【技术领域】
本发明涉及农业技术领域,具体涉及一种富硒黄豆的高产种植方法。
【背景技术】
硒,元素符号Zn,是第四常见的金属,也是人体必需的微量营养元素之一,在人体中其含量仅次于铁,其对人体维持正常的生理功能发挥着不可替代的作用。现已发现硒参与了二百多种酶的合成与激活,是唯一在六大酶系中均存在的微量元素。同时也是多种金属蛋白、结构蛋白和核酸的重要组成成分,在调控机体物质合成与代谢,维持结构稳定等多个方面发挥着重要的作用。随着时代进步,人们追求更高品质的食物进食,补充硒具有很好的保健效果,因此能适应市场的需求。大豆是当今世界上仅次于小麦、玉米、水稻、大麦的第五大粮食作物,其子粒中含有高达40%的蛋白质和20%的脂肪,具有较高的营养价值和经济价值。
黄豆是重要的粮食作物和重要的饲料来源,也是全世界总产量最高的粮食作物。是我国的三大主粮之一,全国各地都有各种黄豆的食用方法,包括直接煮、炒黄豆籽粒、加工成黄豆粉冲食或作为粗粮添加等等。黄豆同时也作为饲料的重要成分。所以通过食用黄豆或黄豆制品来达到补硒的目的是可行的。因此,设计一种能富硒的种植黄豆的方法迫在眉睫。
【发明内容】
本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述的机遇,本发明提供一种富硒黄豆的高产种植方法,不仅能得到富含硒的黄豆,且产量相比现有技术提高35-50%。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种富硒黄豆的高产种植方法,包括以下具体步骤得到:
A、种子处理:选择颗粒饱满的黄豆种子进行晒种1-2天,在播种前使用促进种子发芽的混合液进行浸泡30-40min,
所述混合液包括,赤霉素、生长素、吲哚丁酸、水按照体积比1-2:1-3:2-3:40-60混合而成;
B、播种、育苗:将浸泡后的种子撒播于育苗基质上,再撒上一层1-2cm厚的由中砂与黄泥土按照重量比2:1混合均匀的混合土,接着浇水至育苗基质湿度在50%-60%,在温度为26-28℃下培育8-12天,黄豆幼苗长高至8-12cm;
所述育苗基质按照重量份数计包括以下原料混合制成:发酵混合料10-50份、鸽子粪便5-15份、磷矿粉8-15份、尿素1-7份、碳酸氢铵3-7份、氯化钾2-8份、乙二胺四醋酸硒3-8份、粉煤灰3-7份、改性蛭石粉1-7份;
所述发酵混合料按照重量份数计包括以下原料制成:甘蔗榨糖后的蔗渣3-5份、绿泥5-10份、黑芝麻3-8份、黑豆壳5-8份、黑木耳下脚料5-12份、山药皮3-10份、麦芽1-5份、黄芪叶3-8份、鸡心2-6份、海鸭蛋壳3-10份、鸡肝3-8份、金枪鱼内脏5-10份、鱿鱼内脏3-9份、羧甲基纤维素2-6份、富硒酵母1-8份、葡萄汁3-8份、柠檬汁5-8份;
C、移栽:将育苗培育后得到的的黄豆幼苗定植到田地上,黄豆幼苗的根部带3-6g的原育苗基质,定植的株距为40-50cm×50-60cm×50-65cm;
D、田间管理:将在定植后进行常规的拔草、浇水、防虫管理,并在定植1-2个月后追施叶面肥一次;
所述叶面肥由以下重量份的原料制备而成:动物氨基酸5-10份、ε-聚赖氨酸3-10份、次氮基三乙酸3-8份、赤霉素3-8份、双氯芬酸钠5-10份、硼砂2-8份、微量元素5-9份、柠檬酸钙1-8份和水400-600份。
在本发明中,进一步的说明,所述叶面肥由以下重量份的原料制备而成:动物氨基酸7份、ε-聚赖氨酸5份、次氮基三乙酸6份、赤霉素6份、双氯芬酸钠7份、硼砂5份、微量元素7份、柠檬酸钙4份和水500份。
在本发明中,进一步的说明,所述育苗基质按照重量份数计包括以下原料混合制成:发酵混合料35份、泥炭8份、鹌鹑粪便11份、硫酸钾4份、硫酸硒矿粉5份、木屑4份、草木灰6份、粉煤灰5份、改性蛭石粉3份。
在本发明中,进一步的说明,所述改性蛭石粉是由下述具体的方法制备得到的:将蛭石粉加入研钵中加入白油研磨1-3min,接着经过γ射线照射2-5S。
