Abstract
The invention discloses a circularly cleaned filtering device which comprises a rack, a filter cylinder, a gas backwashing component, a water pump, a main water inlet pipe, a main water outlet pipe and a recovery barrel, wherein the filter cylinder is positioned on the rack, the gas backwashing component is used for cleaning a filter element in the filter cylinder, the water pump and the main water inlet pipe are used for pumping raw water into the filter cylinder, the main water outlet pipe is used for discharging purified water filtered by the filter cylinder, the recovery barrel is positioned below the filter cylinder and is communicated with the filter cylinder through the main sewage pipe, the filter cylinder is provided with a plurality of filter cylinders, the gas backwashing component is respectively connected with each filter cylinder and can be used for backwashing at least one filter cylinder.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of filtering equipment, in particular to filtering equipment for circular cleaning.
Background
Generally, after a filter element of a filter works for a period of time, impurities in raw water slowly block the filter element, and therefore, the filter element of the filter needs to be cleaned and maintained regularly.
At present, filter equipment for cleaning a filter element in an air flow backwashing mode has the advantages of no disassembly and cleaning, water saving, simple operation and the like. The operating principle is that gas is introduced into the filter box body of the filter element, impurities blocked on the filter element are flushed away by utilizing the backwashing force of the gas, and sewage containing the impurities is discharged through the sewage outlet on the filter cartridge.
However, the backwashing equipment still has the defect that the equipment must be stopped to be backwashed, so that the treatment efficiency of the equipment is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is to provide a filter device which can be cleaned without shutdown cycles.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
a filter device capable of being cleaned circularly comprises a rack, a filter cylinder, an air backwashing assembly, a water pump, a main water inlet pipe, a main water outlet pipe and a recovery barrel, wherein the filter cylinder is positioned on the rack, the air backwashing assembly is used for cleaning a filter element in the filter cylinder, the water pump and the main water inlet pipe are used for pumping raw water into the filter cylinder, the main water outlet pipe is used for discharging purified water filtered by the filter cylinder, the recovery barrel is positioned below the filter cylinder and is communicated with the filter cylinder through the main sewage pipe, the filter cylinder is provided with a plurality of filter cylinders, and the air backwashing assembly is respectively connected with each filter cylinder and can be used for backwashing at least one filter cylinder.
Preferably, the filter equipment further comprises a control system for controlling the filter cylinder to work or stop and the air backwashing component to work or stop, and the control system controls one of the filter cylinders to stop working and controls the air backwashing component to align for backwashing in turn.
Further preferably, there are 4 filter cartridges.
Preferably, the filter cartridge is communicated with the main water inlet pipe through a water dividing pipe, the filter cartridge is communicated with the main water outlet pipe through a water dividing pipe, the filter cartridge is communicated with the main sewage pipe through a sewage dividing pipe, and the water dividing pipe, the water dividing pipe and the sewage dividing pipe are respectively provided with a stop valve.

Further preferably, when the gas backwashing component works, the water dividing pipe, the water dividing and discharging pipe and the sewage dividing pipe of the filter cylinder are closed, the concentration water discharging pipe is opened, the gas backwashing component introduces gas into the first filtering component for backwashing, the pressure in the cylinder is increased, backwashing sewage is pressed into the concentration cavity from the opening, purified water is filtered by the second filtering component and discharged from the concentration water discharging pipe, when the liquid level in the cylinder is flush with the opening, the gas backwashing component stops introducing gas, the sewage discharging port is opened, gas is introduced into the concentration water discharging pipe, and the concentrated backwashing sewage is discharged.
Further preferably, the concentrating chamber is a lumen of a siphon tube with an upper portion sealing a lower opening.
Further preferably, the siphon is vertically arranged, and the upper part of the siphon is fixedly arranged on the cover body of the cylinder body.

because the invention has a plurality of filter cylinders and the air backwashing component is respectively connected with each filter cylinder, a part of the filter cylinders can be selectively cleaned under the condition that other filter cylinders work normally, so that the backwashing does not influence the normal work of the filter cylinders.

