Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein, but rather construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein.
The infant is in the early stage of growth and development, is curious and easy to attract fresh things, but is immature in thinking, cannot consciously avoid possible risks, and needs to be cared by adults. If an adult cares for something carelessly and a child is attracted by and moves along with something, it is easy to cause a loss in a public place. In order to prevent the above situation, it is necessary to configure a device capable of controlling the moving range of the child with the child, but since the working rooms of the devices capable of controlling the moving range of the child all transmit wireless signals, parents of the child may worry about the influence of the transmitted wireless signals on the child and do not want to use the device.
The first embodiment of the application provides a pacifier device, is suitable for the infant to use when being out, can be used for detecting according to the state of pacifier whether the position of pacifier surpasss the scope that predetermines. Meanwhile, the situation that the electromagnetic radiation generated by the device possibly affects the infant can be reduced as much as possible. When the pacifier device for preventing the infant from being lost is used by the infant, the pacifier device can play a role in reducing the condition that the infant is lost.
The first embodiment of the present application provides a structural block diagram of a pacifier apparatus, as shown in fig. 1, which includes the following parts: a pacifier U101, a detection unit U102 integrated with the pacifier and a location unit U103 integrated with the pacifier.
The pacifier U101 is used for a child to contain the sucking part of the pacifier to be in the mouth, and plays a role in pacifying the emotion of the child.
The detection unit U102, integrated with the pacifier, may be integrated mainly in the outer part of the baby's mouth of the pacifier, and if necessary, may be integrated with a small part of the sensor in the inner part of the mouth of the pacifier (the siping part), and may connect the signal to the detection unit outside the mouth through the inside of the material of the pacifier.
The detection unit is used for detecting the state of the pacifier device and outputting corresponding information to the position unit. The states of the pacifier apparatus which can be detected by the detection device include an operation and a state such as whether the pacifier (mainly, a suction portion of the pacifier) is contained in the oral cavity by the infant, and whether the pacifier (mainly, a suction portion of the pacifier) is separated from the oral cavity by the infant.
In addition, the safety of a position unit or a detection unit integrated with the pacifier can be detected, and if the electronic components are exposed due to damage or not, and an infant bites the detection unit or the position unit part out of the pacifier or not can be detected.
The specific detection mode can adopt various sensors, for example, a sensor for measuring the light intensity can be adopted, the sensitivity of the sensor to the light is utilized to detect whether the pacifier is held in the mouth by an infant, when the infant holds the sucking part of the pacifier in the mouth, the sensor cannot detect the light, when the sucking part of the pacifier is separated from the oral cavity of the infant, the sensor detects the light, and when the unit or the detection unit in the position is damaged, the light detected by the sensor can be changed due to the change of the state of the wrapping material outside the sensor. According to the detected change of the light, the corresponding state and the state change of the pacifier can be determined.
Furthermore, pressure sensors can be used, the pressure sensitivity of which is used to detect the state of the pacifier device. For example, when the sucking part of the pacifier is held in the mouth by an infant, the sucking part of the pacifier is kept in the state of being held in the mouth by the occlusion pressure of the infant, and after the sucking part of the pacifier is separated from the oral cavity of the infant, the occlusion pressure is reduced to zero. When the sucking and allowing part of the pacifier with overlarge biting force of the infant is damaged and risks to expose an internal electronic device outside, the pressure sensor can detect pressure change and output corresponding information, and when the infant bites a position unit of the pacifier device or a part which is not bitten by the detection unit, the sensor can also detect and output corresponding information.
The detection unit can output corresponding information when detecting the corresponding state of the pacifier device, for example, when the sucking part of the pacifier is held in the mouth by an infant, the detection unit integrated with the pacifier detects that the sucking part of the pacifier is held in the mouth by the infant (namely, the pacifier is held in the mouth by the infant), and outputs information for starting the position device; when the sucking part of the pacifier falls off from the mouth of the infant to the outside of the mouth of the infant, the detection unit integrated with the pacifier detects that the sucking part of the pacifier is separated from the mouth of the infant (namely, the pacifier is separated from the mouth of the infant), and outputs information for stopping the position device.
The working of the position unit is started or stopped according to the state of the pacifier, so that the corresponding position unit is started only when the pacifier is used, the pacifier device provided by the application can not be used when the infant is not required to be brought to a public place, and when the pacifier device provided by the application is used outdoors, the position unit is started only when a new rhyme part of the pacifier is contained in the mouth of the infant, so that the power consumption is reduced, the service time is prolonged, and the influence of electromagnetic radiation emitted when the electronic equipment works on the infant can be reduced to the maximum extent.
