本发明可以用于使现有的两轮驱动车辆适应全轮驱动。这种适应涉及可能不一定发生在总是意在具有四轮驱动的车辆上的各种约束。例如,在两轮驱动车辆中,不需要将驱动动力从一个驱动轴传递到另一个轴的动力传递单元。因此,两轮驱动车辆中的驱动轴周围的空间将通常被车辆的其它部件占据。这此,重要的是,涉及适应四轮驱动的任何元件在车辆中占据尽可能小的空间。例如,用常规的四轮驱动系统替换两轮驱动系统是不可行的。这种替换将涉及对车辆的配置和布局的显着改变。为了使车辆的其它元件所需的改动最小化,动力传递和传动系总成必须占据可能的最小体积,并且优选地保持在原两轮驱动系统的界限内。因此,在本发明的上下文中,使组合的差速器环形齿轮和动力传递环形齿轮的宽度最小化导致现有变速器和差速器占据面积的扩展最小化。
此外,不像传统的情况那样需要独立的栓接的动力传递单元,动力传递单元集成于变速器壳体中并且直接与变速器壳体内的差速器支架或差速器环形齿轮啮合。这减少了使两轮驱动车辆适应四轮驱动所需的部件的数量。不必为动力传递单元提供独立的壳体和油供给的好处远远胜过变速器壳体7的复杂性微增。

Claims (15)

1.一种车辆传动系,其包括具有差速器的变速器,所述差速器安装在变速器壳体中,所述差速器具有差速器支架和动力传递环形齿轮,所述差速器支架设有差速器环形齿轮,并且所述动力传递环形齿轮直接安装至所述差速器环形齿轮或者与所述差速器环形齿轮一体形成,所述车辆传动系还包括具有小齿轮的动力传递单元,所述小齿轮可旋转地安装在所述变速器壳体中并直接与所述动力传递环形齿轮啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆传动系,其特征在于,所述动力传递环形齿轮与所述差速器支架一体形成,并且包括形成在所述差速器支架的侧面上的齿轮齿。
3.根据权利要求3所述的车辆传动系,其特征在于,所述差速器环形齿轮是螺旋环形齿轮。
4.根据权利要求3或4所述的车辆传动系,其特征在于,所述差速器环形齿轮直接连接至所述动力传递环形齿轮,以使得两个齿轮定向为平行。
5.根据权利要求3至5中任一项所述的车辆传动系,其特征在于,所述差速器环形齿轮直接连接至所述动力传递环形齿轮,使得两个齿轮的组合宽度不超过其各自宽度的总和。
6.根据前面任一项权利要求所述的车辆传动系,其特征在于,选择所述动力传递环形齿轮的直径,以在所述动力传递环形齿轮和所述动力传递小齿轮之间产生期望的齿轮比。
7.根据前面任一项权利要求所述的车辆传动系,其特征在于,所述动力传递环形齿轮是锥状环形齿轮。
8.根据前面任一项权利要求所述的车辆传动系,其特征在于,所述动力传递环形齿轮是准双曲面环形齿轮。
9.根据前面任一项权利要求所述的车辆传动系,其特征在于,所述差速器是前差速器。
10.一种机动车辆,其包括根据前面任一项权利要求所述的车辆传动系。
11.根据权利要求11所述的机动车辆,其特征在于,所述机动车辆是商用车辆。
12.一种将两轮驱动车辆转变为四轮驱动的方法,所述方法包括:
用前面任一项权利要求所述的车辆传动系替换所述两轮驱动车辆的变速器和差速器;
用驱动轴替换所述两轮驱动车辆的非驱动轴;并且
使用驱动杆将所述动力传递单元连接至所述驱动轴。
13.一种用于将驱动从驱动轴传递到车辆的另一个轴的套件,所述套件包括具有差速器的变速器,所述差速器安装在变速器壳体中,所述差速器具有差速器支架和动力传递环形齿轮,所述差速器支架设有差速器环形齿轮,并且所述动力传递环形齿轮直接安装至所述差速器环形齿轮或与所述差速器环形齿轮一体形成,所述套件还包括具有小齿轮的动力传递单元,所述小齿轮可旋转地安装在变速器壳体中并直接与动力传递环形齿轮啮合。
14.根据权利要求13所述的套件,其特征在于,所述动力传递环形齿轮与所述差速器支架是集成的,并且包括形成在所述差速器支架侧面上的齿轮齿。
15.根据权利要求13所述的套件,其特征在于,所述差速器环形齿轮直接连接至所述动力传递环形齿轮,以使得两个齿轮的组合宽度不超过其各自宽度的总和。
