The invention is further described below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings in which:
embodiment one: referring to fig. 1, a full-throwing type integral injection molding embroidery needle is detachably connected with the front end of an embroidery machine, and comprises a hollow tubular cylinder 1, a positioning sleeve 2 arranged at the front end of the cylinder 1, a needle body 3 arranged in the embroidery needle, and an elastic piece 4 with a trend of pushing the needle body 3 to the rear of the embroidery needle, wherein the rear end of the cylinder 1 is provided with a clamping part connected with the embroidery machine, the clamping part comprises a guide part 11 arranged along the length direction of the embroidery needle and a frangible locking part 12, the locking part 12 is matched with the front end of the embroidery machine and locks the embroidery needle with the embroidery machine, a gap 13 is arranged between the guide part 11 and the locking part 12, and the locking part 12 is easy to break when being subjected to tangential force. Wherein the breaking force of the locking portion 12 is optimal at 20N-50N. When the novel embroidery machine is used, the embroidery needle is connected with the embroidery machine through the locking part 12, and when the embroidery needle needs to be replaced, the embroidery needle is swayed forcefully left and right, wherein the locking part 12 breaks after being subjected to tangential force, and the embroidery needle is pulled out from the embroidery machine. The needle body 3 includes a metal needle 31 and a needle bar 32 integrally injection-molded with the metal needle 31. Precision can be guaranteed in the injection molding, so that the length of the produced needle body 3 can be kept consistent, the problem of uneven distribution can be avoided, the injection molding is firmer, and the flying needle danger caused by falling of the metal needle 31 is avoided in use.
The metal needle 31 may be a single needle or a plurality of needle units welded together, and the plurality of needle units are arranged in parallel with each other with their heads and tails aligned, and may be arranged in rows or in clusters. Specifically, the welding portion of the adjacent metal needle 31 is 1-2cm close to the tip of the needle.
The needle body 3 rod penetrates through the locating sleeve 2 and the cylinder body 1 in a sliding mode, the joint of the needle rod 32 and the metal needle 31 protrudes outwards to form a limiting part 33, the locating sleeve 2 is provided with a locating hole 21 for guiding the metal needle 31, the rear part of the cylinder body 1 is provided with a guide hole 15 for guiding the needle rod 32, and the locating hole 21 and the guide hole 15 limit the front end and the rear end of the sliding position of the limiting part 33 respectively.
The tail of the needle bar 32 extends out of the rear end of the cylinder 1 and extends to two sides, the elastic piece 4 is sleeved on the needle bar 32 and is positioned between the blocking part and the cylinder 1, the elastic piece 4 adopts a plastic spring in the embodiment, and a metal pressure spring can also be adopted in other embodiments.
The cylinder 1 is also provided with a charging hole 16 for charging pigment into the cylinder 1, and the pigment can be added into the cylinder 1, thereby facilitating the use of the tattooing needle.
In summary, the tattooing needle head according to the embodiment can prevent the occurrence of flying needles during use, and can prevent the possibility of repeated use of the tattooing needle head after use.
