本发明公开了一种微囊悬浮剂,该微囊悬浮剂含有噻唑膦、阿维菌素和生物刺激素。本发明减少了气味,药效提升,持效期延长。具有贮存稳定性高、缓释;减轻药害,对作物安全的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种微囊悬浮剂,尤其是一种含有生物刺激素的杀线虫微囊悬浮剂,属于农药技术领域。
背景技术
世界范围内植物线虫每年造成1570亿美元损失。仅我国蔬菜根结线虫年发生面积就超过2000万亩,香蕉每年因线虫损失20%。线虫病害已上升为蔬菜、水果最难治理的病害问题之一。
当前,线虫仍以化学防治为主,大量化学农药使用导致环境及残留等问题突出。因此,开发更为环保更为高效的线虫防治药剂成为当务之急。随着技术进步,越来越多的新技术被应用到杀线剂开发中:一是杀线剂的研究开发和应用向更安全、环保、高效、持效的方向发展,微囊悬浮剂等高效环境友好剂型成为行业研究热点;二是配合生物刺激素、土壤修复剂以达到改良土壤、改善作物品质的目的,实现线虫防治的综合效果。
生物刺激素是指能改善土壤生态、激发作物潜能、增强作物系统抗性,从而提高产量、品质和农业生产效率的一类物质。一般将生物刺激素分为8类:腐殖酸、复杂有机材料、有益化学元素、无机盐(包含亚磷酸酯)、海藻提取物、甲壳素和壳聚糖衍生物、抗蒸腾剂、游离氨基酸和其他含氮物质等,而其中含腐殖酸、海藻提取物、氨基酸、糖醇物质和微生物菌剂是开发最多的产品品种。生生物刺激素既不是农药,更不是传统肥料;生物刺激素的靶标是农作物本身,它可以改善植物的生理生化状态,提高农药效果和肥料的利用率,改善农作物抵抗逆境的水平,当然生物刺激素也改善农作物的最终产量和品质。但生物刺激素目前尚未用于杀线剂开发。噻唑膦对线虫具有显著的防治效果,目前以颗粒剂为主,乳油和水乳剂次之。噻唑膦稳定性较差、在土壤中容易分解,从而造成用药浪费和环境污染,为了解决这些难题,可以将噻唑膦制备成微胶囊,以便于噻唑膦能够更好的被用于防治根结线虫。阿维菌素与噻唑膦复配具有增效作用,可降低噻唑膦用药量,延缓抗药性发生发展。阿维菌素·噻唑膦微囊悬浮剂与颗粒剂相比效果好,持续期长。现已有阿维菌素·噻唑膦颗粒剂登记,但尚无微囊悬浮剂登记。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种适合农业上使用的、对植物线虫有出色防效的,能改善作物品质,提高作物抗逆性,包含阿维菌素、噻唑膦和生物刺激素的微囊悬浮剂及其制备方法。
本发明提供的噻唑膦微囊悬浮剂,该微囊悬浮剂包括微囊和悬浮溶剂体系,且所述微囊悬浮于所述悬浮溶剂体系中;
其中,所述微囊由囊芯和囊壁组成;
构成所述囊芯的为噻唑膦和阿维菌素;
构成所述囊壁的为常用囊壁材料,如可选聚脲或聚氨酯;
所述悬浮溶剂体系包括生物刺激素、有机溶剂、添加剂和水;
所述添加剂为乳化剂、分散剂、防冻剂、稳定剂、酸碱调节剂、防腐剂、消泡剂和黏度调节剂中的一种或两种以上的组合。
上述微囊悬浮剂中,所述微囊悬浮剂由阿维菌素、噻唑膦、聚脲或聚氨酯、生物刺激素、有机溶剂、乳化剂、防冻剂、稳定剂、酸碱调节剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、黏度调节剂和水组成;
所述微囊悬浮剂中,阿维菌素和噻唑膦的质量比为1:1~1:50,优选质量比为1:5~1:20,更优选质量比为1:5~1:10。
上述微囊悬浮剂中,所述聚脲是由异氰酸酯和多元胺反应制得;所述聚氨酯是由异氰酸酯和二元醇或多元醇反应制得;所述异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯。
上述微囊悬浮剂中,所述异氰酸酯和多元胺的质量比可为1:0.1~1:0.6,具体可为1:0.6、3:0.17、1:0.1、1:0.25;
所述异氰酸酯和所述二元醇或多元醇的质量比可为1:0.1~1:0.3,具体可为1:0.2;
所述多元胺为乙二胺、己二胺、丙二胺、对苯二胺、三乙烯四胺、三乙醇胺、三乙胺和二乙烯三胺中的一种或两种以上的组合;
所述二元醇为乙二醇、二乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、丙二醇中的一种或两种以上的组合;所述多元醇为丙三醇。所述有机溶剂为松脂基溶剂ND-45、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、脂肪烃溶剂油、环己酮、甲酯化植物油、矿物油、芳烃溶剂油、二氯甲烷和石油醚中的一种或两种以上的组合;

