arranged along the circumferential direction of the tire (2) and forms an inclination angle of 45 degrees with the tire (2); the side pattern assembly (8) is arranged along the circumferential direction of the tyre (2); the side pattern assembly (8) forms an inclined angle of 45 degrees with the tire (2); the side pattern assembly (8) and the middle pattern assembly (9) form an inclined angle of 90 degrees; the side pattern assembly (8) comprises a front pattern block (11) and a rear pattern block (12); the rear-end pattern block (12) comprises a first side pattern block (12-1), a second side pattern block (12-2) and a third side pattern block (12-3) which are sequentially arranged; cutting pattern blocks (11-1) are arranged at the front ends of the front pattern blocks (11); correspondingly, the block assembly (10) comprises a fourth side block (10-1) and a fifth side block (10-2); the cutting block (11-1) corresponds to the position of the fourth side block (10-1), and the first side block (12-1) corresponds to the position of the fifth side block (10-2); the front-end pattern block (11) corresponds to the middle pattern assembly (9); a second pattern fine groove (14) is arranged between the front pattern block (11) and the rear pattern block (12); the second groove (14) and the first groove (13) are in a T-shape, and the second groove (14) extends between the fourth side block (10-1) and the fifth side block (10-2).

A wheel for a stroller as defined in claim 1, wherein: the anti-skid pattern block also comprises a plurality of pattern block components (10) positioned at the left side and the right side of the tire (2); the pattern block assembly (10) corresponds to the positions of the side pattern assemblies (8) positioned on two sides of the top of the tire (2); a first pattern groove (13) is arranged between the side pattern assembly (8) and the middle pattern assembly (9).

A wheel for a stroller as defined in claim 2, wherein: the intermediate pattern assembly (9) comprises two first intermediate pattern blocks (9-1) and two second intermediate pattern blocks (9-2); a first groove (9-3) is arranged between the first middle pattern block (9-1) and the second middle pattern block (9-2); a second pattern groove (9-4) is arranged between two adjacent first middle pattern blocks (9-1); a third pattern groove (9-5) is arranged between two adjacent second middle pattern blocks (9-2).
4. A wheel for a stroller as defined in claim 3, wherein: the first middle pattern block (9-1) and the second middle pattern block (9-2) are arranged in parallel.
5. A wheel for a stroller as defined in claim 4, wherein: the length of the second middle pattern block (9-2) is 1/2 of the length of the first middle pattern block (9-1).

A wheel for a stroller as defined in claim 1, wherein: a first pattern belt (12-4) is connected between the first side pattern block (12-1) and the second side pattern block (12-2); a second pattern belt (12-5) is connected between the second side pattern block (12-2) and the third side pattern block (12-3); the heights of the first pattern belt (12-4) and the second pattern belt (12-5) are 1/2 of the height of the first side pattern block (12-1).
7. A wheel for a stroller as defined in claim 3, wherein: a third pattern belt (12-5) is arranged between the first middle pattern block (9-1) and the front pattern block (11).
8. A wheel for a stroller as defined in claim 1, wherein: the outer edges of the left side and the right side of the annular groove (7) are transitional arc surfaces; the length of the connecting column (5) is consistent with the width of the rim (3), and a transitional cambered surface is arranged on the outer edge of the connecting hole (6); the rim body (1) is an alloy rim, a cast iron rim, a carbon fiber rim, a glass fiber rim or a stainless steel rim.
