Simplified cotton sowing method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural planting, in particular to a simplified cotton sowing method.
Background
Common planting modes of cotton include direct seeding and seedling transplanting in nutrition pots. The labor intensity of seedling transplanting and manual dibbling of the nutrition pot is high, and the labor is wasted; the problems of irregular seedling emergence, more labor for thinning, plant shortage, ridge breaking and the like caused by missing seeding, multicasting, rolling after seeding and the like exist in mechanical direct seeding.
Therefore, how to provide a cotton sowing method which can save seeds and reduce cost is a problem which needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a simplified method for sowing cotton, which can save cotton seeds, reduce cost, simplify the sowing process and improve efficiency, and is easy to operate.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a method for simply sowing cotton comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preparation of the seed tape: firstly, preparing two bottom belts with the same width; coating or not coating one of the bottom belts with a layer of environment-friendly starch glue; secondly, cotton seeds are placed on the bottom belts at certain intervals, after the seeds are placed, the other bottom belt is covered, the two bottom belts are matched with each other, and then the two bottom belts are pressed lightly to be completely attached to each other, so that the cotton seed belts are formed.
Step two: preparing a cotton field: the first is a winter fallow field or a reserved cotton row field, the whole row is weeded before sowing, and the row is required to be straight and flat; the second is continuous cropping cotton field, after the front crop is harvested, the stubble is immediately rotarily ploughed, the rotary tillage depth is about 15cm, and the walking end is straight; meanwhile, the ditch and road of the cotton field are cleaned no matter the first or the second type, so that open water can be drained, dark water can be filtered, rain can live in the field, and the thickness of a virtual soil layer is 2.0-3.0 cm;
step three: sowing time: sowing in slack winter or 4 middle and late months with reserved cotton rows; timely sowing after harvesting the continuous cropping cotton field;
step four: the sowing method comprises the following steps: mechanically or manually sowing the seed furrows with the depth of 3-4cm to ensure that the end of the sowing furrow is straight; mechanically or manually placing the cotton seed tape into the sowing trench; mechanically or manually covering soil with a thickness of 2-3 cm; watering or not according to the weather and the soil moisture content, if the soil moisture content is good or the rain penetrating the soil moisture in 2-3 days after sowing, watering is not needed, otherwise, watering is needed; the sowing can be carried out by adopting an all-in-one machine of ditching, fertilizing, sowing, earthing and watering;
step five: applying a base fertilizer: 40kg/667m of 45 percent ternary compound fertilizer is applied at a distance of 10-15cm from the sowing trench2。
Preferably, in one of the above-described simplified methods of sowing cotton, the width of the bottom tape is 1.0 to 1.5 cm.
Preferably, in the method for lightly sowing cotton, the sowing speed is determined according to different crop rotation and variety characteristics. The distance between the early stubble and the strong growth potential is large, and the distance between the late stubble and the weak growth potential is small.
Preferably, in the above method for simply sowing cotton, the base tape is any one of a water-soluble film, water-soluble paper and an environment-friendly non-woven single-sided tape;
preferably, in the method for simply sowing cotton, the environment-friendly non-woven fabric single-sided adhesive tape is punctured by pins at intervals of 2cm before seeds are put in the non-woven fabric single-sided adhesive tape, so that water absorption is facilitated; and no environment-friendly starch glue is required to be coated.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages; firstly, any one of a water-soluble film, water-soluble paper or an environment-friendly non-woven single-sided adhesive tape is used as a bottom tape, so that the water-soluble non-woven single-sided adhesive tape is low in price and environment-friendly; when the bottom belt is a water-soluble film or water-soluble paper, a layer of environment-friendly starch glue is coated on the bottom belt, so that cotton seeds can be effectively fixed, especially, cotton seeds can be directly fixed on the glue surface by the environment-friendly non-woven fabric single-sided tape, the spacing of the cotton seeds and the overall uniformity after planting are ensured, the phenomena of multicast and miss-seeding are avoided, more cotton seeds are saved, and the cost is reduced; the preparation method is simple and convenient, time-saving and labor-saving, and improves the working efficiency; meanwhile, the cotton seed belts are manufactured by the two bottom belts, so that the fixation degree of the seeds can be further enhanced, manual thinning is not needed in the later period, and the labor is saved.
Secondly, the invention adopts the light simplified seeding technology, not only solves the problems of high labor intensity, labor and time consumption of seed consumption and the like of nutrition pot seedling transplantation or manual dibbling in the traditional seeding technology, but also solves the problems of seeding omission, irregular seedling emergence, more labor consumption for thinning and the like caused by multicast and multicast in mechanical direct seeding, and the light simplified seeding method can save the seeds, save the cost, has high efficiency, saves the seeds by more than 30 percent per mu, and realizes the purpose of sowing the whole seedlings at one time.