When the pacifier device provided by the application is damaged, the electronic components in the integrated unit are exposed or an infant bites into the integrated position unit or the part where the detection unit is located, and when the electronic components in the unit are exposed, the detection unit detects that the position unit and the material covered outside the detection unit are damaged or dangerous to damage, and safety warning information is output.
In addition, the detection unit can also comprise an alarm subunit for giving an alarm sound so as to facilitate the timely examination and replacement of the nursing person and avoid possible damage to the infant.
In addition, when the detection unit detects that the suction part of the pacifier is separated from the oral cavity of the infant (namely, the pacifier is separated from the oral cavity of the infant), the alarm subunit can also give a sound alarm to remind a caregiver to check the confirmation.
The position unit U103, integrated with the pacifier, may be integrated at an extraoral portion of the pacifier. The unit is used for outputting information used for judging whether the position of the pacifier exceeds a preset range or not according to the state information of the pacifier output by the detection unit.
The position unit may include a positioning subunit and a data transmission subunit.
The positioning subunit is used for detecting the current position according to the state information of the pacifier output by the detection unit. And the data transmission subunit is used for outputting the current position information detected by the positioning subunit and the information sent by the detection unit.
The data transmission subunit may adopt any data transmission mode, such as bluetooth, wireless lan, internet provided by a mobile phone network, etc.
The positioning subunit may adopt any device having a positioning function, for example, positioning by using a wireless local area network, a mobile phone network, a satellite, etc., and the satellite positioner for positioning by using the satellite positioning system may adopt any satellite positioning system for positioning, such as a GPS system in the united states, a GNSS system in europe, or a beidou system in china, and may also use a combination of multiple systems to achieve a better effect.
Positioning with a satellite positioning system has the following advantages: the outdoor environment-friendly solar water heater has a large range of coverage of outdoor areas and is suitable for being used in most outdoor public place environments.
For example, when the infant contains the pacifier in the mouth, the positioning subunit which adopts the satellite positioner for positioning receives the starting signal sent by the detection unit, starts working, receives the signal of the satellite, and determines the longitude and latitude data of the position where the infant is located. The longitude and latitude data are the longitude and latitude data of the pacifier device provided by the application. And the data transmission subunit outputs the longitude and latitude data through a corresponding output channel, such as a Bluetooth transmission device.
The location unit may also contain only bluetooth transmission units. The bluetooth transmission unit may be used to determine whether the position of the pacifier, i.e. the child, is out of range.
The application provides a pacifier device can also include position display element, position display element can not with the pacifier is integrated together, but the fixed or mobile terminal of separation setting, both can be independent be exclusively used in the independent equipment that shows this application infant's position, also can be the application software of operation on general platform, if can be the application software of operation on cell-phone terminal, the nurse personnel can all carry the cell-phone usually, so with corresponding application software on the cell-phone as position display element undoubtedly can make things convenient for caregiver's carrying and looking over, the cost of whole device has been reduced.
The position display unit receives the position information of the current pacifier, such as longitude and latitude data, output by the position unit, such as the data transmission subunit, and displays the received position information for a caregiver to check at any time.
The displayed position information may be the received data itself, such as longitude and latitude, or the geographic information corresponding to the longitude and latitude data, such as administrative division, street, etc. And the data and the geographic information can be displayed simultaneously for the reference of the nursing staff. A caregiver of the infant wearing the pacifier device judges whether the infant is beyond the allowable range or not and whether the movement of the infant needs to be interfered according to the displayed position information.
The display units can be multiple, for example, when a caregiver of an infant takes the infant out, other people who pay attention to the safety of the infant, such as parents and the like, can also carry the position display unit to display the real-time position information of the infant. However, in this case, the data transmission unit cannot adopt a form suitable for only short-range communication (such as bluetooth data transmission), but should adopt a form capable of long-range communication, such as internet provided by a mobile phone network, a wireless local area network, and the like.
Except position display element, the pacifier device that this application provided can also include position judgement unit, and this unit can be set up in the fixed or mobile terminal of caregiver one end with the separation of pacifier, and the caregiver of the nurse infant of being convenient for carries. The position determining unit may be an independent device dedicated to determining the position of the infant, or may be application software running on a general platform, for example, application software running on a mobile phone terminal. The nursing staff usually carries the mobile phone, so that the nursing staff can carry and check the mobile phone easily by taking the corresponding application software on the mobile phone as a position judgment unit, and the cost of the whole device is reduced.
And the position judging unit is used for receiving the output information of the position unit, judging whether the position of the pacifier exceeds a preset range or not according to the output condition of the position unit, and outputting corresponding information.
