Referring to fig. 2, a flow of an embodiment of an information acquisition method according to the present application is shown. The method may be performed by a server, such as server 105 in fig. 1, and accordingly, the apparatus may be disposed in a server, such as server 105 in fig. 1. The method comprises the following steps:
In this embodiment, the application may be APP. The page style of the application may have a plurality of page styles, which may include, but are not limited to: page elements in a page, styles of page elements.
In this embodiment, some users may be selected from all the users of the terminal in advance, and some users may be grouped to obtain a plurality of user groups. The received operation information transmitted by the terminals of the plurality of users is the operation information transmitted by the terminals of the users of the plurality of user groups.
In this embodiment, in order to obtain a use condition of an application when a page adopts different page styles, in other words, to determine which style the page of the application adopts, which is more preferred by a user, the application of which the page adopts different page styles may be respectively issued to the terminal of the user of each of a plurality of user groups. The page styles of the application pages received by the terminals of the users of the same user group are the same, and the page styles of the application pages received by the terminals of the users of different user groups are different. The page elements of each of the different page styles, the style of the page elements may be different. For example, the page elements in the page include function cards and function buttons, and each of the different page styles may include different function cards and function buttons. The page elements in each of the different plurality of page styles may be the same, but the style of the page elements is different. For example, the page elements in the page are function cards and function buttons, and each of the different page styles may include the same function card and function button, but the style of the function card is different, and the position of the function button is different.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the adjustment information may be sent to terminals of users belonging to the same user group, where the adjustment information includes: the style of the new page element. After the terminal of the user receives the adjustment information, the style of the new page element in the adjustment information can be determined. In this embodiment, the version of the application may be issued only once, that is, the application may be issued only once to the terminal of the user. The adjustment information can be sent to the terminal, and after the plug-in on the terminal receives the adjustment information, the style of the page element in the page can be adjusted according to the style of the new page element in the adjustment information, so that the page containing the page element of the new style is obtained. In other words, a new style page is obtained. Operations performed in an application in which the user's page adopts a new style may be further detected.
In this embodiment, the operation performed by the user in the application may be detected at the terminal of the user, and the operation information may be generated. For example, the operation information may be a user click operation on a page element in a page of the application. The page styles of the application pages received by the terminals of the users in the same user group are the same, and the operation of the users in the user group in the application adopting the same page style can be detected at the terminals of the users in the same user group. The page styles of the application received by the terminals of the users of different user groups are different, and the operation of the users of the respective user groups in the process of adopting different page styles on the page can be detected at the terminals of the users of different user groups.
For example, the application is a software management type application, and other applications recommended to the user for download may be presented to the user in a page of the application. The page elements in the application page comprise function cards and function buttons, and a user can click the function cards and the function buttons to present the function cards and the function buttons to the user and recommend other applications downloaded to the user. Each of the different page styles may include the same function card and function button, but the function card has a different style and the function button has a different position. The user's terminal of the user group corresponding to each page style detects a user's click operation on a download button of an icon of an application recommended to the user for downloading in the function card, detects the user's click operation on the function button, and can generate operation information. The operation information received in step 201 may include an identifier of an icon recommended to the application downloaded by the user when the user clicks the download button, and an identifier of a function button clicked by the user.
In this embodiment, the users may be grouped according to the region range of the user, the network type of the user terminal, the model of the user terminal, and the like, and the operation information transmitted by the terminals of the users in different user groups may be received. For example, the page elements in the page include function cards and function buttons, and the received operation information may include the identification of the function card and the function button clicked by the user. The region range corresponding to the user group, the network type and the operation habit of the user of the terminal model can be analyzed according to the operation information. For example, the function cards and function buttons clicked by the users of the user group can be determined according to the identifiers of the function cards and function buttons clicked by the users of the user group in the operation information, and the function cards and function buttons liked by the users of the terminal of the region range, the network type and the terminal model corresponding to the user group can be analyzed.
In this embodiment, the operation information transmitted by the terminals of the users belonging to the same user group may be determined from the operation information transmitted by the terminals of the plurality of users received in step 201.
