Description
This application is a divisional application of the following patent applications:
application No.: 201410155848.1
Application date: 4 and 17 months in 2014
The invention name is as follows: rice transplanter
Technical Field
The invention relates to a rice transplanter, wherein a fertilizer application device is arranged on a traveling vehicle body of the rice transplanter.
Background
In the prior art, a fertilizer applicator having a storage unit for storing fertilizer is mounted on a travel vehicle body of a rice transplanter. The storage part is easily deformed by an external load, for example, the body of an operator or a fertilizer application bag, and a storage part protecting member is provided around the storage part to prevent the deformation of the storage part. The side protection parts are installed on the advancing vehicle body and are positioned on two sides of the fertilizing device in the width direction of the advancing vehicle body. Since the storage unit shield member is directly connected to the side shield member, a part error or an assembly error of the side shield member affects a position of the side shield member, and further affects a position of the storage unit shield member, resulting in a gap between the storage unit shield member and the storage unit. Therefore, the storage section shield member cannot effectively prevent the deformation of the storage section.
In addition, the storage part is provided with a main body for storing the fertilizer and a cover for covering the main body from the upper side. The cover is automatically opened during transportation or under the action of strong wind. Also, if the wind blows off, there is a risk that the hinges of the storage part may break.
In contrast, conventionally, a small-sized lock catch is used to fix the cover. However, the latch claw of the latch is easily bent due to long-term use, and the load of the latch must be managed during assembly, which increases the cost of the latch.
In addition, a walking passage for the operator to move is formed between the driving area of the traveling vehicle body and the fertilizing device. In order to secure a space for forming the walking channel, the storage portion is formed in a rectangular shape in a plan view. However, since the fertilizer reduction method in the storage part is unbalanced, that is, the fertilizer reduction rate is relatively high at both end parts and relatively low at the central part, the remaining fertilizer becomes: the central part is in a mountain shape of a mountain head. In addition, the storage amount of the fertilizer in the storage part is also small.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a rice transplanter capable of eliminating a gap generated between a storage unit guard member and a storage unit of a fertilizer applicator, thereby enabling the storage unit guard member to reliably prevent deformation of the storage unit.

Spaces forming the walking path 6 are partitioned between the two end portions of the storage unit 21 and the two end portions of the driving area 5, between the central portion of the storage unit 21 and the central portion of the driving area 5, and between the two end portions of the storage unit 21 and the central portion of the driving area 5. This space is sufficient for the worker to move on the walking path 6 without being hindered.
The fertilizer application device 2 further includes: a storage section guard member 22 and an elastic band 23.
The storage section guard member 22 surrounds the main body 211 of the storage section 21 on four sides. The storage section guard member 22 includes: a front shielding member 24 and a rear shielding member 25.
The front guard member 24 is a rod-shaped member, is positioned on the front side of the main body 211 of the storage unit 21, and extends in the left-right direction. Both end portions of the front guard member 24 are bent backward at positions close to both left and right side walls of the storage portion 21, respectively, and extend to both left and right sides of the main body 211 of the storage portion 21 to form front guard connection portions 241. That is, the front guard member 24 surrounds the front, left, and right sides of the storage section 21. Two through holes arranged in the front-rear direction are formed in the front shield connecting portion 241.
The rear guard member 25 is a rod-shaped member, is located on the rear side of the main body 211 of the storage section 21, and extends in the left-right direction. The two end portions of the rear shielding member 25 are bent forward at positions apart from the left and right side walls of the storage part 21 by a predetermined distance, and extend to the left and right sides of the main body 211 of the storage part 21 to form first connection parts 252. That is, the rear shielding member 25 surrounds the rear, left, and right sides of the storage part 21. Two long holes 253 extending in the substantially front-rear direction are formed in the first connecting portion 252, and the two long holes 253 are aligned in the substantially front-rear direction.
