Abstract
本公开是关于一种LED灯的背光结构及LED灯。所述LED灯的背光结构包括:反射片;导光板,布设于所述反射片上;增光片,布设于所述导光板上;以及扩散片,布设于所述增光片上。本公开通过在反射片、导光板和扩散片的基础上增加增光片,当一部分光穿过导光板到达反射片上,这部分光会被反射片反射回导光板,经过导光板到达增光片,折射后的角度会大于输入角度,经过增光片后进行折射,穿过增光片后的光进入了扩散片后,其中的一部分直接从扩散片中射出,另一部分光反射后进入增光片,经过不断的反射和折射,灯罩上的光就变得越来越均匀,解决了在灯头部分超薄的情况,照度均匀度难以满足AA级要求的问题。

技术领域
本公开涉及照明领域,尤其涉及一种侧入式LED灯的背光结构及LED灯。
背景技术
液晶显示设备已是平板显示领域的主流。由于液晶显示屏本身不发光,因此,需要背光源模组提供足够亮度与分布均匀的光源,使其能正常显示影像。相关技术中,液晶显示设备的背光源主要是LED(Light Emitting Diode;发光二极管)。
针对LED背光源,从背光源结构上分类,一般有直下式和侧光式两种结构。其中,直下式发光方式的缺点是:为了保证均匀出光的效果,就需要保证灯珠到灯罩之间的距离,所以灯的厚度较厚,不符合近年来流行的超薄超轻的审美观。侧光式发光方式的缺点是:结构层数太多,光线过于集中,中心区域照度高,边缘区域照度弱,光损失严重,因此,灯具的光效很低;照度均匀度非常差,会造成眩光;而市场上只采用反光片、导光板和扩散片三层结构的灯具,灯罩发光表面会有颗粒状的亮斑。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种侧入式LED灯的背光结构及LED灯。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种LED灯的背光结构,包括:
反射片;
导光板,布设于所述反射片上;
增光片,布设于所述导光板上;以及
扩散片,布设于所述增光片上。
可选地,还包括:
网点,设于所述导光板上,且位于所述导光板与所述反射片与之间。
可选地,所述网点呈矩阵排列于所述导光板上。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种LED灯,包括:
上述的LED灯的背光结构;以及
灯珠,围设于所述导光板的侧面。
可选地,还包括:灯罩边框,围设于所述灯珠的外侧,所述灯珠与所述灯罩边框之间的距离小于预设值。
可选地,所述灯珠贴靠于所述灯罩边框。
可选地,还包括:灯板,设于所述灯罩边框与所述灯珠之间,所述灯珠排列设于所述灯板上。

本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:
1)通过在反射片、导光板和扩散片的基础上增加增光片,当一部分光穿过导光板到达反射片上,这部分光会被反射片反射回导光板,经过导光板到达增光片,经过增光片后进行折射,折射后的角度会大于输入角度,穿过增光片后的光进入了扩散片后,其中的一部分直接从扩散片中射出,另一部分光反射后进入增光片,然后从增光片进入导光板,然后到达反射片,接着再重复以上过程,由于光在本公开的结构中,经过不断的反射和折射,灯罩上的光就变得越来越均匀,使得在灯头部分超薄的情况,照度均匀度也可以满足AA级的要求。
2)本公开中的灯珠可以选择封装非常小的灯珠,比如3014灯珠,可以使得整个灯头结构变得非常薄,符合现代灯具越来越薄的发展趋势;并且灯珠与灯罩边框的距离可以非常近,比如将灯珠贴靠于灯罩边框,从而满足灯罩发光表面无灯珠亮斑。