所述防腐剂为山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠、甲醛和异噻唑啉酮类中的一种或两种以上的组合;
所述消泡剂为硅类消泡剂、聚醚类消泡剂、高碳醇、磷酸三丁酯和聚硅氧烷中的一种或两种以上的组合;
所述水为去离子水或蒸馏水;
所述微囊悬浮剂的中位粒径为1μm~10μm。
本发明还提供了所述微囊悬浮剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将噻唑磷和阿维菌素原药溶解在所述有机溶剂中,加入囊壁材料单体异氰酸酯搅拌,得到油相;
2)在水中加入所述乳化剂,搅拌得到水相,然后加入步骤1)中所述油相中,均化形成水包油乳液;
3)在所述水包油乳液中加入囊壁材料单体多元胺或所述多元醇的水溶液参加界面聚合反应,形成包覆噻唑磷和阿维菌素的囊壁,即得到噻唑磷·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂。
上述制备方法中,步骤1)中还包括噻唑磷和阿维菌素原药和异氰酸酯分别与所述稳定剂混合的步骤;
步骤3)中还包括形成所述囊壁之后加入所述生物刺激素、分散剂、防冻剂、酸碱调节剂、防腐剂、消泡剂和黏度调节剂中的一种或两种以上的组合的步骤。
上述制备方法中,步骤2)中,所述均化的速率可为1000rpm~20000rpm,具体可为8000rpm、10000rpm或8000rpm~10000rpm;
步骤3)中,所述水包油乳液的搅拌速率可为100rpm~1000rpm,具体可为300rpm;所述反应的温度可为30℃~50℃,具体可为50℃,所述反应的时间可为2h~3h,具体可为2h;
所述酸碱调节剂调节至pH值可为5.0~7.0,具体可为6.0、7.0或6.0~7.0;
步骤1)-3)中均在常压条件下进行,本发明中,所述常压指的是一个大气压。
本发明进一步提供了上述制备方法的所述噻唑磷·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂。
本发明具有以下优点:
本发明减少了气味,药效延长,提高制剂的含量;在制备过程中加入稳定剂能有效阻止了噻唑磷的分解,提高了产品的稳定性,因而噻唑磷·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂具有贮存稳定性高、缓释;减轻药害,对作物安全的特点。
本发明微囊悬浮剂中使用的生物刺激素为腐植酸、氨基酸、微生物、海藻酸和无机合成物等5类化合物中的一种或两种以上的化合物。
本发明微囊悬浮剂中使用的生物刺激素为腐植酸、氨基酸、微生物菌剂、海藻酸、甲壳素、壳聚糖、亚磷酸脂、氨基寡糖素和多肽中的一种或两种以上的组合。
本发明的微囊悬浮剂中使用的辅助剂包括分散剂、润湿剂、防冻剂、渗透剂等及其它有益于有效成分在贮存和使用中稳定以及药效发挥的已知物质,都是农药加工中常用或允许使用的各种成分,并无特别限定,具体成分和用量根据配方要求通过简单试验确定。
可将本发明微囊悬浮剂配制为可供稀释后喷雾或进行土壤或种子处理。
施药方式可以采取喷雾、灌根、浸种、沟施、穴施等,防治线虫时优选沟施、穴施、灌根等土壤处理或浸根、浸种、种子包衣处理。
本发明微囊悬浮剂特别适用于防治植物寄生线虫,尤其是蔬菜、果树、药用植物、禾谷类作物、油料作物、糖料作物、棉麻类作物、园艺园林类植物中的寄生线虫。
本发明微囊悬浮剂特别适合于防治植物寄生线虫,例如短体线虫(Pratykenchusspp)、相似穿孔线虫(Radopholous similis)、起绒草茎线虫(Ditylenchus dipsaci)、半穿刺线虫(Tylenchulus semipenetrans)、异皮线虫属种(Heterodera spp.)、球异皮线虫属种(Globodera spp.)、根结线虫属种(Meloidogyne spp.)、肾形线虫属种(Rotylenchulusspp.)、滑刃线虫属种(Aphelenchoides spp.)、长针线虫属种(Longidorus spp.)、剑线虫属种(Xiphinema spp.)、毛刺线虫属种(Trichodorus spp.)、伞滑刃线虫属种(Bursaphelenchus spp.)。
本发明微囊悬浮剂还可防治各种作物如蔬菜(如豆类、西红柿、土豆和葫芦科植物)、香蕉、三七、咖啡、玉米、水果类、稻、小麦、大麦、燕麦、黑麦、大豆、花生、观赏植物、甘蔗、棉花等植株上以及种子中的病原物。
