Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of polishing equipment, and particularly discloses a multi-station environment-friendly self-dust-absorbing polishing system which comprises dust removing equipment, a polishing part, a first conveying belt, a shot blasting machine and a packaging part, wherein the dust removing equipment is connected with the polishing part and the shot blasting machine through pipelines; the polishing part comprises a plurality of working procedures, and each working procedure is provided with an operating table, a disc rotating table and an inspection circulation workstation. The polishing system can be provided with a plurality of stations, and the dust removing device penetrates through the whole polishing and shot blasting system, so that dust pollution is reduced, personnel injury caused by ground impurities is avoided, and the polishing system is safer and more environment-friendly; in the aspect of material conveying, a mode of combining a conveying belt with a disc rotary workbench is adopted, so that manual conveying is reduced, the connection between working procedures is more orderly, and the phenomena of confusion, workpiece damage and the like of workpieces are avoided.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of polishing equipment, and particularly relates to a multi-station environment-friendly self-dust-absorbing polishing system.
Background
In the preparation process of the product, the surface of the product is polished by a polishing process, namely, the surface of the product is mechanically polished by a tool for fixing sand grains such as a grinding wheel, sand paper and the like, and the purposes can be divided into the following categories: removing burrs of the finished product, treating rust on the surface, polishing and cleaning the surface of the finished product, polishing the surface of the finished product, removing oxidized films and the like.

At present, some environment-friendly self-dust-absorption polishing systems combining polishing and dust absorption are arranged, but most of the environment-friendly self-dust-absorption polishing systems need to be manually controlled in the whole process in the use process, so that manpower and time are wasted, and misoperation is easy to occur; on the other hand, after the polishing head of the polishing system stops polishing, dust collection is stopped, and the dust collection process is avoided, so that dust collected in the dust collection barrel is not easy to fall off, and the subsequent dust dumping is difficult.
In addition, certain hidden danger exists in the process of polishing, and the work piece is easy to be confused and damaged, so that a multi-station polishing system which is convenient to transfer and can automatically absorb dust is needed to be designed, and the problems are solved.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a multi-station polishing system capable of automatically removing dust, and the circulation table adopts a mode of combining a conveying belt and a disc rotary table, so that the problem of connection of workpieces among working procedures is solved, and the system is more energy-saving and environment-friendly, and eliminates potential safety hazards.
In order to solve the technical problems, the multi-station environment-friendly self-dust-absorption polishing system comprises dust removing equipment, a polishing part, a first conveying belt, a shot blasting machine and a packaging part, wherein the dust removing equipment is connected with the polishing part and the shot blasting machine through pipelines, the first conveying belt is arranged on the side surface of the polishing part, the terminal of the first conveying belt is connected with the shot blasting machine, and the shot blasting machine is connected with the packaging part; the polishing part comprises a plurality of working procedure working parts, the working procedure working parts are sequentially arranged, each working procedure working part is provided with an operation table, a disc rotating table and a checking circulation working station, the operation tables and the checking circulation working stations are all arranged on the periphery of the disc rotating table, the disc rotating table is used for conveying workpieces to the next working procedure, and the checking circulation working stations are close to the first conveying belt and used for circulating the checked workpieces to a shot blasting machine.
Further, the operation tables of each working procedure working part are provided with a plurality of operation tables, and the upper part of each operation table is provided with a pipeline communicated with the dust removing equipment.
Specifically, the working procedures comprise grinding of a large grinding wheel, angle grinding, tip grinding, sand blasting and punching, and the corresponding operation tables are a large grinding wheel operation table, an angle grinding operation table, a tip grinding operation table, a sand blasting operation table and a punching operation table.
Specifically, a storage frame is arranged near the large grinding wheel operating platform, and the number of the storage frames is a plurality of storage frames for storing materials to be polished.
Further, the rotary disc table is controlled to rotate by a motor, and the rotating speed can be adjusted.

