Abstract
本发明属于农药剂型加工技术领域,具体涉及一种烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,并进一步公开其制备方法与应用。本发明所述油悬浮剂的制备原料包括烯酰吗啉原药、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、助表面活性剂、粘着促吸剂、稳定剂、酶改性剂和分散介质。本发明所述可分散油悬浮剂,在现有制备油悬浮剂原料的基础上,添加粘着促吸剂和酶改性剂对产品进行改性,添加的过氧化氢酶和/或纤维素酶有助于对产品剂型的聚合及悬浮分散情况进行很好的改性处理,制得的油悬浮制剂具有极好的悬浮性能,并且其有效成分的释放效果更佳,对病虫害的防效性能更优。另外,本发明所述油悬浮剂更优选添加聚谷氨酸为制备原料,其悬浮性能和药效发挥性能进一步提升,改性效果更佳。

背景技术
烯酰吗啉是一种专一杀卵菌纲真菌杀菌剂,主要用于防治葡萄等果树上的霜霉病及晚疫病等,广泛用于蔬菜霜霉病、疫病、苗期猝倒病、烟草黑胫病等由鞭毛菌亚门卵菌纲真菌引起的病害防治。烯酰吗啉具油内吸活性,属于高活性、难溶于水的有机化合物,因此,必须添加载体、填料、乳化剂与分散剂等辅助成分,配制成各种农药类型的制剂才能便于田间施用,目前登记的剂型主要有可湿性粉剂、悬浮剂、水分散粒剂。这些传统的剂型在使用中存在对水药液及靶标作物润湿与沉积性能差、流失严重的问题,一方面导致大量药剂浪费,另外也造成环境污染等系列问题,制约烯酰吗啉制剂的高效、安全与科学的使用。

可分散油悬浮剂即是在此背景下发展而得,油悬浮剂是一种利用松脂基植物油或者甲酯化植物油代替水作为分散介质,将农药加工成可分散的油悬浮剂剂型,该剂型一方面可以较好的解决农药有效成分加工和贮存中对水分解等不稳定性问题,另一方面由于植物油本身具有对靶标良好的粘着与黏附特性,可以提高农药有效成分对靶标的沉积与持留效率,从而提高了农药有效利用率。
中国专利CN103120167A公开了一种烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,其以烯酰吗啉为有效成分,辅助添加特定筛选的非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、助表面活性剂和稳定剂为助剂,分散于油相分散介质中,进而获得可分散的油悬浮剂型。但是在实际应用中也发现,该油悬浮剂依然存在悬浮率偏低、降低药量田间使用防治率稍差的问题。
发明内容
为此,本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,以解决现有技术中酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂悬浮率及防治效果都偏弱的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,其制备原料包括:
烯酰吗啉原药5-35重量份;非离子表面活性剂3-10重量份;阴离子表面活性剂3-10重量份;助表面活性剂3-10重量份;粘着促吸剂5-10重量份;稳定剂1-10重量份;酶改性剂2-6重量份;分散介质20-90重量份。
上述烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,所述粘着促吸剂为聚氧乙烯月桂醚、二聚甘油亚油酸三酯和多穗柯棕的混合物,聚氧乙烯月桂醚、二聚甘油亚油酸三酯和多穗柯棕的质量之比为(2-4):(2-4):1;所述酶改性剂为过氧化氢酶和/或纤维素酶。
上述烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,所述过氧化氢酶和所述纤维素酶的质量比为1-3:2-3。
上述烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,所述油悬浮剂的制备原料还包括3-8重量份的聚谷氨酸。
上述烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基萘磺酸盐和二丁基萘磺酸钠的混合物;非离子表面活性剂是失水山梨醇油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚与丙烯酸接枝共聚物的混合物。
上述烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,所述助表面活性剂选自异丙醇、丁醇或辛醇中的至少一种。
上述烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,所述稳定剂选自有机膨润土、硅藻土或硅酸铝镁中的至少一种。
上述烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,所述分散介质为松脂基植物油和/或甲酯化植物油。
一种制备上述烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂的方法,包括如下步骤:取选定量的所述分散介质、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、助表面活性剂、粘着促吸剂,加入混合器中充分混合均匀;然后再加入配方量的烯酰吗啉原药与稳定剂,并高速剪切混合,随后加入所述酶改性剂和聚谷氨酸进行改性处理,再次高速剪切混合,进卧式砂磨机进行湿法研磨,即得。
上述烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,用于制备防治蔬菜、果树、葡萄上真菌病害霜霉病的农药制剂的用途。
本发明所述可分散油悬浮剂,在现有制备油悬浮剂原料的基础上,添加粘着促吸剂和酶改性剂对产品进行改性,粘着促吸剂有助于药液更好地黏附在作物上面并促进作物吸收,提高药液有效成份对靶标的沉积和持留效率,提高药液有效利用率,进而减少药物使用量;添加的过氧化氢酶和/或纤维素酶有助于对产品剂型的聚合及悬浮分散情况进行很好的改性处理,制得的油悬浮制剂具有极好的悬浮性能,并且其有效成分的释放效果更佳,对病虫害的防效性能更优。另外,本发明所述油悬浮剂更优选添加聚谷氨酸为制备原料,其悬浮性能和药效发挥性能进一步提升,改性效果更佳。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例所述的烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,其制备原料包括:
烯酰吗啉原药:纯度为95%烯酰吗啉原药210.5g;
非离子表面活性剂:失水山梨醇油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物(聚醚)与丙烯酸接枝共聚物的混合物80克,失水山梨醇油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物(聚醚)与丙烯酸接枝共聚物的质量比为5:4:4;
阴离子表面活性剂:十二烷基苯磺酸钙与烷基萘磺酸盐40g,十二烷基苯磺酸钙与烷基萘磺酸盐的质量比为1∶1;
助表面活性剂:异丙醇与辛醇的混合物40g,异丙醇与辛醇的质量比为2:1;
粘着促吸剂:聚氧乙烯月桂醚、二聚甘油亚油酸三酯和多穗柯棕的混合物8g:聚氧乙烯月桂醚、二聚甘油亚油酸三酯和多穗柯棕的质量之比为3.5:3.5:1;
稳定剂:有机膨润土与硅藻土的混合物40g,有机膨润土与硅藻土的质量比为1:3;
分散介质:松脂基植物油与甲酯化植物油共581.5g,松脂基植物油与甲酯化植物油的质量比为2:1。
在1500毫升玻璃烧广口瓶中,加入上述选定量的分散介质、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、助表面活性剂和粘着促吸剂,充分混合搅拌均匀;然后再加入烯酰吗啉原药与稳定剂,搅拌混合后高速(6000-8000r/min)剪切混合5min,然后进卧式砂磨机进行湿法研磨,即得。
实施例2
本实施例所述的烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,其制备原料包括:
烯酰吗啉原药:纯度为95%烯酰吗啉原药157.9g;
非离子表面活性剂:失水山梨醇油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物(聚醚)与丙烯酸接枝共聚物的混合物80克,失水山梨醇油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物(聚醚)与丙烯酸接枝共聚物的质量比为5:4:4;
阴离子表面活性剂:十二烷基苯磺酸钙与烷基萘磺酸盐40g,十二烷基苯磺酸钙与烷基萘磺酸盐的质量比为1∶1;
助表面活性剂:异丙醇与辛醇的混合物40g,异丙醇与辛醇的质量比为2:1;
粘着促吸剂:聚氧乙烯月桂醚、二聚甘油亚油酸三酯和多穗柯棕的混合物8g:聚氧乙烯月桂醚、二聚甘油亚油酸三酯和多穗柯棕的质量之比为3.5:3.5:1;
稳定剂:有机膨润土与硅藻土的混合物40g,有机膨润土与硅藻土的质量比为1:3;
酶改性剂:过氧化氢酶和所述纤维素酶共5g,过氧化氢酶和所述纤维素酶的质量之比为3:2;
分散介质:松脂基植物油与甲酯化植物油共624.1g,松脂基植物油与甲酯化植物油的质量比为2:1;
聚谷氨酸为5g。
在1500毫升玻璃烧广口瓶中,加入上述选定量的分散介质、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、助表面活性剂和粘着促吸剂,充分混合搅拌均匀;然后再加入烯酰吗啉原药与稳定剂,搅拌混合后高速(6000-8000r/min)剪切混合5min,加入酶改性剂和聚谷氨酸,搅拌混合后高速(6000-8000r/min)剪切混合5min,然后进卧式砂磨机进行湿法研磨,即得。
药物性质试验
1、悬浮率测试
按照我国相关农药国家标准或行业标准(GB/T14825-2006农药悬浮率测定方法,GB/T19136-2003农药热贮稳定性测定方法,GB/T19137-2003农药低温稳定性测定方法,HG/T2467.5-2003农药悬浮剂产品标准编写规范)中的规定,对本发明的烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂主要技术指标进行测定,测试结果如下表1所示。