The invention will be further described with reference to examples of embodiments shown in the drawings to which:
referring to fig. 1 to 3, a filter device for circulation cleaning includes a frame 1, a plurality of filter cartridges 2 disposed on the frame 1, a gas backwashing assembly (not shown) for cleaning a filter element disposed in the filter cartridges 2, a water pump and a main water inlet pipe 3 for pumping raw water into the filter cartridges 2, a main water outlet pipe 4 for discharging purified water filtered by the filter cartridges 2, and a recovery tub 6 disposed below the filter cartridges 2 and communicating with the filter cartridges 2 through a main sewer pipe 5, wherein the gas backwashing assembly is connected to each of the filter cartridges 2, and can simultaneously backwash at least one of the filter cartridges 2.
In this embodiment, there are 4 filter cartridges 2, the filter apparatus further includes a control system 7 for controlling the operation or stop of the filter cartridges 2 and the operation or stop of the air backwashing components, the control system 7 controls one of the filter cartridges 2 to stop operating and controls the air backwashing components to align for backwashing in turn, when one of the filter cartridges 2 is backwashed, the other filter cartridges 2 keep operating, when the filter cartridge 2 is backwashed, the control system 7 controls the air backwashing components to stop operating and resume the operation of the filter cartridge 2, and then the next filter cartridge 2 is backwashed until the 4 filter cartridges 2 are backwashed.
Each filter cartridge 2 is communicated with the main water inlet pipe 3 through a water dividing pipe 31, the filter cartridges 2 are communicated with the main water outlet pipe 4 through water dividing and discharging pipes 41, the filter cartridges 2 are communicated with the main sewage pipe 5 through sewage dividing pipes 51, and the water dividing pipe 31, the water dividing and discharging pipes 41 and the sewage dividing pipes 51 are respectively provided with a stop valve.
The filter cartridge 2 comprises a cylinder 21, a first filter component 22 arranged in the cylinder 21 and provided with one end connected with the main drainage pipe 4 and the other end connected with the air backwashing component, and a backwashing concentration component arranged in the filter cartridge 2 and used for concentrating backwashing sewage.
The backwashing concentration component comprises a hollow concentration cavity arranged in the barrel 21 and provided with an opening at the lower part, a second filtering component arranged in the concentration cavity, and a concentration drain pipe 8 communicated with the second filtering component and used for discharging purified water, wherein a stop valve is arranged on the concentration drain pipe 8.
The opening of the concentrating chamber is located at the bottom of the barrel 21. When the gas backwashing component works, the water dividing pipe 31, the water dividing pipe 41 and the water dividing pipe 51 of the filter cylinder 2 are closed, the concentration drain pipe 8 is opened, the gas backwashing component introduces gas into the first filter component 22 for backwashing, the pressure in the cylinder 21 is increased, the backwashing sewage is pressed into the concentration cavity from the opening, the purified water is filtered by the second filter component and is discharged from the concentration drain pipe 8, when the liquid level in the cylinder 21 is level with the opening, the gas backwashing component stops introducing the gas, the sewage discharge port is opened at the same time, the gas is filled into the concentration drain pipe 8, and the concentrated backwashing sewage is discharged.
In this embodiment, the second filtering component includes a filtering pipe 91 with a plurality of through holes distributed on the closed periphery of the lower end of the upper end communicated with the concentration drainage pipe 8 and a ceramic filter element 92 sleeved on the filtering pipe 91.
The bottom surface of the cylinder body 21 is an inverted conical surface, and the opening of the concentration cavity is positioned in the middle of the filter cartridge 1.
The concentrating cavity is a cavity of a siphon 10 with an upper part sealing a lower part opening, the siphon 10 is a polytetrafluoroethylene siphon in the embodiment, the siphon 10 is vertically arranged, and the upper part is fixedly arranged on a cover body of the cylinder 21.
Since the present embodiment has a plurality of filter cartridges 2 and the air backwash assembly is connected to each filter cartridge 2, a part of the filter cartridges 2 can be selectively cleaned under the condition that the other filter cartridges 2 are normally operated, so that the backwash does not affect the normal operation of the other filter cartridges 2.

A filtering device for circular cleaning comprises a rack, a plurality of filter cylinders positioned on the rack, an air backwashing component for cleaning filter elements in the filter cylinders, a water pump and a main water inlet pipe for pumping raw water into the filter cylinders, a main water discharge pipe for discharging purified water filtered by the filter cylinders, and a recovery barrel positioned below the filter cylinders and communicated with the filter cylinders through the main sewage pipe; the filter cartridge is communicated with the main water inlet pipe through a water dividing pipe, the filter cartridge is communicated with the main water outlet pipe through a water dividing and discharging pipe, the filter cartridge is communicated with the main sewage pipe through a sewage dividing pipe, and the water dividing pipe, the water dividing and discharging pipe and the sewage dividing pipe are respectively provided with a stop valve; the filter cylinder comprises a cylinder body, a first filter assembly and a second filter assembly, wherein one end of the first filter assembly is arranged in the cylinder body and is connected with the main water drainage pipe through the water drainage pipe, and the other end of the first filter assembly is connected with the gas backwashing assembly; the gas backwashing component is respectively connected with each filter cylinder and can simultaneously backwash at least one filter cylinder;

the backwash concentration assembly is arranged in the filter cylinder and used for concentrating backwash sewage, the backwash concentration assembly comprises a concentration cavity, a second filtering assembly and a concentration drain pipe, the concentration cavity is arranged in the cylinder, the concentration cavity is hollow, the lower portion of the concentration cavity is provided with an opening, the second filtering assembly is arranged in the concentration cavity, the concentration drain pipe is communicated with the second filtering assembly and used for discharging purified water, the concentration cavity is a pipe cavity of a siphon pipe, the upper portion of the siphon pipe is sealed, the lower portion of the siphon pipe is open, an opening of the concentration cavity is located at the bottom of the cylinder, a stop valve is arranged on the concentration drain pipe, and all the concentration drain pipes are far away from the concentrated drain pipe and the end portion of the filter cylinder is communicated.