图1是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种LED灯的背光结构的侧剖图,如图1所示,所述LED灯的背光结构10包括反射片11、导光板12、增光片13以及扩散片14。
如图1所示,所述反射片11置于整个背光结构10的最底层,当光线到达所述反射片11的上表面时,所述光线会向上反射回去。即所述反射片11为可以反射光线的材料,比如在所述反射片11的上表面可以涂有反射光线的反射涂层。反射片11的用途在于将从导光板12底面露出的光反射回导光板12中,用来提高光的使用效率低。
继续参照图1,在所述反射片11上布设有导光板12,即在所述反射片11中具有反射面的上方设有所述导光板12。导光板12可以为将线光源转变为面光源的光学级的亚克力板材,由于光学级的亚克力板材具有极高反射率且不吸光的特性,当一部分光穿过导光板12的背光面到达反射片11上,这部分光会被反射片11反射回导光板12,使得被导光板12吸收的光能够从导光板12的出光面逃离所述导光板12。
如图1所示,在所述导光板12上布设有增光片13,部分光从所述导光板12的出光面逃离所述导光板12后,进入所述增光片13,所述增光片13能够提高这部分光的正面亮度,并且这部分光在经过增光片13后进行折射,折射后的角度会大于输入角度,起到了散光的作用;而相关技术中电视机中的增光片13是用于聚光。
继续参照图1,在所述增光片13上布设有扩散片14,部分光在增光片13内经过折射后,进入所述扩散片14,其中有一部分光射出扩散片14,另一部分光反射回增光片13。
接下来,对光线在本公开结构内的走向作一整体的描述,请参照图4,图4是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种LED灯的背光结构的光线走向图,在所述导光板12的侧面增设光源,如图4中的灯珠21。如图4所示,所述灯珠21发出的一部分光穿过导光板12到达反射片11上,这部分光会被反射片11反射回导光板12,经过导光板12到达增光片13,经过增光片13后进行折射,折射后的角度会大于输入角度,穿过增光片13后的光进入了扩散片14后,其中的一部分直接从扩散片14中射出打到灯罩上,另一部分光反射后进入增光片13,然后从增光片13进入导光板12,然后到达反射片11,接着再重复以上过程,由于光在本公开的结构中,经过不断的反射和折射,灯罩上的光就变得越来越均匀。
可选地,图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种LED灯的背光结构的另一侧剖图,如图2所示,所述LED灯的背光结构10除包括反射片11、导光板12、增光片13以及扩散片14外,还包括网点15。
如图2所示,所述网点15设于所述导光板12上,且位于所述导光板12与所述反射片11与之间。所述网点15可以是用激光雕刻、V型十字网格雕刻或者UV网版印刷技术在所述导光板12的底面印上的导光点。当光源发出来的光线进入所述导光板12并射到各个导光点时会反射,反射光会往各个角度扩散。所述网点15可以呈矩阵排列于所述导光板12上;也可以是各种疏密、大小不一的设置,进而使导光板12均匀发光。
请继续参照图4,所述灯珠21发出的一部分光穿过导光板12到达底部的网点15上,因为网点15是高低不平,会将光进一步打散,然后光又被反射回导光板12,然后又进入增光片13,在增光片13内经过折射后,进入扩散片14,其中有一部分光射出扩散片14,一部分光反射回增光片13,然后进入导光板12,到达反射片11,接着再重复以上过程,经过不断的反射和折射,灯罩上的光就变得越来越均匀,从而照度均匀度也可以满足AA级的要求。
图3是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种LED灯的侧剖图。如图3所示,所述LED灯20包括上述的LED灯20的背光结构10以及灯珠21。
如图3所示,所述灯珠21作为光源围设于所述导光板12的侧面。所述灯珠21可以选择封装非常小的灯珠21,比如3014灯珠21,可以使得整个灯头结构变得非常薄,符合现代灯具越来越薄的发展趋势。
如图3所示,所述LED灯20还包括灯罩边框23以及灯罩(图中未示出),所述灯罩覆盖于所述扩散片14。所述灯罩边框23围设于所述灯珠21的外侧,所述灯珠21与所述灯罩边框23之间的距离小于预设值,所述预设值可以是2mm、1.5mm或者1mm等。可选地,所述灯珠21贴靠于所述灯罩边框23。由于灯珠21距离灯罩边框23非常近,进而在所述灯罩上不会有一个个灯珠亮斑。
请继续参照图3,所述LED灯20还可以包括灯板22。所述灯板22设于所述灯罩边框23与所述灯珠21之间,所述灯珠21排列设于所述灯板22上。
可选地,所述LED灯20还可以包括驱动芯片和电源。所述驱动芯片电连接于所述灯珠21,所述电源电连接于所述驱动芯片,所述电源为所述驱动芯片工作提供电能,所述驱动芯片驱动所述灯珠21亮起。
当所述驱动芯片驱动所述灯珠21亮起后,如图4所示,所述灯珠21发出的一部分光穿过导光板12到达反射片11上,这部分光会被反射片11反射回导光板12,经过导光板12到达增光片13,经过增光片13后进行折射,折射后的角度会大于输入角度,穿过增光片13后的光进入了扩散片14后,其中的一部分直接从扩散片14中射出打到灯罩上,另一部分光反射后进入增光片13,然后从增光片13进入导光板12,然后到达反射片11,接着再重复以上过程;而所述灯珠21发出的另一部分光穿过导光板12到达底部的网点15上,因为网点15是高低不平,会将光进一步打散,然后光又被反射回导光板12,然后进入增光片13,在增光片13内经过折射后,进入扩散片14,其中有一部分光射出扩散片14,一部分光反射回增光片13,然后进入导光板12,到达反射片11,接着再重复以上过程,经过不断的反射和折射,灯罩上的光就变得越来越均匀,从而照度均匀度也可以满足AA级的要求。

网点,设于所述导光板上,且位于所述导光板与所述反射片与之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED灯的背光结构,其特征在于,所述网点呈矩阵排列于所述导光板上。
4.一种LED灯,其特征在于,包括:
权利要求1至3中任一项所述的LED灯的背光结构;以及
灯珠,围设于所述导光板的侧面。