可见,本发明所述可分散油悬浮剂由于添加了酶改性剂和聚谷氨酸进行改性,提升了制剂的悬浮性能。
2、防治效果
为验证本发明的烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂在实际应用中的效果,2016年在山东寿光分别以实施例1和实施例2进行防治黄瓜霜霉病田间药效试验,试验结果如表2所示。

田间试验结果表明,在田间防治黄瓜霜霉病实际应用中,本发明所述油悬浮剂表现出了非常好的防效性能。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。
Claims (10)
1.一种烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述油悬浮剂的制备原料包括:
烯酰吗啉原药 5-35重量份;
非离子表面活性剂 3-10重量份;
阴离子表面活性剂 3-10重量份;
助表面活性剂 3-10重量份;
粘着促吸剂 5-10重量份;
稳定剂 1-10重量份;
酶改性剂 2-6重量份;
分散介质 20-90重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述粘着促吸剂为聚氧乙烯月桂醚、二聚甘油亚油酸三酯和多穗柯棕的混合物,聚氧乙烯月桂醚、二聚甘油亚油酸三酯和多穗柯棕的质量之比为(2-4):(2-4):1;所述酶改性剂为过氧化氢酶和/或纤维素酶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述过氧化氢酶和所述纤维素酶的质量比为1-3:2-3。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述油悬浮剂的制备原料还包括3-8重量份的聚谷氨酸。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙、烷基萘磺酸盐和二丁基萘磺酸钠的混合物;非离子表面活性剂是失水山梨醇油酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚与丙烯酸接枝共聚物的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述助表面活性剂选自异丙醇、丁醇或辛醇中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述稳定剂选自有机膨润土、硅藻土或硅酸铝镁中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述分散介质为松脂基植物油和/或甲酯化植物油。
9.一种制备权利要求1-8任一项所述烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:取选定量的所述分散介质、非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、助表面活性剂、粘着促吸剂,加入混合器中充分混合均匀;然后再加入配方量的烯酰吗啉原药与稳定剂,并高速剪切混合,随后加入所述酶改性剂和聚谷氨酸进行改性处理,再次高速剪切混合,进卧式砂磨机进行湿法研磨,即得。
10.权利要求1-8任一项所述的烯酰吗啉可分散油悬浮剂用于制备防治蔬菜、果树、葡萄上真菌病害的农药制剂的用途。