优选将本发明微囊悬浮剂用于防治蔬菜、果树、药用植物、大豆和花生等油料作物、禾谷类、水稻、小麦、棉花、花卉等的线虫病,如黄瓜根结线虫、番茄根结线虫、辣椒根结线虫、柑橘根结线虫、大豆孢囊线虫、大姜根结线虫、小麦孢囊线虫、水稻根结线虫、花生根结线虫等。
与现有技术相比,本发明产生的有益效果为:(1)与传统剂型相比,该微囊悬浮剂可明显提升线虫防效;(2)可以大幅减少田间用药量,有效减少环境污染和农药残留,以及降低生产和使用成本;(3)新型微囊悬浮剂剂型符合未来农业环保化发展的趋势;(4)生物刺激素可提高药效,改善作物品质。(5)微囊悬浮剂可减轻气味,提高药效,延长持效期。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,本发明用以下具体实施例进行说明,但本发明绝非限于这些例子。
本发明微囊悬浮剂与传统剂型相比药效提升可通过下列试验说明。
生物测定实施例:添加生物刺激素甲壳素的11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂对南方根结线虫的室内毒力测定试验
试验对象:南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)
评价方法为盆栽法。从番茄根上挑取根结线虫的卵块用无菌水冲洗,置于培养皿的湿滤纸上,加入20ml无菌水,20℃-25℃下孵化,获得龄期一致的2龄幼虫,用无菌水稀释到200条/ml。于黄瓜两叶期接种2龄幼虫,采用根部注入法,取5ml线虫接种液注入根际土壤内,接种后24h土壤保持70%-80%湿度。黄瓜接种根结线虫后备用。
线虫接种1天后施药。颗粒剂撒施,悬浮剂稀释后灌根。药剂处理后将黄瓜苗置于人工气候室中,然后在25℃-30℃、12h光暗交替、相对湿度35%-50%条件下培养45d后调查。每个重复随机调查4盆,每个处理共计调查16盆黄瓜。分级标准按中华人民共和国国家标准《农药田间药效试验准则(一)》,病情分级标准。
病株分级方法如下:
0级:根系无虫瘿;
1级:根系有少量小虫瘿;
3级:三分之二根系布满小虫瘿;
5级:根系布满小虫瘿并有次生虫瘿;
7级:根系形成须根团。
计算方法:

表1中试验结果表明,11%阿维菌素·噻唑膦CS与甲壳素复配防治黄瓜根结线虫,配比在11:0.5~11:10之间时,都具有增效作用。
测定结果同时表明,同等剂量下,11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素CS(添加0.5%甲壳素)对黄瓜根结线虫45天防效为87.5%,11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素CS(未添加0.5%甲壳素)防效为76.5%,11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素GR防效为64.5%。3个微囊悬浮剂防效均显著高于颗粒剂配方;添加甲壳素微囊悬浮剂配方防效高于颗粒剂配方和未添加生物刺激素微囊悬浮剂配方,且与颗粒剂配方差异更大。表明微囊悬浮剂与传统剂型相比可提升药效,添加甲壳素具有增效作用。
下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。以下用具体实施例进行说明,所有配方中百分比均为质量百分比。
实施例1:25%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂
噻唑膦24.5%,阿维菌素0.5%,甲壳素1%,S-200 12%,AEO-10 1.2%,聚合MD11%,环氧大豆油5%,乙二胺0.6%,SP3936 5%,硅酸镁铝2.5%,丙二醇2%,山梨酸钾0.5%,有机硅0.1%,水补足至100%。
将噻唑磷和阿维菌素原药和环氧大豆油溶解在溶剂油S-200中,然后加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯MDI搅拌均匀(油相);将乳化剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚AEO-10加入去离子水中搅匀(水相);把配制好的油相到入水相并8000rpm剪切乳化,形成稳定的O/W乳液;开启搅拌(转速维持300rpm),加入乙二胺后将温度调节至50℃固化囊壁,维持稳定的囊壁材料固化温度2小时,至反应终点后,使用柠檬酸调节体系pH=5,后加入聚羧酸盐类分散剂SP-3936、丙二醇、硅酸镁铝、防腐剂山梨酸钾、有机硅消泡剂搅拌均匀,即制得25%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂。经分析指标合格后进行田间试验。