For example, when the position unit of the pacifier device provided by the application outputs longitude and latitude data, the position judging unit receives the longitude and latitude data, inquires the longitude and latitude data of the position where the position judging unit is located, calculates the position where the position judging unit is located and the position unit, namely the distance between the position where the position judging unit is located and the position unit, and can determine whether the position where the infant is located exceeds a preset range by judging whether the distance exceeds a preset threshold value. The position judging unit outputs information that the corresponding infant exceeds the range for a caregiver who cares the infant to refer to.
For another example, when the position unit of the pacifier apparatus provided by the present application is a bluetooth data transmission device, and the position judging unit receives the information output by the position unit, the position unit (corresponding to the infant) may be determined to be within an available range defined by a bluetooth transmission specification.
When the bluetooth data transmission hardware with the effective transmission distance of about 10 meters or shorter is selected as the bluetooth data transmission equipment of the position unit, the position judgment unit can be considered to be in an allowable range of the position of the infant corresponding to the position unit when receiving the information output by the position unit through the bluetooth data transmission channel; when the position judging unit can not receive the information output by the position unit through the Bluetooth data transmission channel, the distance from the position of the infant corresponding to the position unit to the position of the position judging unit (corresponding to a caregiver caring the infant) can be known to exceed the effective transmission distance (such as 10 meters) of the Bluetooth data transmission hardware, namely the range of the pacifier (corresponding to the activity of the infant) exceeds the preset range (10 meters)
The pacifier provided by the application can further comprise an alarm unit, and when the position judgment unit determines that the pacifier (corresponding to the infant) exceeds a preset range, the position judgment unit can output corresponding information, and can also utilize the alarm unit to receive the information and generate sound or feel an alarm signal so as to remind a caregiver of the infant to timely treat the pacifier. The alert signals include both audio and visual alert signals.
The alarm unit is also separated from the pacifier, is arranged at a fixed or mobile terminal close to one end of a nursing staff, can be independent special equipment, can also be application software running on a general platform, and is preferably arranged together with the position judgment unit.
In addition, a plurality of alarm units can be arranged in different places, for example, when a babysitter of an infant is taken out as a nursing staff, other people paying attention to the safety of the infant, such as parents and the like, can also carry the alarm units, and when the activity of the infant exceeds a preset range, the alarm units receive the information output by the position judgment unit, generate alarm signals and inform other people paying attention to the safety of the infant to deal with the alarm signals in time.
And for the condition that a plurality of alarm units are not arranged together with the position judgment unit, the position judgment unit outputs the information that the infant exceeds the preset range through a data transmission channel, and the alarm unit receives the information and generates an alarm. The data transmission channel comprises a form capable of long-distance communication, such as internet provided by a mobile phone network, a wireless local area network and the like.
The display unit and the alarm unit which are arranged outside one end of a caregiver for nursing the infant can be arranged together in pairs so as to facilitate other persons who pay attention to the safety of the infant to view and dispose at any time.
A second embodiment of the present application provides a pacifier apparatus having a schematic view as shown in fig. 2.
The pacifier is composed of a sucking part, a protective cover and a handle, when the sucking part is held in the mouth of an infant, the protective cover is positioned outside the oral cavity of the infant, the infant is prevented from putting other parts of the pacifier into the oral cavity, and the handle can be used for putting in or taking out the pacifier.
The outer side of the protective cover of the pacifier is sequentially integrated with a detection unit and a position unit. Wherein the sensor of the detection unit is located inside the material of the sipping portion of the pacifier.
The distance between the edge of the detection unit and the edge of the position unit and the outer edge of the protective cover of the pacifier is larger than or equal to the length of the suction part of the pacifier, and the length of the suction part refers to the distance from the tail end of the suction part extending into the oral cavity direction of an infant to the joint of the suction part and the protective cover of the pacifier.
The distance between the edges of the detection unit and the position unit and the outer edge of the protective cover of the pacifier is set to be larger than or equal to the length of the sucking part of the pacifier, so that the risk that internal devices are damaged or exposed due to the fact that an infant bites the position of the detection unit or the position unit can be prevented to the maximum extent.
The specific implementation of the function of the detection unit and the position unit can be referred to the relevant description in the first embodiment of the present application. And will not be described in detail herein.
The specific structure of the pacifier device provided by the present application is not limited to the structure provided by the present embodiment. The positions of the detection unit and the position unit in the pacifier device may be different from the way provided by the embodiment, and the pacifier device provided by the present application may adopt any feasible reasonable structure under the condition of conforming to the claims of the pacifier device for preventing the infant from being lost provided by the present application.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is not intended to be limited thereto, and variations and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
