Abstract
本发明公开了一种磨粒有序排列的磨具,包括:基体支撑材料、以一定顺序排列方式分布在该基体支撑材料上的多个超磨颗粒和粘着剂层。通过上述方式,本发明磨具的超磨颗粒以有序性布置,使得超磨颗粒不易脱落,明显增加工具的磨削性能,减少颗粒的重复磨损和加工过程的磨削力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于切削、研磨及类似加工的改进型研磨工具,特别是涉及一种磨粒有序排列的磨具,可以确保超磨颗粒的突出量,具有耐腐蚀、高摩擦性、高硬度、不产生填塞的研磨工具。
背景技术
磨具是用以磨削、研磨和抛光的工具。大部分的磨具是用磨料加上结合剂制成的人造磨具,也有用天然矿岩直接加工成的天然磨具。磨具除在机械制造和其他金属加工工业中被广泛采用外,还用于石材、塑料、橡胶、木材等非金属材料的加工。
典型的超磨料工具由金刚石磨粒与合适的金属支承基体粉末混合制成。一般情况下,钻石磨粒没有均匀分布在基体中,往往出现磨粒之间离得太远或者靠得太近的情况。如果磨料颗粒被分得太远,各磨粒的工作负载会过大,稀疏分布的磨粒会被压碎、或从磨具基体上剥离,这些损坏的磨粒不能对工作负载有充分的协助,从而导致磨具表面或结构上的过早失效。另一方面,如果磨粒靠得太近,一些磨粒就是多余的,这样的磨粒对于磨削仅提供极少的帮助或没有提供帮助,从而降低切削效率。当然,由于钻石磨粒成本很高,使用过多磨粒会增加磨料的费用。甚至,这些无功能的磨粒会堵塞磨屑通道。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种磨粒有序排列的磨具,通过在磨具的基体支撑材料上的超磨颗粒以有序性布置,使得超磨颗粒不易脱落,明显增加工具的磨削性能,减少颗粒的重复磨损和加工过程的磨削力。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种磨粒有序排列的磨具,包括基体支撑材料、多个超磨颗粒和粘着剂层,所述的超模颗粒具有第一端和第二端,粘着剂被涂覆在所述的基体支撑材料上形成所述的粘着剂层,所述的多个超模颗粒通过一定顺序排列方式被放置在所述的粘着剂层上,所述的粘着剂层的厚度高于所述的超模颗粒的第二端,所述的超磨颗粒的第一端置于粘着剂层的外部为磨擦端,多个超磨颗粒的磨擦端构成磨擦层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的基体支撑材料是金属。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的超磨颗粒可以是钻石、 立体氮化硼、氧化铝或碳化矽。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的顺序排列方式为通过均匀栅格模板实现。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的该粘着剂层是树脂结合剂、陶瓷结合剂、金属结合剂或电镀结合剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的磨具的磨擦层的外观呈现汽车轮胎花纹。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明是提供一种磨粒有序排列的磨具,通过在磨具的基体支撑材料上的超磨颗粒以有序性布置,使得超磨颗粒不易脱落,明显增加工具的磨削性能,减少颗粒的重复磨损和加工过程的磨削力。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例提供如下技术方案。
一种磨粒有序排列的磨具,包括基体支撑材料1、以一定顺序排列方式分布在该基体支撑材料上的多个超磨颗粒2和粘着剂层3,所述的超模颗粒2具有第一端和第二端,粘着剂被涂覆在所述的基体支撑材料1上形成所述的粘着剂层3,所述的多个超模颗粒2通过一定顺序排列方式被放置在所述的粘着剂层3上,所述的粘着剂层3的厚度高于所述的超模颗粒2的第二端,所述的超磨颗粒2的第一端置于粘着剂3层的外部为磨擦端,多个超磨颗粒2的磨擦端构成磨擦层。选定一基体支撑材料1并将一模板4放置在该基体支撑材料1顶部上。该模板4包含比一个超磨料颗粒2大但比两个超磨料颗粒2小的孔,因而允许在每一特定位置处设置单个超磨颗粒2。可以将粘合剂施加到该基体支撑材料1的表面上以便保持超磨料颗粒2就位。可选择将一整体平坦的表面5如一钢板放到支靠在模板4的孔中的超磨料颗粒上,使得超磨料颗粒2就位。因此受压的超磨颗粒2通过稍稍机械压入基体支撑材料1或压入在将超磨颗粒2放置在其上之前施加到基体支撑材料1的暴露表面上的粘合剂层3中而牢固地粘附在基体支撑材料1上。然后去除模板4,以使得超磨颗粒2按照模板的设定图形保持在基体支撑材料1上。
所述的基体支撑材料是金属,例如合金钢或铝合金。
所述的超磨颗粒可以是钻石、 立体氮化硼、氧化铝或碳化矽。
所述的顺序排列方式为通过均匀栅格模板实现。
所述的该粘着剂层是树脂结合剂、陶瓷结合剂、金属结合剂或电镀结合剂。
所述的磨具的磨擦层的外观呈现汽车轮胎花纹,可以提供好的冷却效果和大的排屑空间,防止堵塞磨屑通道。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明是提供一种磨粒有序排列的磨具,通过在磨具的基体支撑材料上的超磨颗粒以有序性布置,使得超磨颗粒不易脱落,明显增加工具的磨削性能,减少颗粒的重复磨损和加工过程的磨削力。

Claims (6)
1.一种磨粒有序排列的磨具,其特征在于,包括:基体支撑材料、多个超磨颗粒和粘着剂层,所述的超模颗粒具有第一端和第二端,粘着剂被涂覆在所述的基体支撑材料上形成所述的粘着剂层,所述的多个超模颗粒通过一定顺序排列方式被放置在所述的粘着剂层上,所述的粘着剂层的厚度高于所述的超模颗粒的第二端,所述的超磨颗粒的第一端置于粘着剂层的外部为磨擦端,多个超磨颗粒的磨擦端构成磨擦层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨粒有序排列的磨具,其特征在于:该基体支撑材料是金属。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨粒有序排列的磨具,其特征在于:该超磨颗粒可以是钻石、 立体氮化硼、氧化铝或碳化矽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨粒有序排列的磨具,其特征在于:该顺序排列方式为通过均匀栅格模板实现。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨粒有序排列的磨具,其特征在于:该粘着剂层是树脂结合剂、陶瓷结合剂、金属结合剂或电镀结合剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨粒有序排列的磨具,其特征在于:该磨具的磨擦层的外观呈现汽车轮胎花纹。
