In this embodiment, it is more conventional that the gas humidifying pipeline 3.1 and the liquid pipeline 3.2 of the humidifying assembly 3 are arranged in parallel, for example, two rectangular parallelepiped pipelines are arranged in parallel and share a side wall plate, which is the first wall plate 3.3, and at this time, the area of the first wall plate 3.3 is about one seventh of the sum of the pipeline areas of the gas humidifying pipeline 3.1 and the liquid pipeline 3.2. More preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the gas humidification pipe 3.1 of the present embodiment is spirally arranged, and the structure thereof is similar to a spiral structure, wherein the shell of the gas humidification pipe 3.1 is a double-layer shell, and the liquid pipe 3.2 is arranged between the two side shells, and this arrangement has the advantages that, except for the shell of which the outermost layer directly contacts with the external environment of the humidification module 3, the rest of the shells can be the first wallboard component 3.3, i.e. the shell can be provided with a humidity-conditioning gap and coated with a hydrophilic breathable film, the area of the first wallboard component 3.3 can reach more than 70% of the sum of the pipe areas of the gas humidification pipe 3.1 and the liquid pipe 3.2, and the contact area of the gas humidification is extremely large.
It is clear that the structural and arrangement relationship between the gas dehumidification duct 4.1 and the evacuation duct 4.2 of the dehumidification assembly 4 can be fully referred to the gas humidification duct 3.1 and the liquid duct 3.2 of the humidification assembly 3, and that the structural features of both can be substantially identical.
In this embodiment, to further increase the humidification and dehumidification area, the first wall plate 3.3 and the second wall plate 4.3 may be further modified, and preferably two embodiments are provided:
first, the first wall element 3.3 and the second wall element 4.3 are zigzag plates, such as corrugated plates, plates with corrugations on the surface, etc., so as to provide a contact area between the elements and the gas humidification duct 3.1, thereby improving the dehumidification efficiency.
Secondly, the first wall plate 3.3 (or the second wall plate 4.3) includes a bottom plate 3.5 and a plurality of hollow protrusions 3.4 disposed on the bottom plate 3.5, roots of the hollow protrusions 3.4 are fixed, such as welded, on the bottom plate 3.5, wherein the inner through holes of the hollow protrusions 3.4 are communicated with the liquid pipeline 3.2, a plurality of humidity-adjusting gaps are disposed on each hollow protrusion 3.4, and the hollow protrusions 3.4 may be hollow block structures, but preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the hollow protrusions 3.4 are hollow pipe members, so that the plurality of hollow pipe members disposed in parallel can provide a large amount of contact area, and the dehumidification efficiency is improved more effectively.
In this embodiment, further, in the direction from the air inlet to the air outlet, the radial sectional area of the gas humidifying pipeline 3.1 is sequentially increased, and the radial sectional area of the gas dehumidifying pipeline 4.1 is sequentially decreased, so that in the humidifying process, the air pressure in the pipeline is gradually decreased, so that the liquid water in the liquid pipeline 3.2 is promoted to enter the gas humidifying pipeline 3.1, and thus the humidifying efficiency is improved; in the dehumidification process, the air pressure in the air dehumidification pipeline 4.1 is gradually increased, and correspondingly, the pressure difference between the air dehumidification pipeline 4.1 and the vacuumizing pipeline 4.2 is increased, so that air water in the air dehumidification pipeline 4.1 enters the vacuumizing pipeline 4.2, and the dehumidification efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, further, at least one of the air inlet and the air outlet of the gas humidifying pipeline 3.1 and the gas dehumidifying pipeline 4.1 is provided with an automatic valve 10, preferably, four pipe orifices are provided, and the automatic valve 10 is used for controlling air inlet and air outlet of the gas humidifying pipeline 3.1 and the gas dehumidifying pipeline 4.1, so as to control different modes of the two.
In this embodiment, further, a first temperature adjusting device 5 is disposed on the air inlet duct 1, and the first temperature adjusting device 5 may be a heating device such as a heater or a cooling device such as a cooler, or a bidirectional temperature adjusting device, and is used for adjusting the temperature of the air entering the humidifying assembly 3 and the dehumidifying assembly 4.
