The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, the anti-tilting and anti-falling locking device 6 of the present embodiment includes a housing, a protection rope 5, and a retractor 7, a pretensioner 8, a load limiter 9, and a control feedback unit 10, all disposed in the housing. One end of the protection rope 5 is wound on the retractor 7, and the other end of the protection rope passes through the pretensioner 8 and is fixed to a hanging point on a car carrying plate of the stereo garage or other hoisting platforms. The control feedback unit 10 is respectively connected with the retractor 7, the pretensioner 8 and the load limiter 9 to perform parameter setting and control feedback on the retractor 7, the pretensioner 8 and the load limiter 9. The retractor 7 is internally provided with a plurality of built-in springs to retract the protection cord 9 by an elastic force of the built-in springs. In the present embodiment, the retractor 7 has a cylindrical shape, and one end of the protection cord 9 is wound around the cylindrical surface.
In this embodiment, the load limiter 9 is provided with a roller 15, and the protection rope 5 passes around the roller 15 and moves along with the rolling of the roller 15.

before use, according to the load capacity and the lifting speed of the vehicle carrying plate 1, setting rated load capacity and running speed required by triggering locking action at the programmable interface 13; when the lifting chain/steel wire rope 4 falls off or breaks due to machinery or other reasons in the lifting process or in a static state of the vehicle carrying plate 1, the lifting speed of the lifting point 14 is asynchronous or the descending speed of the vehicle carrying plate 1 exceeds a set value, and the feedback control unit 10 is triggered to send a feedback signal; the feedback signal enables the stereo garage equipment to be powered off and stop running; meanwhile, the feedback signal is fed back to the retractor 7 and the pretensioner 8, the retractor 7 and the pretensioner 8 are used for locking the protection rope 5, and the vehicle carrying plate 1 stops falling through locking of the protection rope 5, so that the aim of preventing the vehicle carrying plate 1 from inclining and falling in the running process and the static state is fulfilled.
