换电连接器及包括其的电动汽车
技术领域
本发明涉及电动汽车的电池包快换技术领域;更具体地说,本发明涉及一种用于电池包与车身连接的换电连接器,并进一步涉及一种包括这种换电连接器的电动汽车。
背景技术
相较于插电式新能源电动汽车,换电模式是直接将电量不足的动力电池换下,重新装上已经充电完毕的动力电池。由此,换电式电动汽车不存在车主长时间充电等待的问题,并且由专业人员、专用设备完成动力电池充电,有利于延长动力电池使用寿命。
在换电时,随着新的动力电池被安装到汽车上,换电连接器实现了动力电池与汽车的电连接。具体地,换电连接器在电池包端的插头插合到在电动汽车的车身端的插座,插头端子和插座端子插合实现电连接。
电动汽车的动力电池快速换电方案在目前的电动汽车应用上并不多。现有技术的换电连接器中插头和插座的保持力不足,汽车振动会导致换电连接器端子相互运动并进而造成拉弧、间断性连接等问题,易于对控制系统造成危害。另外,现有技术的换电连接器的装配状态并不会反馈到控制系统,无法实现高压互锁,装配状态不明确,存在带电插拔的可能、不利于行车和操作安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够克服前述现有技术缺陷的换电连接器。
进一步地,本发明的目的还在于提供一种这种换电连接器的电动汽车。
为了实现前述目的,本发明的第一方面提供了一种换电连接器,其中,所述换电连接器包括:
动力电池端的插头,所述插头上布置有插头端子;
电动汽车的车身端的插座,所述插座上布置有插座端子,所述插头端子适于与所述插座端子插合;以及
电子锁装置,所述电子锁装置包括:
机械锁止机构,所述机械锁止机构固定在所述插合后所述插头和所述插座的相对位置;以及
锁止状态馈送机构,所述锁止状态馈送机构将所述机械锁止机构的锁止状态馈送至所述电动汽车的整车控制器。
可选地,在如前所述的换电连接器中,所述机械锁止机构能够在X、Y、Z三个方向的至少一个上固定所述相对位置。
可选地,在如前所述的换电连接器中,所述机械锁止机构包括在所述插头上能够受控伸缩的行程杆,所述行程杆的末端包括行程杆头;以及
所述插座上与所述行程杆位置对应的孔型结构,所述孔型结构与所述行程杆头呈一致的非圆形状,其中,
所述行程杆伸长到最大值时,所述行程杆头插进所述孔型结构,并且能够在所述行程杆头转动一定角度后实现所述锁止状态。
可选地,在如前所述的换电连接器中,所述插头上设置有限位凸部,所述插座上设置有限位凹部并且所述限位凹部内布置有压缩弹簧,在所述锁止状态下,所述限位凸部伸进所述限位凹部内并且压紧所述压缩弹簧。
可选地,在如前所述的换电连接器中,所述行程杆和所述孔型结构靠近所述换电连接器的中间位置。
可选地,在如前所述的换电连接器中,所述压缩弹簧的行程在所述锁止状态下达到最大值。
可选地,在如前所述的换电连接器中,所述限位凸部的外直径基本等于所述限位凹部的内直径。
可选地,在如前所述的换电连接器中,所述限位凸部和所述限位凹部分别分布在所述插头端子和所述插座端子的两侧。
可选地,在如前所述的换电连接器中,所述电子锁装置具有根据所述行程杆的行程及所述行程杆头的旋转动作侦测并馈送所述锁止状态的内部控制电路。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图详细地说明本发明的具体实施方式。在各附图中,相同的附图标记表示相同或相应的技术特征。
图1示意性地示出了根据本发明的一个实施方式的换电连接器,其中插头和插座处于未插合的状态。图2示意性地示出了处于插合状态的换电连接器。
从图中可以看出,本发明的换电连接器包括插头1和插座2,其中,插头1适于连接电动汽车的动力电池端(未图示)从动力电池输出电能,而插座2则适于连接电动汽车的车身端(未图示)输送电能至各汽车用电器。动力电池端的插头1上布置有插头端子(未图示),电动汽车的车身端的插座2上布置有插座端子8。插头端子和插座端子可以分别为公端子和母端子,插头端子适于与插座端子8插合以实现各种电连接,例如高压电、低压电连接等。可以了解,在不同的具体实施方式中,换电连接器的插头1和插头2、插头端子和插座端子可以具有不同的具体形状和结构,而不局限于图示的形状和结构。