The rear shield member 25 has rear shield connecting portions 251 integrally fixed to portions near both left and right side walls of the storage part 21, respectively, and the rear shield connecting portions 251 extend forward to both left and right sides of the main body 211 of the storage part 21 and are located between the front shield connecting portions 241 and the main body 211. Two through holes arranged in the front-rear direction are formed in the rear shield connecting portion 251, respectively. The side guard members 3 are rod-shaped members, and are attached to the traveling vehicle body 1 so as to be positioned on both sides of the fertilizer application device 2 in the left-right direction. The side shield member 3 includes: a front fender post 31 and a rear fender post 32 supported by the traveling vehicle body 1, and a rail 33 connecting the front fender post 31 and the rear fender post 32. A second connecting portion 321 is fixed to the rear protective pillar 32, and the second connecting portion 321 includes: a first coupling plate 322 integrally fixed to the rear shield strut 32 and extending rearward, and a second coupling plate 323 coupled at a front end thereof to the first coupling plate 322. Two screw holes 324 are arranged in the first connection plate 322 in the substantially vertical direction. The second connecting plate 323 becomes narrower closer to the rear end in the up-down direction. Two through holes 325 are arranged substantially vertically at the tip end of the second connecting plate 323. The threaded holes 324 are connected to the through holes 325 with bolts. Two screw holes 326 aligned in the substantially front-rear direction are formed in the vertical center portion of the second connecting plate 323.
The screw hole 326 of the second connecting plate 323 and the corresponding portion of the long hole 253 of the first connecting portion 252 are fixed together by bolts. Since the corresponding portion of the elongated hole 253 can be changed in the front-rear direction, the position of the storage portion guard member 22 with respect to the side guard member 3, and thus the position of the storage portion guard member 22 with respect to the storage portion 21, can be adjusted, thereby eliminating the gap between the storage portion guard member 22 and the storage portion 21.
The elastic bands 23 are made of an elastic material such as rubber, and are two in number and located on both left and right sides of the storage unit 21. Both ends of the elastic band 23 are supported by the front and rear opposite side portions of the storage unit guard member 22, and the elastic band 23 is swingable between a fixed state and an unfixed state about fulcrums supported by the front and rear opposite side portions of the storage unit guard member 22. Specifically, the storage unit guard member 22 is provided with pins 255 on both front and rear sides thereof. One end of the pin 255 is fixed to both front and rear sides of the storage unit guard member 22, and the other end is a large diameter portion. Through holes are opened at both ends of the elastic band 23. The through holes are swingably fitted between the front and rear side portions of the storage section guard member 22 and the large diameter portions of the pins 255.
In the fixed state, since the elastic band 23 has an elastic force, it is pressed against the upper surface of the cover 212, and a downward pushing force is applied to the cover 212, thereby fixing the cover 212 to the body 211. In the non-secured state, the elastic band 23 is located below the cover 212 and does not apply any force to the cover 212.
When the elastic band 23 is to be swung from the fixed state to the unfixed state, the elastic band 23 is pulled upward, and the elastic band 23 is swung outward and downward in the left-right direction of the storage section 21 to a position below the cover 212. When the elastic band 23 is to be swung from the unfixed state to the fixed state, the elastic band 23 is pulled outward, and the elastic band 23 is swung upward and inward in the left-right direction of the storage section 21 to the upper surface of the cover 212.
The best mode of the present invention has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described mode. The specific configuration may be appropriately changed without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined.
For example, in the above embodiment, the storage unit protection member includes: a front shield member; and a rear shield member connected with the front shield member, the rear shield member being formed with a first connection portion connected with the side shield member. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the front shield member may be formed with a first connecting portion connected to the side shield member, or the storage portion shield member may include: a left shield member; and the right protective component is connected with the left protective component, and the left protective component and the right protective component are respectively provided with a first connecting part connected with the side protective component.
For example, in the above embodiment, 2 long holes are arranged in the first connecting portion in the direction to be adjusted, and 2 screw holes corresponding to the 2 long holes are arranged in the second connecting portion in the direction to be adjusted. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and 3 elongated holes of equal number may be arranged in the first connecting portion in the direction to be adjusted, and 3 threaded holes of equal number may be arranged in the second connecting portion in the direction to be adjusted.