In this embodiment, optionally, the exhaust ports of the gas humidifying pipeline 3.1 and the gas dehumidifying pipeline 4.1 directly input the processed gas to the corresponding space such as the room, but preferably, the device further comprises an exhaust pipeline 2, the gas humidifying pipeline 3.1 and the exhaust port of the gas dehumidifying pipeline 4.1 are both communicated with the exhaust pipeline 2, and the exhaust pipeline 2 is provided with a second temperature adjusting device 6. Like the first temperature adjusting device 5, the second temperature adjusting device 6 may also be a heating device, a cooling device or a two-way temperature adjusting device, but preferably, one of the first temperature adjusting device 5 and the second temperature adjusting device 6 is a heating device, and the other is a cooling device, so as to reduce the purchase cost of the device, and more preferably, the first temperature adjusting device 5 is a heating device, and the second temperature adjusting device 6 is a cooling device, which functions in that the temperature is raised first and then the humidification efficiency or the dehumidification efficiency can be improved through the humidification component 3 or the dehumidification component 4, and then the temperature required by the final target space can be obtained through the cooling device.
In this embodiment, through the above arrangement, the new air handling unit 11 group may have a plurality of operation modes:

And (3) humidification and heating working conditions: the humidifying component 3 is opened, the dehumidifying component 4 is closed, outdoor air enters the equipment through the air inlet pipeline 1, the outdoor air is heated to the set temperature through the first temperature adjusting device 5, fresh air enters the air humidifying pipeline through the fan 11, the electric valve on the pressurizing water pump 12 and the liquid pipeline 3.2 is opened, pressure difference is formed between the liquid pipeline 3.2 and the air humidifying pipeline, liquid water enters the air humidifying pipeline in a molecular form through the hydrophilic breathable film under the action of pressure, and after the dry air is mixed with water molecules into humid air, the air is sent into the room through the fresh air supply opening. The temperature and humidity of the air fed into the room are set as required. The air supply state is a constant temperature and constant humidity working condition.
3. Claims (7)
1. A fresh air handling unit with a humidity adjusting function comprises an air inlet pipeline and a humidity adjusting mechanism, and is characterized in that the humidity adjusting mechanism comprises a humidifying assembly and a dehumidifying assembly, the humidifying assembly comprises a gas humidifying pipeline and a liquid pipeline, and the dehumidifying assembly comprises a gas dehumidifying pipeline and a vacuumizing pipeline;
the humidifying pipeline and the liquid pipeline share a first wallboard part, the gas dehumidifying pipeline and the vacuumizing pipeline share a second wallboard part, a plurality of humidity adjusting holes are formed in the first wallboard part and the second wallboard part, the radial size of each humidity adjusting hole is between 0.1 mu m and 1 mu m, and a hydrophilic breathable film covers each humidity adjusting hole;
the air inlets of the gas humidifying pipeline and the gas dehumidifying pipeline are communicated with the air inlet pipeline;
the shells of the gas humidifying pipeline and the gas dehumidifying pipeline comprise double-layer shells, the liquid pipeline is arranged between the double-layer shells of the gas humidifying pipeline, and the vacuumizing pipeline is arranged between the double-layer shells of the gas dehumidifying pipeline; the double-layer shell is of a spiral structure, and the humidifying pores and the hydrophilic breathable films are arranged on the double-layer shell positioned in the spiral structure;
from the direction of air inlet to gas outlet, the radial sectional area of gas humidification pipeline increases in proper order, the radial sectional area of gas dehumidification pipeline reduces in proper order.
2. The fresh air handling unit as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first and second wall plate members each include a base plate and a plurality of hollow protrusions disposed on the base plate, and each of the hollow protrusions has a plurality of humidity conditioning apertures disposed thereon.
3. The fresh air handling unit according to any one of claims 1 to 2, wherein an automatic valve is provided on at least one of the air inlet and the air outlet of the air humidification duct and the air dehumidification duct.
4. Fresh air handling unit according to any of claims 1 to 2, wherein the air inlet duct is provided with a first temperature regulating means.
5. The fresh air handling unit according to any of claims 1-2, further comprising an exhaust duct, wherein the exhaust ports of the gas humidifying duct and the gas dehumidifying duct are both communicated with the exhaust duct, and the exhaust duct is provided with a second temperature adjusting device.
6. A fresh air handling unit according to any of claims 1 to 2 further including a return duct connected to the inlet duct by heat exchange means.
7. Fresh air handling unit according to any of claims 1 to 2, wherein the air inlet duct is provided with a filter mechanism.