该实施例应用于防治番茄根结线虫。将25%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂(添加1%甲壳素)按有效成分用量2700克/公顷加水稀释灌根,药后60天的防效为83.2%。11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素颗粒剂撒施,按同样剂量使用,药后60天防效为70.8%。25%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂(添加1%甲壳素)与11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素颗粒剂相比药效提升作用明显,对番茄根结线虫的防效明显好于传统颗粒剂,且番茄长势健壮,抗逆性强。
实施例2:21%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂
噻唑膦20%,阿维菌素1%,γ-氨基酸4%,二甲苯21%,吐温80 1.2%,TDI3%,环氧亚麻油2%,三乙醇胺0.5%,木质素磺酸钠2%,黄原胶2%,有机硅0.3%,乙二醇5%,苯甲酸钠0.2%,水补足至100%。制得21%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂,经分析检测指标合格后进行田间试验。
该实施例应用于防治黄瓜根结线虫。将21%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂(添加4%γ-氨基酸)按有效成分用量2700克/公顷加水稀释灌根,药后60天的防效为82.8%。11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素颗粒剂撒施,按同样剂量使用,药后60天防效为71.1%。21%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂(添加4%γ-氨基酸)与11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素颗粒剂相比药效提升作用明显,对黄瓜根结线虫的防效明显好于传统颗粒剂,且黄瓜长势健壮,抗逆性强。
实施例3:11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂

该实施例应用于防治香蕉根结线虫。将11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂(添加3%海藻酸钠)按有效成分用量900克/公顷加水稀释灌根,药后60天的防效为81.8%。11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素颗粒剂撒施,按同样剂量使用,药后60天防效为70.0%。11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂(添加3%海藻酸钠)与11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素颗粒剂相比药效提升作用明显,对香蕉根结线虫的防效明显好于传统颗粒剂,且香蕉长势健壮,抗逆性强。
实施例4:12%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂
噻唑膦10%,阿维菌素2%,壳聚糖1%,油酸甲酯12%,NP-15 1.5%,PAPI2%,环氧酯2%,乙二醇0.4%,木质素磺酸钠4%,丙三醇5%,黄原胶2%,山梨酸钾0.5%,有机硅0.1%,水补足至100%。制得12%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂,经分析检测指标合格后进行田间试验。
该实施例应用于防治辣椒根结线虫。将11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂添加1%壳聚糖按有效成分用量1800克/加水稀释淋根,药后60天的防效为85.4%。12%噻唑膦·阿维菌素颗粒剂撒施,按同样剂量使用,药后60天防效为72.7%。12%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂(添加1%壳聚糖)与12%噻唑膦·阿维菌素颗粒剂相比药效提升作用明显,对辣椒根结线虫的防效明显好于传统颗粒剂,且辣椒长势健壮,抗逆性强。
