本发明涉及一种自固化电解铝用炭阳极高温抗氧化涂料,属于高温抗氧化涂层技术领域。
背景技术
电解铝槽中的炭阳极是铝电解生产技术关键之一,是铝电解工艺中最主要的组成部分,阳极常被誉称为铝电解槽的心脏。它作为导体将直流电导入电解槽, 并作为电解槽阳极材料参与阳极反应, 每生产一吨铝要消耗400kg~500kg的炭阳极。炭阳极各项质量指标直接影响到电解槽的正常生产和原铝的产量、质量、碳耗、和电耗等各项经济指标。炭阳极的过量消耗, 不仅会增加铝的生产成本,严重的会影响电解槽正常工作参数, 甚至造成病槽。对电解铝炭阳极的涂覆保护可使电解过程稳定, 取得较好的技术经济指标,降低炭阳极的消耗, 可延长阳极的使用天数, 有助于提高电解槽集气效率, 减少温室气体(CO2)的产生量, 对提高劳动生产率以及改善环境都起到了积极作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种有效改善电解铝用炭阳极高温抗氧化性能,降低炭阳极过量消耗的涂料体系。
本发明的技术方案为:一种自固化电解铝用炭阳极高温抗氧化涂料,其特征在于:该涂料包含下列重量份的组分:含羟基磷腈树脂2~10份、氧化铝20~60份、氢氧化铝20~30份、铝粉2~10份、硼砂0~20份、碳化硼0~15份、氧化钙1~10份、有机助粘剂0.1~3份。
所述的含羟基磷腈树脂制备方法为:①将原料盐酸羟胺、三氯化磷、四氯乙烷、吡啶和无水氯化钴以重量比为盐酸羟胺∶三氯化磷∶四氯乙烷∶吡啶∶氯化钴=100∶200~400∶500~800∶4~50∶2~20的比例投入反应釜中,通入加入量为三氯化磷重量的30~60%的氯气,开动搅拌,加热至70~150℃,回流5~15小时,反应完成后冷却至60~80℃,过滤,除去未反应的氯化钴,然后再减压蒸馏分别除去未反应的三氯化磷、吡啶和四氯乙烷,加入石油醚溶解得到的固体后,用浓度为重量百分比5~10%的稀硫酸洗涤、搅拌、静置、取油相,减压蒸馏脱除石油醚,得到淡黄色含羟基氯化磷腈三聚体结晶体;②将含羟基氯化磷腈三聚体和对苯二酚、四氯乙烷按重量比为含羟基氯化磷腈三聚体∶对苯二酚∶四氯乙烷=100∶50~200∶400~600的比例投入反应釜,通入氮气保护,开动搅拌,升温至130~220℃,缩聚反应5~10小时,减压蒸馏除去四氯乙烷,冷却,用石油醚溶解,加蒸馏水,搅拌,静置,取油相,减压蒸馏脱除石油醚,再用四氢呋喃溶解、过滤,真空干燥,得到含羟基磷腈树脂。
所述的有机助粘剂为羧甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、糊精中的一种或几种。
自固化电解铝用炭阳极高温抗氧化涂料,其制备包括以下步骤:将重量份含羟基磷腈树脂2~10份、氧化铝20~60份、氢氧化铝20~30份、铝粉2~10份、硼砂0~20份、碳化硼0~15份、氧化钙1~10份、有机助粘剂0.1~3份原料按配比加入高速搅拌机中,开动搅拌,混合均匀,即得。
所述涂料是通过下列施工工艺涂覆于电解铝用炭阳极上:将涂料以重量比100:50~200的比例与水混合搅拌成膏状,直接涂覆于电解铝用炭阳极表面,阴干10~24小时,即可形成初步固化的保护涂层,随着电解铝用炭阳极通电,温度升高,涂料进一步自固化,在电解铝用炭阳极表面形成致密保护涂层,隔绝氧对高温炭阳极的侵蚀。

一种自固化电解铝用炭阳极高温抗氧化涂料
①制备:将重量份含羟基磷腈树脂10份、氧化铝60份、氢氧化铝30份、铝粉10份、硼砂20份、碳化硼15份、氧化钙10份、甲基纤维素3份加入高速搅拌机中,开动搅拌,混合均匀,即得本发明涂料。
②涂覆:将本发明涂料以重量比100:200的比例与水混合搅拌成膏状,直接涂覆于电解铝用炭阳极表面。
③固化:阴干24小时,初步固化,随着电解铝用炭阳极通电,温度升高,涂料进一步自固
化,在电解铝用炭阳极表面形成致密保护涂层。
实施例3:
一种自固化电解铝用炭阳极高温抗氧化涂料
①制备:将重量份含羟基磷腈树脂5份、氧化铝40份、氢氧化铝25份、铝粉5份、硼砂10份、碳化硼8份、氧化钙5份、聚乙烯醇1.5份加入高速搅拌机中,开动搅拌,混合均匀,即得本发明涂料。
②涂覆:将本发明涂料以重量比100:100的比例与水混合搅拌成膏状,直接涂覆于电解铝用炭阳极表面。
③固化:阴干15小时,初步固化,随着电解铝用炭阳极通电,温度升高,涂料进一步自固化,在电解铝用炭阳极表面形成致密保护涂层。
