A disposable injection pen with a memory function is characterized by comprising a shell, wherein a metering cylinder with a head part extending out of the shell is arranged in the shell, an upper driver is arranged in the metering cylinder, a gear connecting cylinder is arranged in the upper driver, a push cylinder is arranged in the gear connecting cylinder, and a push rod is arranged in the push cylinder; the head of the metering cylinder is internally meshed with the left end of a bidirectional jumping gear, and the right end of the bidirectional jumping gear is meshed with the right end of the gear connecting cylinder; the head of the gear connecting cylinder is also sequentially provided with a sealing cover and a tail handle, and a small spring is arranged between the tail handle and the gear connecting cylinder; the upper side and the lower side in the metering cylinder are correspondingly provided with first guide ribs along the axial direction; an annular memory part is arranged between the first guide ribs, the inner side of the annular memory part is matched and connected with an external thread structure arranged on the right circumference of the gear connecting cylinder, and when the external thread of the gear connecting cylinder is screwed to the bottom clockwise, the annular memory part is clamped; a second guide rib is axially arranged on the outer circumference of the left side of the gear connecting cylinder and is matched and connected with a second guide groove axially arranged on the inner side of the upper driver; a third guide rib is axially arranged on the outer circumference of the push cylinder, the third guide rib is matched and connected with a third guide groove axially arranged on the inner side of the gear connecting cylinder, and the left outer side of the push cylinder is matched and connected with an annular guide rib arranged on the left inner side of the upper driver through an annular guide groove; the outer circumference of the left side part of the push rod is provided with a push rod external thread, the right side part of the push rod is axially provided with a fourth guide rib, the push rod is in threaded connection with a lower driver arranged in the head part of the upper driver through the push rod external thread, and the push rod is in threaded connection with the head part of the push cylinder through the push rod external thread; the push rod is matched and connected with a fourth guide groove axially arranged on the inner side of the push cylinder through a fourth guide rib; the left end of the push cylinder is provided with a push cylinder gear ring and is matched with a one-way gear arranged at the rear end of the lower driver; a large spring which can jump between the lower driver and the one-way gear is arranged between the push cylinder and the lower driver; the large spring is matched with the lower driver and is clamped; the lower driver is provided with a U-shaped boss, and the U-shaped boss is matched with a U-shaped opening on the one-way gear to enable the one-way gear to only axially jump; the inner thread section is arranged in the metering cylinder, the inner thread section is matched with the outer thread section on the upper driver, and clamping points are arranged at the maximum position and the minimum position; a medicine bottle container piece is arranged on the inner side of the shell and positioned at the right end of the lower driver, and a pen cap matched with the shell is arranged on the outer side of the medicine bottle container piece; a medicine bottle piece is arranged in the medicine bottle container piece, and the left end of the push rod is in butt joint with a rubber plug at one end of the medicine bottle piece through a arranged handle head.
