Abstract
本发明公开了一种农药复用缓释胶囊,属于农药领域,用于控制施药量,其包括胶囊包括至少两个相互隔离的囊体,不同的囊体空腔内填充有不同的农药活性成分,除农药活性成分外,还含有如下重量份的成分:纤维素10~30份、表面活性剂3~10份、交联剂2~6份、保水剂5~10份、高岭土30~50份、碳酸氢钠10~20份。鉴于上述技术方案,本发明能够提供一种多用途的农药复用胶囊,提高农药的利用率的同时增加药效,降低对环境的影响程度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,具体地说,尤其涉及一种用于多种病虫害防治的农药复用缓释胶囊。
背景技术
在农作物生长过程中,需要用到各种的农药制剂来防治不同生长阶段的病虫害,但是重复频繁的喷洒作业造成土壤中农药残留量的增加,不利于土壤环境的环保要求。
大部分的农药采用的是喷洒作业,喷洒作业中大部分的农药成分进入到空气和水体中,而非作用在农作物的本体上,这样不仅降低了农药的利用率,而且有的农药在外界环境中容易造成矿化、光解等,降低农药的药效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种农药复用缓释胶囊,其能够提供一种多用途的农药复用胶囊,提高农药的利用率的同时增加药效,降低对环境的影响程度。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明所述的农药复用缓释胶囊,该胶囊包括至少两个相互隔离的囊体,不同的囊体空腔内填充有不同的农药活性成分,除农药活性成分外,还含有如下重量份的成分:
纤维素10~30份、表面活性剂3~10份、交联剂2~6份、保水剂5~10份、高岭土30~50份、碳酸氢钠10~20份。
进一步地讲,本发明中所述的表面活性剂采用阴离子表面活性剂。
进一步地讲,本发明中所述的交联剂采用甲苯磺酰氯和丙烯酸按照重量份1:2比例的混合物。
进一步地讲,本发明中所述的保水剂采用接枝丙烯酰胺。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明能够通过外壁的胶囊结构形成多种用途的农药胶囊,且通过胶囊结构及内部的成分构成缓慢释放的农药,增加农药的利用率,降低因喷洒作用引起的农药利用率低、土壤水体污染高的问题。

下面结合实施例对本申请所述的技术方案作进一步地描述说明。
实施例1:一种农药复用缓释胶囊,其特征在于:该胶囊包括至少两个相互隔离的囊体,不同的囊体空腔内填充有不同的农药活性成分,除农药活性成分外,还含有如下重量份的成分:
纤维素10~30份、表面活性剂3~10份、交联剂2~6份、保水剂5~10份、高岭土30~50份、碳酸氢钠10~20份。
实施例2:一种农药复用缓释胶囊,其中,所述所述表面活性剂采用阴离子表面活性剂。所述交联剂采用甲苯磺酰氯和丙烯酸按照重量份1:2比例的混合物。所述保水剂采用接枝丙烯酰胺。其余部分的结构及连接关系与任一前述实施例中所述的结构及连接关系相同。
鉴于上述实施例,本申请在使用时,其工作过程及原理如下:
本发明采用的胶囊结构为植物纤维压制而成的胶囊壳体,在胶囊壳体的中部设置有若干的隔断,每个隔断与胶囊壳体之间形成容纳农药成分的空腔。该空腔内填充有不同的农药活性成分。需要说明的是,在本发明中,防治不同病虫害的农药活性成分不同,根据需求和本领域技术人员掌握的现有技术知识不能与其余填充成分混用,选用不同的农药活性成分。
在本发明中选用纤维素10~30份,纤维素的作用在于增加农药成分中的凝结性能。除上述所述的纤维素之外,在本发明中还采用植物纤维作为填充物。
本发明中采用表面活性剂3~10份,且采用阴离子表面活性剂,所述交联剂采用甲苯磺酰氯和丙烯酸按照重量份1:2比例的混合物,且保水剂采用接枝丙烯酸。上述材料的选用能够增加农药活性成分的效能,同时保证与植物纤维和纤维素的结合程度,提高农药成分的缓释性能及作用效果。
众所周知,采用不同的植物纤维,其在土壤中的降解速率不同,因此根据植物生长周期而选用不同的周期的降解速率的植物纤维制成壳体材料,按照每个胶囊壳体采用分隔设置的结构形成缓释性能的农药复用胶囊。农药活性成分能够随着纤维的降解而逐渐渗出,渗出后能够防止相应的病虫害。如将该胶囊放置于植物的根系处,则能够防止植物根系遭受病虫害的侵袭。

1.一种农药复用缓释胶囊,其特征在于:该胶囊包括至少两个相互隔离的囊体,不同的囊体空腔内填充有不同的农药活性成分,除农药活性成分外,还含有如下重量份的成分:
纤维素10~30份、表面活性剂3~10份、交联剂2~6份、保水剂5~10份、高岭土30~50份、碳酸氢钠10~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农药复用缓释胶囊,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂采用阴离子表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的农药复用缓释胶囊,其特征在于:所述交联剂采用甲苯磺酰氯和丙烯酸按照重量份1:2比例的混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的农药复用缓释胶囊,其特征在于:所述保水剂采用接枝丙烯酰胺。