实施例4:
一种自固化电解铝用炭阳极高温抗氧化涂料
①制备:将重量份含羟基磷腈树脂2份、氧化铝50份、氢氧化铝22份、铝粉3份、硼砂18份、氧化钙2份、碳化硼5份、糊精2份加入高速搅拌机中,开动搅拌,混合均匀,即得本发明涂料。
②涂覆:将本发明涂料以重量比100:150的比例与水混合搅拌成膏状,直接涂覆于电解铝用炭阳极表面。
③固化:阴干20小时,初步固化,随着电解铝用炭阳极通电,温度升高,涂料进一步自固化,在电解铝用炭阳极表面形成致密保护涂层。
实施例5:
一种自固化电解铝用炭阳极高温抗氧化涂料
①制备:将重量份含羟基磷腈树脂8份、氧化铝20份、氢氧化铝20份、铝粉7份、硼砂3份、氧化钙5份、羧甲基纤维素1份、聚乙烯醇0.5份加入高速搅拌机中,开动搅拌,混合均匀,即得本发明涂料。
②涂覆:将本发明涂料以重量比100:180的比例与水混合搅拌成膏状,直接涂覆于电解铝用炭阳极表面。
③固化:阴干18小时,初步固化,随着电解铝用炭阳极通电,温度升高,涂料进一步自固化,在电解铝用炭阳极表面形成致密保护涂层。
实施例6:
一种自固化电解铝用炭阳极高温抗氧化涂料
①制备:将重量份含羟基磷腈树脂5份、氧化铝50份、氢氧化铝27份、铝粉4份、碳化硼5份、氧化钙3份、羧甲基纤维素2份、糊精0.5份加入高速搅拌机中,开动搅拌,混合均匀,即得本发明涂料。
②涂覆:将本发明涂料以重量比100:80的比例与水混合搅拌成膏状,直接涂覆于电解铝用炭阳极表面。
③固化:阴干12小时,初步固化,随着电解铝用炭阳极通电,温度升高,涂料进一步自固化,在电解铝用炭阳极表面形成致密保护涂层。
Claims (4)
1.一种自固化电解铝用炭阳极高温抗氧化涂料,其特征在于:该涂料包含下列重量份的组分:含羟基磷腈树脂2~10份、氧化铝20~60份、氢氧化铝20~30份、铝粉2~10份、硼砂0~20份、碳化硼0~15份、氧化钙1~10份、有机助粘剂0.1~3份;所述的含羟基磷腈树脂制备方法为:①将原料盐酸羟胺、三氯化磷、四氯乙烷、吡啶和无水氯化钴以重量比为盐酸羟胺∶三氯化磷∶四氯乙烷∶吡啶∶氯化钴=100∶200~400∶500~800∶4~50∶2~20的比例投入反应釜中,通入加入量为三氯化磷重量的30~60%的氯气,开动搅拌,加热至70~150℃,回流5~15小时,反应完成后冷却至60~80℃,过滤,除去未反应的氯化钴,然后再减压蒸馏分别除去未反应的三氯化磷、吡啶和四氯乙烷,加入石油醚溶解得到的固体后,用浓度为重量百分比5~10%的稀硫酸洗涤、搅拌、静置、取油相,减压蒸馏脱除石油醚,得到淡黄色含羟基氯化磷腈三聚体结晶体;②将含羟基氯化磷腈三聚体和对苯二酚、四氯乙烷按重量比为含羟基氯化磷腈三聚体∶对苯二酚∶四氯乙烷=100∶50~200∶400~600的比例投入反应釜,通入氮气保护,开动搅拌,升温至130~220℃,缩聚反应5~10小时,减压蒸馏除去四氯乙烷,冷却,用石油醚溶解,加蒸馏水,搅拌,静置,取油相,减压蒸馏脱除石油醚,再用四氢呋喃溶解、过滤,真空干燥,得到含羟基磷腈树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述自固化电解铝用炭阳极高温抗氧化涂料,其特征在于:所述的有机助粘剂为羧甲基纤维素、甲基纤维素、聚乙烯醇、糊精中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述自固化电解铝用炭阳极高温抗氧化涂料,其制备包括以下步骤:将重量份含羟基磷腈树脂2~10份、氧化铝20~60份、氢氧化铝20~30份、铝粉2~10份、硼砂0~20份、碳化硼0~15份、氧化钙1~10份、有机助粘剂0.1~3份原料按配比加入高速搅拌机中,开动搅拌,混合均匀,即得。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述自固化电解铝用炭阳极高温抗氧化涂料,其特征在于:所述涂料是通过下列施工工艺涂覆于电解铝用炭阳极上:将涂料以重量比100:50~200的比例与水混合搅拌成膏状,直接涂覆于电解铝用炭阳极表面,阴干10~24小时,即可形成初步固化的保护涂层,随着电解铝用炭阳极通电,温度升高,涂料进一步自固化,在电解铝用炭阳极表面形成致密保护涂层,隔绝氧对高温炭阳极的侵蚀。