在本发明中,进一步的说明,所述发酵混合料按照重量份数计包括以下原料制成:甘蔗榨糖后的蔗渣4份、绿泥6份、黑芝麻4份、黑豆壳6份、黑木耳下脚料8份、山药皮7份、麦芽3份、黄芪叶4份、鸡心4份、海鸭蛋壳7份、鸡肝5份、金枪鱼内脏7份、鱿鱼内脏6份、羧甲基纤维素4份、富硒酵母3份、葡萄汁5份、柠檬汁6份。
在本发明中,进一步的说明,所述发酵混合料具体是由以下方法制备得到的:
将甘蔗榨糖后的蔗渣、绿泥、黑芝麻、黑豆壳、黑木耳下脚料、山药皮、麦芽、黄芪叶混合建堆发酵8-12天得到第一份发酵物;
将鸡心、海鸭蛋壳、鸡肝、金枪鱼内脏、鱿鱼内脏、富硒酵母混合放入发酵池中避光发酵7-10天后得到第二发酵物;
将第一份发酵物、第二份发酵物、羧甲基纤维素、葡萄汁、柠檬汁混合覆膜发酵8-10天即可得到发酵混合料。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明播种前的混合液具有更好的促进种子发芽,在播种后的第二天出芽率达到96%。
2、本发明育苗基质中含有大量的有机质、无机质、微量元素,速效氮含量达到153mg/kg、速效磷含量达到213mg/kg、速效钾含量达到258mg/kg,能充分的提供黄豆出芽后所需长茎、根的需求,且育苗基质中的物料和改性的蛭石粉能改善育苗基质之间的间隙,避免出现易出现积水,降低造成根部腐烂、出苗率不高等问题。
3、本发明发酵混合料中的通过发酵后得到的第一份发酵物、第二份发酵物均含有大量的硒元素,被分解出来的硒更加容易被植物吸收利用,促进植物中硒的吸收就等于提高了黄豆中硒的含量,硒元素的含量上来了,人食用后将会吸收利用,有利于人体健康,第一份发酵物、第二份发酵物与羧甲基纤维素、富硒酵母、葡萄汁、柠檬汁混合发酵能够再次将发酵物中发酵未完全的物质再次发酵分解出来,羧甲基纤维素促进发酵充分、快速使得未分解的物质腐蚀分解。
4、本发明的叶面肥是将动物氨基酸、ε-聚赖氨酸、次氮基三乙酸、赤霉素、双氯芬酸钠、硼砂、微量元素、柠檬酸钙之间共同组成,具有相互协同的作用使得叶面肥的扩展能力增强,着附能力增强,使得叶面肥的利用率大大提高,从而提高黄豆植株能吸收肥力的利用率,进一步的促进植株生长,在适当的时期进行追肥能增大结果的种子的粒径,粒径的均值在0.45cm左右。

B、播种、育苗:将浸泡后的种子撒播于育苗基质上,再撒上一层1cm厚的由中砂与黄泥土按照重量比2:1混合均匀的混合土,接着浇水至育苗基质湿度在50%,在温度为26℃下培育8天,黄豆幼苗长高至8cm;
C、移栽:将育苗培育后得到的的黄豆幼苗定植到田地上,黄豆幼苗的根部带3g的原育苗基质,定植的株距为40cm×50cm×50cm;
D、田间管理:将在定植后进行常规的拔草、浇水、防虫管理,并在定植1个月后追施叶面肥一次;
上述方法中的叶面肥、育苗基质的制备如下:
1、叶面肥由以下重量份的原料制备而成:动物氨基酸5份、ε-聚赖氨酸3份、次氮基三乙酸3份、赤霉素3份、双氯芬酸钠5份、硼砂2份、微量元素5份、柠檬酸钙1份和水400份。
2、育苗基质按照重量份数计包括以下原料混合制成:发酵混合料10份、鸽子粪便5份、磷矿粉8份、尿素1份、碳酸氢铵3份、氯化钾2份、乙二胺四醋酸硒3份、粉煤灰3份、改性蛭石粉1份;
其中,改性蛭石粉是由下述具体的方法制备得到的:将蛭石粉加入研钵中加入白油研磨1min,接着经过γ射线照射2S。
其中,发酵混合料按照重量份数计包括以下原料制成:甘蔗榨糖后的蔗渣3份、绿泥5份、黑芝麻3份、黑豆壳5份、黑木耳下脚料5份、山药皮3份、麦芽1份、黄芪叶3份、鸡心2份、海鸭蛋壳3份、鸡肝3份、金枪鱼内脏5份、鱿鱼内脏3份、羧甲基纤维素2份、富硒酵母1份、葡萄汁3份、柠檬汁5份;
其中,按照上述的比例发酵混合料具体是由以下方法制备得到的:
将甘蔗榨糖后的蔗渣、绿泥、黑芝麻、黑豆壳、黑木耳下脚料、山药皮、麦芽、黄芪叶混合建堆发酵8天得到第一份发酵物;
将鸡心、海鸭蛋壳、鸡肝、金枪鱼内脏、鱿鱼内脏、富硒酵母混合放入发酵池中避光发酵7天后得到第二发酵物;
