本发明公开了一种含有化合物HelikaurolideA的木材防腐剂,HelikaurolideA与千金子二萜醇,HelikaurolideA与千金子二萜醇的重量份数之比为,1:1‑30:1。本发明通过将HelikaurolideA与千金子二萜醇配伍在特定的比例下发现具有很好的木材防霉效果,特别是在HelikaurolideA与千金子二萜醇的重量份数之比为23‑25:1之间,其协同防霉效果效果非常的明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防腐剂,具体是一种含有化合物HelikaurolideA的木材防腐剂,属于农业技术领域。
背景技术
到目前为止,最为常用防止木材腐朽的方法是用化学药剂防腐,防腐剂在生产和使用过程中的泄漏和渗出,以及防腐处理木材的废弃和燃烧都会对环境造成不利影响,并危害人类的健康。由于环境问题越来越受到人们的关注,也成为选择防腐剂的关键。
当前使用最多的是水溶性防腐剂,约占防腐剂使用总量的3/4。由于单一防腐剂抗木腐菌、虫的范围比较狭窄,现在一般将两种或几种防腐剂按一定比例混合,不但可以克服单一防腐剂使用时的不足之处,而且还会产生一些新的特性。目前,复合防腐剂已在世界各国得到了最广泛的应用,并取得了很好的效果。由于传统防腐剂存在诸多不足,迫使人们研究和寻找对人畜无害、对环境无污染、仅对微生物有毒的新型防腐剂。目前研究较多的包括水溶性的烷基铵类化合物(AAC)、氨溶烷基胺铜(ACQ)、硼化物、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸铜(CDDC)和油溶性的百菌清(CTL)、有机碘化物(IPBC)等。对于木材防腐的实质,开发无毒、高效和实用的木材防腐方法,降低环境污染,对保护人类生态环境和充分利用现有资源意义深远。
HelikaurolideA首次发表于Helikaurolides A–D with a Diterpene-Sesquiterpene Skeleton from Supercritical Fluid Extracts of Helianthus annuusL.var.AriannaOrg.Lett.,2015,17(19),4730–473。其是从向日葵中分离出来的具有全新骨架的化合物,
申请人发现HelikaurolideA与千金子二萜醇在一定比例下配合对于木材防腐具有增效的效果。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种含有化合物HelikaurolideA的木材防腐剂,它是将两种不同结构、不同作用机理的成分进行复配,对木材起到防腐的作用。为实现本发明的目的,发明人将HelikaurolideA与千金子二萜醇复配,用于木材防腐。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:含有化合物HelikaurolideA的木材防腐剂,包含主要有效成分:HelikaurolideA。结构式如下:
所述的HelikaurolideA与千金子二萜醇的重量份数之比为1:1-30:1.
HelikaurolideA与千金子二萜醇的重量份数之比为1:1-30:1,有效成分占总重量的0.3%~10%。。
该组合物还包括辅助配方:水溶性高分子聚合物、表面活性剂、有机溶剂和水。
所述的水溶性高分子聚合物为共聚维酮、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯类聚合物中的任意一种。
所述的有机溶剂为正丙醇或者正丁醇。
有效成分0.1-5%,水溶性高分子聚合物0.6-4%,有机溶剂3-7%,余量水。
本发明通过将HelikaurolideA与千金子二萜醇配伍在特定的比例下发现具有很好的防霉效果,特别是在HelikaurolideA与千金子二萜醇的重量份数之比为23-25:1之间,其协同防霉效果非常的明显,而且毒性小,健康环保。
具体实施方式
千金子二萜醇,CAS号:34420-19-4,成都植标化纯生物技术有限公司等均有售。
本发明所涉及化合物HelikaurolideA的制备方法参见文献:(Helikaurolides A–D with a Diterpene-Sesquiterpene Skeleton from Supercritical Fluid Extractsof Helianthus annuus L.var.AriannaOrg.Lett.,2015,17(19),4730–473)。
效果试验:
试材 柳木,产自江苏省,5~10年生,无缺陷。去皮加工成精刨柳木条,并在自然环境下气干至含水率12%~15%。本实验中柳木全部加工成40mm×30mm×6mm(长×宽×厚)的试样.
霉菌:黑曲霉(AspergillusnigerV.Tiegh),桔青霉(PenicilliumcitrintimThom),菌种由中国林业科学研究院木材工业研究所提供。
实验设备
MJX-8503智能培养箱,BCL-1360-B型超净工作台等。
每组有22个柳木试样在不同的药液中常温浸渍处理时,根据处理时间3min按照常压浸渍法。将同一组的试样放在烧杯中井字形摆放,重物压顶以防止浮动,然后倒入药液并使其液面高出试样材顶2cm。取出后,擦掉试样表面的残液。空白对照组试样用无菌水浸泡,处理后的试样置于通风处,气干21天。
防霉效果评价
参照国家标准《防霉剂防治木材霉菌及蓝变菌的实验方法》,检测处理试样的室内防霉性能。试样接菌后的4周内,每3天观察记录一次试样的被害值以及试样表面发生霉变的程度,并参照试样的被害值。

药剂对霉菌的防治效力计算公式为:
E=(1-Dt/D0)×100%式中:E为防治效力(%);Dt为药剂处理试样的平均被害值;D0为未处理对照试样的平均被害值,
经过4周室内防霉实验后,不同浓度处理试样对霉菌的防治效力见表。
药剂的辅助配方为:聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2%,正丁醇5%,余量水。
A为HelikaurolideA,B为千金子二萜醇。
由实验结果可以看出单一的HelikaurolideA和千金子二萜醇具有一定的防霉效果,但是效果不显著,大量的试验表明只有HelikaurolideA与千金子二萜醇23-25:1)的比例对于霉菌的防治效果好,而其他比例组均不显著,可见HelikaurolideA与千金子二萜醇在23-25:1时协同防腐效果明显,具有显著的进步。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有化合物HelikaurolideA的木材防腐剂,其特征在于,HelikaurolideA与千金子二萜醇的重量占防腐剂总重量的0.3%~5%。