In a specific embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the invention specifically discloses a multi-station environment-friendly self-dust-absorbing polishing system, which comprises dust removing equipment 1, a polishing part, a first conveying belt 2, a shot blasting machine 3 and a packaging part 4, wherein the dust removing equipment 1 is connected with the polishing part and the shot blasting machine 3 through pipelines, the first conveying belt 2 is arranged on the side surface of the polishing part, the terminal end of the first conveying belt 2 is connected with the shot blasting machine 3, the shot blasting machine 3 is connected with the packaging part 4, the packaging part 4 comprises a second conveying belt 41 and a material bearing frame 42, and the number of the material bearing frames 42 is a plurality, and the material bearing frames 42 are respectively arranged below the second conveying belt 41;
the polishing part comprises a plurality of working procedure working parts, the working procedure working parts are sequentially arranged, each working procedure working part is provided with an operation table, a disc rotating table 5 and a checking circulation working station 6, the operation tables and the checking circulation working stations 6 are arranged on the periphery of the disc rotating table 5, the disc rotating table 5 is used for conveying workpieces to the next working procedure, the disc rotating table 5 is controlled to rotate by a motor, and the rotating speed can be adjusted; the operation tables of each working procedure working part are provided with a plurality of operation tables, the upper part of each operation table is provided with a pipeline communicated with the dust removing equipment 1, and the inspection circulation workstation 6 is close to the first conveying belt 2 and is used for circulating inspected workpieces to the shot blasting machine 3.

The working process of the embodiment of the invention is as follows: placing a workpiece to be processed in a storage frame 12, performing large grinding wheel polishing by an operator on a large grinding wheel operation table 7, starting to work by a dust removing device 1, sucking impurities generated by the large grinding wheel into the dust removing device 1 through a pipeline above, placing the workpiece on a disc rotation table 5 after finishing the large grinding wheel polishing, rotating the disc rotation table 5 to convey the workpiece to a blasting process, taking off the workpiece from the disc rotation table 5 by the operator of the angle grinding operation table 8 to perform angle grinding, sucking impurities generated by the angle grinding into the dust removing device 1 through a pipeline above, placing the workpiece on the disc rotation table 5 after finishing the angle grinding, rotating the disc rotation table 5 to convey the workpiece to a tip grinding process, taking off the workpiece from the disc rotation table 5 by the operator of the tip grinding operation table 9 to perform tip grinding, sucking impurities generated by the tip grinding into the dust removing device 1 through a pipeline above, placing the workpiece on the disc rotation table 5 after finishing the tip grinding, carrying out blasting process to convey the workpiece to the workpiece through a pipeline above, checking the workpiece on the disc rotation table 5 after finishing the work by the blasting operation table, and punching the workpiece is conveyed to a punching station after finishing the work station, and checking the work station is punched and the workpiece is conveyed to the disc rotation table 3, after the work of the shot blasting machine 3 is finished, the workpiece flows onto the second conveying belt 41, and a plurality of operators can pack materials at the same time.
In a preferred mode of the invention, each working procedure is provided with a checking circulation working station 6 and is arranged at a position close to the first conveying belt 2, so that the work piece can be checked directly after finishing the polishing working procedure and then conveyed to the shot blasting machine.
In another embodiment of the present invention, if the workpiece is only subjected to the large grinding wheel polishing process and the angle grinding process according to the type of the workpiece, the working process is as follows: the workpiece to be processed is placed in the storage frame 12, an operator performs large grinding wheel polishing on the large grinding wheel operation table 7, meanwhile, the dust removing device 1 starts to work, impurities polished by the large grinding wheel are sucked into the dust removing device 1 through a pipeline above, the workpiece is placed on the disc rotary table 5 after the large grinding wheel polishing is finished, the disc rotary table 5 rotates to convey the workpiece to an angle polishing procedure, the operator of the angle polishing operation table 8 removes the workpiece from the disc rotary table 5 to perform angle polishing, impurities generated by the angle polishing are sucked into the dust removing device 1 through a pipeline above, the workpiece is placed on the disc rotary table 5 after the angle polishing is finished, the operator of the disc rotary table 5 rotates to convey the workpiece to the inspection circulation workstation 6 of the angle polishing procedure, the operator of the inspection circulation workstation places the workpiece on the first conveying belt 2 after the workpiece is inspected, the workpiece is conveyed to the shot blasting machine 3, the workpiece flow is conveyed onto the second conveying belt 41 after the work of the shot blasting machine 3 is finished, and a plurality of operators can simultaneously package materials.
In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the process includes not only large grinding wheel grinding, angle grinding, sharpening, sand blasting and punching processes, but also other processes such as inspection and the like.
