本发明涉及一种地砖,尤其涉及一种高强度玻璃钢地砖。
背景技术
现有的地砖大都以普通水泥或彩色水泥加沙子、石子等经模具成型而成。现有的地砖添加的不饱和树脂、固化剂和促进剂,使得地砖在使用的过程中性能较差,现有的地砖有不同的配方、配料,从而在材质性能(如强度、硬度、耐磨性等)成本等方面带来差异,从整体上看,现有地砖所用原料成本较高,制造工艺相对复杂,不能满足需求。
因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。

本发明提供一种高强度玻璃钢地砖。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高强度玻璃钢地砖,包括以下重量份的组分:
石英砂 20-30份;
玻璃纤维毡 15-20份;
引发剂 1-3份;
树脂 15-20份;
滑石粉 5-10份;
铝土矿 25-35份;
金红石 8-15份。
进一步的,所述引发剂为过氧化苯甲酰、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂或磷酸三丁酯。
进一步的,所述树脂为环氧树脂。
进一步的,所述石英砂的重量份数为20-30份。
进一步的,所述玻璃纤维毡的重量份数为15-20份。
