本发明公开了一种环保型水性陆地泵专用漆及其制备方法,本发明的环保型水性陆地泵专用漆包括按质量份计的如下组分组成:水性聚酯多元醇树脂30‑35份,成膜助剂0.7‑1.0份,水32‑39份,pH调节剂2.3‑2.9份,分散剂0.8‑1.0份,消泡剂0.3‑0.4份,酞菁绿1.8‑2.0份,金红石型钛白粉3.5‑6.0份,复合铁钛粉3.5‑5份,润湿剂0.25‑0.55份,催干剂1.2‑1.6份,防沉剂4‑6份。本发明耐水性耐候性好,干燥快,附着力好。

技术领域
本发明涉及油漆技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保型水性陆地泵专用漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
如今,随着社会的进步,科技的发展,各种公司的建厂,泵的使用也大幅度增加。泵主要是用来输送水、油、酸碱液、乳化液、悬浊液和液态金属等液体,也可以用来输送液、气混合物及含悬浮固体物的液体,因此,预防泵体腐蚀、生锈显得尤为重要。
陆地泵外层涂装属于防腐蚀涂料领域,目前,陆地泵用漆主要还是以油性居多,油漆固不用说,污染之大,人尽皆知。不仅对空气环境会造成严重的污染,还会对人们自身造成一定的伤害。随着国家环境保护法的颁布,研究出一种环保型陆地泵专用漆刻不容缓。针对陆地泵广阔的应用市场,设计并研发了一种环保型水性陆地泵专用漆,此产品具备良好的环境友好性,保护涂装工人以及居住人员的人身不受到有毒挥发物的侵害,并且在抗冲击,耐候性,耐盐雾,附着力,硬度等方面,其指标均达到国标HG/T4847-2015。
目前,缺乏一种漆膜耐水性,耐候性好的水性陆地泵专用漆的制备方法。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供即在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种漆膜耐水性、耐候性好的环保型水性陆地泵专用漆及其制备方法。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:本发明的一种环保型水性陆地泵专用漆,包括按质量份计的如下组分组成:

进一步地,所述的pH调节剂为三乙胺;所述的分散剂为毕克的BYK190分散剂,它不含VOC和溶剂。

进一步地,所述的防腐锈料复合铁钛粉为1250目;所述的防沉剂为膨润土。
更进一步地,所述的催干剂为中岳涂料助剂有限公司生产的亲水性组合型CSY-6;所述的润湿剂为迪高的TEGO4100。
本发明所述的环保型水性陆地泵专用漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照所述原料配比,准确称取各组分,将所述水性聚酯多元醇树脂、成膜助剂、pH调节剂和水加入备料锅中,低速搅拌至中和水性聚酯多元醇树脂成均匀状态;
(2)加入消泡剂和分散剂,中速搅拌8-10min;
(3)加入酞青绿、金红石型钛白粉、复合铁钛粉、防沉剂、润湿剂以及催干剂,高速分散30min,形成均匀漆浆;
(4)将所述均匀漆浆进行研磨,研磨至细度小于等于15微米;
(5)将研磨的漆浆200目纱布过滤,用水稀释调节黏度至25℃的110s-120s,制得环保型水性陆地泵专用漆。
进一步地,在步骤(5)中,所述黏度为涂-4杯黏度。
有益效果:本发明耐水性耐候性好,干燥快,附着力好。漆膜附着力1级,表干时间15min,耐水性超过240h,耐盐水360h,耐盐雾720h,耐人工气候老化性600h,失光15%,色差小于2,50℃恒温箱放置30d无异常,保证储存稳定性。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
(1)本发明以水为分散介质,不含甲醛、苯、二甲苯等有害性溶剂,颜填料中不含重金属,属于环境友好型涂料。同时解决现有水性醇酸工业漆漆膜耐水性差,耐候性差等缺点,并且各项指标均达到国标HG/T4847-2015。
(2)本发明所用成膜物质为水性聚酯多元醇树脂,具有耐候性久和耐盐雾性高的优点。本发明喷涂陆地泵漆干燥快,附着力好,此配方尤其解决了以往陆地泵漆膜耐盐雾、耐水以及防腐性差的缺陷。
(3)配方设计理论基础为颜基比,确定颜填料和树脂比例。利用颜料体积浓度(PVC)与漆膜光泽,附着力,渗透性,防蚀性规律作为调整漆膜性质的指导,进行多组实验确定配方。
(4)配方设计中颜料为酞青绿和金红石型钛白粉。酞菁绿的化学组成为多氯代铜酞菁,应用性能很好,耐候性、耐热稳定性以及耐溶剂性效果好。金红石型钛白粉在耐候性和抗粉化方面效果最佳。配方中防腐、防锈料为复合铁钛粉,它对酸碱类物质都有很好的耐腐蚀性,对氧有很强的亲和力,可以在其表面生成致密的氧化膜,具有很好的化学稳定性。

4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型水性陆地泵专用漆,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂为迪高的TEGO902w、毕克的BYK024中的一种或两种的组合,其中迪高的TEGO902w为聚醚硅氧烷共聚物,含气相二氧化硅。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型水性陆地泵专用漆,其特征在于:所述的防腐锈料复合铁钛粉为1250目;所述的防沉剂为膨润土。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保型水性陆地泵专用漆,其特征在于:所述的催干剂为中岳涂料助剂有限公司生产的亲水性组合型CSY-6;所述的润湿剂为迪高的TEGO4100。
7.权利要求1至6任一项所述的环保型水性陆地泵专用漆的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)按照权利要求1所述原料配比,准确称取各组分,将所述水性聚酯多元醇树脂、成膜助剂、pH调节剂和水加入备料锅中,低速搅拌至中和水性聚酯多元醇树脂成均匀状态;
(2)加入消泡剂和分散剂,中速搅拌8-10min;
(3)加入酞青绿、金红石型钛白粉、复合铁钛粉、防沉剂、润湿剂以及催干剂,高速分散30min,形成均匀漆浆;
(4)将所述均匀漆浆进行研磨,研磨至细度小于等于15微米;
(5)将研磨的漆浆200目纱布过滤,用水稀释调节黏度至25℃的110s-120s,制得环保型水性陆地泵专用漆。
8.权利要求7所述的环保型水性陆地泵专用漆的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤(5)中,所述黏度为涂-4杯黏度。