实施例5:11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂
噻唑膦10%,阿维菌素1%,腐植酸20%,松脂基溶剂ND45 15%,OP-10 3.5%,PAPI 2.5%,MDI 0.5%,木糖醇0.3%,丙三醇0.5%,木质素磺酸钠2.5%,乙二醇5%,膨润土3%,山梨酸钾0.5%,有机硅0.1%,水补足至100%。制得11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂,经分析检测指标合格后进行田间试验。
该实施例应用于防治大姜根结线虫。将11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂(添加20%腐植酸)按有效成分用量2700克/公顷加水稀释灌根,药后60天的防效为82.9%。11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素颗粒剂撒施,按同样剂量使用,药后60天防效为70.4%。11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂(添加20%腐植酸)与11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素颗粒剂相比药效提升作用明显,对大姜根结线虫的防效明显好于传统颗粒剂,且大姜长势健壮,抗逆性强。
实施例6:5%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂
噻唑膦2.5%,阿维菌素2.5%,亚磷酸脂3%,二甲苯18%吐温-80 1%,PAPI2.5%,MDI 0.5%,木糖醇0.2%,丙三醇0.6%,木质素磺酸钠3%乙二醇5%,聚乙烯醇2%,卡松0.5%,有机硅0.1%,水补足至100%。制得5%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂,经分析检测指标合格后进行田间试验。
该实施例应用于小麦孢囊线虫。将11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂(添加亚磷酸酯3%)按有效成分用量3000克/公顷加水稀释灌根,药后60天的防效为86.8%。5%噻唑膦·阿维菌素颗粒剂撒施,按同样剂量使用,药后60天防效为74.7%。5%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂(添加亚磷酸酯3%)与5%噻唑膦·阿维菌素颗粒剂相比药效提升作用明显,对小麦孢囊线虫的防效明显好于传统颗粒剂,且小麦长势健壮,抗逆性强。
实施例7:11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂

噻唑膦10%,阿维菌素1%,微生物菌剂5%(100亿枯草芽孢杆菌孢子/每克母药),S-200 12%,OP-10 3.5%,PAPI 2.5%,MDI 0.5%,环氧酯0.3%,丙三醇0.5%,木质素磺酸钠2.5%,乙二醇5%,膨润土2%,山梨酸钾0.5%,有机硅0.1%,水补足至100%。制得11%噻唑膦·阿维菌素微囊悬浮剂,经分析检测指标合格后进行田间试验。

Claims (5)
1.一种微囊悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述微囊悬浮剂含有活性成份阿维菌素、噻唑膦和生物刺激素,活性成份阿维菌素和噻唑膦的质量比为1:1~1:50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的微囊悬浮剂,其特征在于:活性成份阿维菌素和噻唑膦的质量比为1:5~1:20。
3.根据权利要求2所述的微囊悬浮剂,其特征在于:活性成份阿维菌素和噻唑膦的质量比为1:5~1:10。
4.根据权利要求1所述的微囊悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述生物刺激素为腐植酸、氨基酸、微生物菌剂、海藻酸、甲壳素、壳聚糖、亚磷酸脂、氨基寡糖素和多肽中的一种或两种以上的组合。
5.权利要求1所述微囊悬浮剂用于防治植物线虫的用途。