将第一份发酵物、第二份发酵物、羧甲基纤维素、葡萄汁、柠檬汁混合覆膜发酵8天即可得到发酵混合料。
实施例2:
一种富硒黄豆的高产种植方法,包括以下具体步骤得到:
A、种子处理:选择颗粒饱满的黄豆种子进行晒种2天,在播种前使用促进种子发芽的混合液进行浸泡40min,
所述混合液包括,赤霉素、生长素、吲哚丁酸、水按照体积比1:1:2:40混合而成;
B、播种、育苗:将浸泡后的种子撒播于育苗基质上,再撒上一层2cm厚的由中砂与黄泥土按照重量比2:1混合均匀的混合土,接着浇水至育苗基质湿度在60%,在温度为28℃下培育12天,黄豆幼苗长高至12cm;
C、移栽:将育苗培育后得到的的黄豆幼苗定植到田地上,黄豆幼苗的根部带6g的原育苗基质,定植的株距为50cm×60cm×65cm;
D、田间管理:将在定植后进行常规的拔草、浇水、防虫管理,并在定植2个月后追施叶面肥一次;
上述方法中的叶面肥、育苗基质的制备如下:
1、叶面肥由以下重量份的原料制备而成:动物氨基酸10份、ε-聚赖氨酸10份、次氮基三乙酸8份、赤霉素8份、双氯芬酸钠10份、硼砂8份、微量元素9份、柠檬酸钙8份和水600份。
2、育苗基质按照重量份数计包括以下原料混合制成:发酵混合料50份、鸽子粪便15份、磷矿粉15份、尿素7份、碳酸氢铵7份、氯化钾8份、乙二胺四醋酸硒8份、粉煤灰7份、改性蛭石粉7份;
其中,改性蛭石粉是由下述具体的方法制备得到的:将蛭石粉加入研钵中加入白油研磨3min,接着经过γ射线照射5S。
其中,发酵混合料按照重量份数计包括以下原料制成:甘蔗榨糖后的蔗渣5份、绿泥10份、黑芝麻8份、黑豆壳8份、黑木耳下脚料12份、山药皮10份、麦芽5份、黄芪叶8份、鸡心6份、海鸭蛋壳10份、鸡肝8份、金枪鱼内脏10份、鱿鱼内脏9份、羧甲基纤维素6份、富硒酵母8份、葡萄汁8份、柠檬汁8份;
其中,按照上述的比例发酵混合料具体是由以下方法制备得到的:
将甘蔗榨糖后的蔗渣、绿泥、黑芝麻、黑豆壳、黑木耳下脚料、山药皮、麦芽、黄芪叶混合建堆发酵12天得到第一份发酵物;
将鸡心、海鸭蛋壳、鸡肝、金枪鱼内脏、鱿鱼内脏、富硒酵母混合放入发酵池中避光发酵10天后得到第二发酵物;
将第一份发酵物、第二份发酵物、羧甲基纤维素、葡萄汁、柠檬汁混合覆膜发酵10天即可得到发酵混合料。
实施例3:
一种富硒黄豆的高产种植方法,包括以下具体步骤得到:
A、种子处理:选择颗粒饱满的黄豆种子进行晒种1.5天,在播种前使用促进种子发芽的混合液进行浸泡35min,
所述混合液包括,赤霉素、生长素、吲哚丁酸、水按照体积比1:2:3:50混合而成;
B、播种、育苗:将浸泡后的种子撒播于育苗基质上,再撒上一层1.5cm厚的由中砂与黄泥土按照重量比2:1混合均匀的混合土,接着浇水至育苗基质湿度在55%,在温度为27℃下培育10天,黄豆幼苗长高至10cm;
C、移栽:将育苗培育后得到的的黄豆幼苗定植到田地上,黄豆幼苗的根部带4g的原育苗基质,定植的株距为45cm×55cm×60cm;
D、田间管理:将在定植后进行常规的拔草、浇水、防虫管理,并在定植1.5个月后追施叶面肥一次;
上述方法中的叶面肥、育苗基质的制备如下:
1、叶面肥由以下重量份的原料制备而成:动物氨基酸7份、ε-聚赖氨酸5份、次氮基三乙酸6份、赤霉素6份、双氯芬酸钠7份、硼砂5份、微量元素7份、柠檬酸钙4份和水500份。

步骤与具体操作与实施例3基本相同,不同点是:育苗基质为中砂与黄泥土组成。
实施例5:
步骤与具体操作与实施例3基本相同,不同点是:叶面肥采用市面购买的福进门高钾型大量元素水溶肥。
实施例6:
步骤与具体操作与实施例3基本相同,不同点是:育苗基质中未添加改性蛭石粉。
将实施例1-6种植一亩黄豆直至采收,其中采收实施例1-6的产量分别为510斤、541斤、485斤、159斤、175斤、358斤;移栽定植的存活率分别为96%、97%、98%、83%、82%、87%;采收的黄豆的硒含量为39mg/100g、37mg/100g、41mg/100g、18mg/100g、18mg/100g、27mg/100g。
