本发明公开了一种拆除衬套的方法及工具，包括扳手(1)、套筒(2)、螺杆(3)，其中，扳手(1)为一块带有螺纹开口的平板，套筒(2)为底部带孔的杯形件，为扳手(1)提供支撑，为衬套(4)在取出过程中提供行程空间，螺杆(3)通过螺纹与扳手(1)连接，操作时旋转扳手(1)，驱动螺杆(3)沿衬套轴向运动，将衬套(4)从耳片(5)的安装孔中拉出，能够将衬套从安装孔中稳定的拉出，并确保不损伤衬套及安装孔，简化了操作方法，降低了操作难度，该方法同时适用于过盈配合及胶粘两种安装形式的衬套拆除。

技术领域
本发明属于飞机装配技术领域，涉及一种拆除衬套的方法及工具。
背景技术
衬套广泛应用于机械工业和航空工业，在检查和修理时，经常需要拆除衬套。衬套的安装形式主要有过盈配合及胶粘，目前，拆除衬套的方法主要靠工具将衬套从孔中冲出，该方法操作难度大，并存在损伤衬套及孔壁的风险，甚至导致零件报废。
发明的目的
本发明的任务是发明一种拆除衬套的方法及工具，能够更加简单的拆除衬套，同时不损伤衬套及安装孔。
发明的内容
一种拆除衬套的工具，其特征在于，包括扳手1、套筒2、螺杆3，其中，扳手1为一块带有螺纹开口的平板，套筒2为底部带孔的杯形件，为扳手1提供支撑，为衬套4在取出过程中提供行程空间，螺杆3通过螺纹与扳手1连接，操作时旋转扳手1，驱动螺杆3沿衬套轴向运动，将衬套4从耳片5的安装孔中拉出。
发明的有益效果
本发明通过设计专用工具，能够将衬套从安装孔中稳定的拉出，并确保不损伤衬套及安装孔，简化了操作方法，降低了操作难度，该方法同时适用于过盈配合及胶粘两种安装形式的衬套拆除。

其中，1为扳手、2为套筒、3为螺杆、4为衬套、5为耳片。
具体实施方式
本发明已经应用在Z9型机主起落架接头衬套更换。如图1和图2所示，本发明的一种拆除衬套的工具，其特征在于，包括扳手1、套筒2、螺杆3，其中，扳手1为一块带有螺纹开口的平板，套筒2为底部带孔的杯形件，为扳手1提供支撑，为衬套4在取出过程中提供行程空间，螺杆3通过螺纹与扳手1连接，操作时旋转扳手1，驱动螺杆3沿衬套轴向运动，将衬套4从耳片5的安装孔中拉出。根据图3，具体拆除步骤如下所示：
第一步、将螺杆3插入起落架接头衬套4孔内；
第二步、将套筒螺杆3插入螺杆3，并与耳片5贴合；
第三步、将扳手1与螺杆3螺接；
第四步、缓慢匀速的旋转扳手1，驱动螺杆3沿孔轴方向移动，螺杆3带动衬套4一起运动，衬套4逐渐与耳片5分离，继续旋转扳手1，直至衬套4与耳片5完全脱离。

1.一种拆除衬套的工具，其特征在于，包括扳手(1)、套筒(2)、螺杆(3)，其中，扳手(1)为一块带有螺纹开口的平板，套筒(2)为底部带孔的杯形件，为扳手(1)提供支撑，为衬套(4)在取出过程中提供行程空间，螺杆(3)通过螺纹与扳手(1)连接，操作时旋转扳手(1)，驱动螺杆(3)沿衬套轴向运动，将衬套(4)从耳片(5)的安装孔中拉出。
2.一种利用权利要求1所述工具拆除衬套的方法，具体步骤包括：
第一步、将螺杆(3)插入所要拆除的衬套(4)孔内；
第二步、将套筒螺杆(3)插入螺杆(3)，并与耳片(5)贴合；
第三步、将扳手(1)与螺杆(3)螺接；
第四步、旋转扳手(1)至衬套(4)与耳片(5)脱离。