为了增强插头1和插座2在插合后的保持力,并且提供成功锁止或解锁与否的反馈信号给整车控制器(未图示),本发明的换电连接器还包括电子锁装置。具体地,电子锁装置可以包括机械锁止机构和锁止状态馈送机构,其中,机械锁止机构用于固定在插合后插头1和插座2的相对位置,以增强前述保持力;而锁止状态馈送机构则用于将机械锁止机构的锁止状态馈送至电动汽车的整车控制器,以提供前述锁止或解锁与否的信号。可见,本发明通过在换电连接器中提供如上电子锁装置,能够有效地解决保持力不足、端子相互运动的问题,同时又可以提供锁止状态反馈信号,增加快换方案的行车和操作安全性。
可以了解,机械锁止机构应该能够在X、Y、Z三个方向的至少一个上固定插头1和插头2的相对位置。
例如,在一个可选的具体实施方式中,机械锁止机构可以包括在插头1上能够受控伸缩的行程杆4以及插座2上与行程杆4位置对应的孔型结构9(见图3),行程杆4的末端可以包括行程杆头5,并且孔型结构9与行程杆头5呈一致的非圆形状。图1和2中还示出了控制器3,用于控制行程杆4和行程杆头5。当动力电池位于电动汽车的安装位置时,插头1上的插头端子将与插座2上的插座端子对齐,同时行程杆头5将与孔型结构9对齐。如图2中所示,当行程杆4伸长到最大值时,行程杆头5插进孔型结构9,并且能够在行程杆头5转动一定角度后实现锁止状态。可以了解,由于孔型结构9与行程杆头5均为非圆形状并且形状一致,所以行程杆头5能够插进孔型结构9,并且当行程杆头5转动后会在某一位置处于不能从孔型结构9退出的状态,即能实现防止插头1和插座2脱离的方向(Z方向)上的锁止。
在优选的具体实施方式中,插头1上还可以设置有限位凸部6;相应地,在插座2上可以设置有限位凹部7。当动力电池位于电动汽车的安装位置时,限位凸部6与限位凹部7对齐。在锁止状态下,限位凸部6被伸进限位凹部7内,并且限位凸部6与限位凹部7可以在某侧方向上抵接从而实现相应方向(X或Y方向)上的锁止和提供相应方向上的保持力。在图示的实施方式中,限位凸部6的外直径可以基本等于限位凹部7的内直径,此时限制了插头1和插座2在接合面内的运动(在X和Y方向上锁止和提供保持力)。
在图示实施方式中,限位凹部7内还优选地布置了压缩弹簧10,在锁止状态下,限位凸部6将可以压紧压缩弹簧10,由于行程杆头5同时接合孔型结构9,因而能够在弹簧的伸缩方向上防止插头和插座松动。更优选地,压缩弹簧10的行程可以在锁止状态下达到最大值。利用该包括压缩弹簧的机械锁止机构设计能够进一步地加强换电连接器插合后相对位置紧密的固定,从而进一步增加连接器的保持力,避免端子在插合方向相互运动而导致的拉弧,间断性连接等问题。
图3示意性地示出了换电连接器的插座的接合面。
从图中可以看出,限位凹部7可以分布在插座端子8的两侧;相应地,虽然未图示出,但可以了解,在该实施方式中,限位凸部6将分布在未图示的插头端子的两侧。例如在图1和图2中可以看出,限位凸部6和限位凹部7的位置相应以便于彼此配接。
可以了解,根据本申请的教示,所属领域的技术人员可以想到采用其它数量、其它排列的限位凸部和限位凹部;甚至可以想到选用其它截面形状的限位凸部和限位凹部,而不限于图示的圆形截面。所属领域的技术人员可以了解,插头端子适于具有与插座端子8相同的排布方式,但不局限于图3中所示的矩形排布。
同时,从图3中还可以看出,插座2上的孔型结构9靠近插座的中间位置布置;相应地,可以想到,在该实施方式中,行程杆4将也需靠近插头的中间位置以使得其与孔型结构9位置对应。可以了解,根据本申请的教示,所属领域的技术人员也可以想到将孔型结构9和行程杆4布置在换电连接器的其它位置,而不仅限于其中间位置;根据具体情况,也可以调整孔型结构9和行程杆4(包括行程杆头5)的数量。
图4示意性地示出了换电连接器的插头和插座的插合过程,图中的箭头分别表示插头和插座的移动方向。图5示意性地示出了换电连接器中电子锁装置的锁止过程,图中的箭头示出了行程杆头的转动方向。从图5可以看出,在该实施方式中,行程杆头5和孔形结构9示例性地采用了矩形结构。所属领域的技术人员可以想到其它的非圆形结构。可以了解,根据不同的非圆形结构,为了实现锁止,行程杆头5需要转动的具体角度可能不同。
根据本发明,电子锁装置可以具有根据行程杆的行程及行程杆头的旋转动作侦测并馈送锁止状态的内部控制电路。具体地,本发明中可以利用电子锁装置的行程杆的机械行程的不同给整车控制器反馈锁止状态,同时提供反馈锁止状态信号给整车控制器以确保正确连接。电子锁装置的行程杆的伸长和收缩,行程杆头的旋转可以通过电磁结构实现。例如,当整车控制器输入+12V行程杆伸长或者行程杆头顺时针旋转,输入-12V行程杆收缩或者行程杆头逆时针旋转。电子锁的行程杆与行程杆头控制顺序由整车控制器软件控制,例如:当装配时,先控制行程杆伸长,再控制行程杆头顺时针旋转,达到锁止作用;当拆卸时,先控制行程杆头逆时针旋转,再控制行程杆收缩,达到解锁功能。可以了解,本发明需要对电子锁装置的行程杆的行程进行精密设计,使行程杆的行程刚好达到穿过插头安装面的距离,并且只有同时侦测到行程杆的行程及行程杆头的旋转动作之后,才反馈锁止成功信号。拆卸时也是同样道理。
下面更具体地描述一下图示实施方式中换电连接器的装配过程:
(1)如图4,动力电池端的插头向车身端的插座插合,并且插头上的限位凸部不断的压缩插座上的弹簧,此时电子锁装置的行程杆在整车控制器的驱动下伸出;
(2)如图5,此时行程杆的行程已经伸长至最大值,并且行程杆头穿过插头端的矩形孔型结构,而弹簧压缩的行程也到达最大值。然后将行程杆头向顺时针方向旋转,进行锁止动作;
(3)如图6,此时的换电连接器插头由于弹簧的弹力而在A方向无法进行相对插座的移动,而由于行程杆头的锁止作用而在B方向无法进行相对插座的移动,同理,换电连接器插座由于弹簧的弹力而在B方向无法进行相对插头的移动,而由于行程杆头的锁止结构而在A方向无法进行相对插头的移动,解决了换电连接器内部的端子在A或者B方向的移动而导致的间断性连接或者拉弧问题。
通过以上结合各图的描述可以了解,本发明在换电连接器上增加了电子锁装置,该装置在动力电池换电方案的装配过程中:提供了机械机构锁止功能,紧密地将插头插座插合后的相对位置固定从而增加插合时的保持力,避免汽车在震动过程中导致连接器端子相互运动而造成的拉弧、间断性连接等问题;并且提供了成功锁止或解锁与否的反馈信号给整车控制器,相当于高压互锁信号的作用,在快换连接器拔出之前需要得到整车控制器的电信号解锁从而避免带电插拔,保证了快换方案的安全性。
通过以上结合各图的描述可以了解,所属领域的技术人员可以想到将前述的换电连接器应用于电动汽车,使得插头和插座中的一个连接到电动汽车的动力电池、另一个连接到电动汽车的车身。可以了解,这样获得的电动汽车将也具有与本发明的换电连接器相应的优点。
本发明的技术范围不仅仅局限于上述说明中的内容,本领域技术人员可以在不脱离本发明技术思想的前提下,对上述实施方式进行多种变形和修改,而这些变形和修改均应当属于本发明的范围内。

Claims (9)

1.一种换电连接器,其特征在于,所述换电连接器包括:
动力电池端的插头,所述插头上布置有插头端子;
电动汽车的车身端的插座,所述插座上布置有插座端子,所述插头端子适于与所述插座端子插合;以及
电子锁装置,所述电子锁装置包括:
机械锁止机构,所述机械锁止机构固定在所述插合后所述插头和所述插座的相对位置;以及
锁止状态馈送机构,所述锁止状态馈送机构将所述机械锁止机构的锁止状态馈送至所述电动汽车的整车控制器,
其中,所述机械锁止机构包括在所述插头上能够受控伸缩的行程杆,所述行程杆的末端包括行程杆头;以及
所述插座上与所述行程杆位置对应的孔型结构,所述孔型结构与所述行程杆头呈一致的非圆形状,其中,
所述行程杆伸长到最大值时,所述行程杆头插进所述孔型结构,并且能够在所述行程杆头转动一定角度后实现所述锁止状态。
2.如权利要求1所述的换电连接器,其中,所述机械锁止机构能够在X、Y、Z三个方向的至少一个上固定所述相对位置。
3.如权利要求1所述的换电连接器,其中,所述插头上设置有限位凸部,所述插座上设置有限位凹部并且所述限位凹部内布置有压缩弹簧,在所述锁止状态下,所述限位凸部伸进所述限位凹部内并且压紧所述压缩弹簧。
4.如权利要求3所述的换电连接器,其中,所述行程杆和所述孔型结构靠近所述换电连接器的中间位置。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的换电连接器,其中,所述压缩弹簧的行程在所述锁止状态下达到最大值。
6.如权利要求3或4所述的换电连接器,其中,所述限位凸部的外直径基本等于所述限位凹部的内直径。
7.如权利要求3或4所述的换电连接器,其中,所述限位凸部和所述限位凹部分别分布在所述插头端子和所述插座端子的两侧。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的换电连接器,其中,所述电子锁装置具有根据所述行程杆的行程及所述行程杆头的旋转动作侦测并馈送所述锁止状态的内部控制电路。
9.一种具有如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的换电连接器的电动汽车。