Taking a user group as an example, the operation information sent by the terminal of the user group is generated by detecting the operation of the user in the application of which the page adopts the page style corresponding to the user group at the terminal of the user group. The page style of the application sent to the terminal of the user group in advance adopts the page style corresponding to the user group, and the operation information is generated by detecting the operation of the user in the page adopting the page style of the application at the terminal of the user group.
In step 203, based on the determined operation information, usage information is generated.
In this embodiment, after the operation information transmitted from the terminals of the users belonging to the same user group is determined in step 202, the usage information corresponding to the page style may be generated based on the operation information transmitted from the terminals of the determined users belonging to the same user group.
The page of the application received by the terminal of the user of each user group adopts different page styles, and each page style in the different page styles can contain the same function card and function button, but the style of the function card is different, and the position of the function button is different. After the operation information sent by the terminals of the users belonging to the same user group is determined in step 202, the number of times that the user downloads other applications and the number of times that the user clicks a function button in an application using a page style corresponding to the user group by the user of each user group may be determined according to the operation information sent by the terminal of the user of each user group, so as to generate the use condition information corresponding to the page style.
In this embodiment, when the usage of the applications in different styles used on the page is verified, the applications in different styles used on the page are simultaneously sent to a plurality of user groups. Therefore, the high consistency of the test conditions of the ordinary user and the users of the user groups can be ensured, so that the influence of external conditions such as chills and hots, holidays and the like during development and verification of different versions is effectively avoided, and the true effectiveness of analysis on different schemes is effectively improved. Only one version sending is needed for the application, namely, only one application sending is needed for the terminal of the user. A plug-in may be set in the terminal, the plug-in receives the adjustment information, and adjusts the style of the page element in the page according to the style of the new page element in the adjustment information, thereby obtaining a page including the page element of the new style. In other words, a new style page is obtained. Operations performed in an application in which the user's page adopts a new style may be further detected. The operation habits of the users can be analyzed by automatically collecting the operation information of the users of the terminals of different region ranges, network types and terminal machine types, and the corresponding recommendation information can be pushed to the users of the terminals of different region ranges, network types and terminal machine types.
Referring to fig. 3, a flow of another embodiment of an information acquisition method according to the present application is shown. The method may be performed in a terminal, such as the terminals 101, 102, 103 in fig. 1, and accordingly the apparatus may be provided in a terminal, such as the terminals 101, 102, 103 in fig. 1. The method comprises the following steps:
step 301: and detecting the operation of the user in the application to generate operation information.
In this embodiment, the application may be APP. The page style of the application may have a plurality of page styles, which may include, but are not limited to: page elements in a page, styles of page elements.
In this embodiment, a plurality of users may be grouped in advance to obtain a plurality of user groups, and the number of users in each user group may be the same. The received operation information transmitted by the terminals of the plurality of users is the operation information transmitted by the terminals of the users of the plurality of user groups.
In this embodiment, in order to obtain the use condition of an application when a page adopts different page styles, the application with the page adopting the different page styles may be respectively issued to the terminal of the user of each of the plurality of user groups.
In this embodiment, an operation performed by a user in an application may be detected at a terminal of the user, and operation information may be generated, for example, the operation information may be a click operation performed by the user on a page element in a page of the application.
The operation information may include an identifier of an icon recommended to the user for downloading, which is downloaded by the user clicking the download button, and an identifier of a function button clicked by the user.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the adjustment information sent by the server may be received, where the adjustment information includes: the style of the new page element. The style of the page element in the page can be adjusted according to the style of the new page element in the adjustment information, so that the page containing the page element of the new style is obtained. In other words, a new style page is obtained. Operations performed in an application in which the user's page adopts a new style may be further detected.
After generating the operation information through step 301, the operation information may be transmitted to the server. The server can determine the operation information sent by the terminals of the users belonging to the same user group and analyze the service condition of the application of the page adopting the page style corresponding to the same user group.
The operation information may include an identifier of an icon recommended to the user for downloading, which is downloaded by the user clicking the download button, and an identifier of a function button clicked by the user. The page of the application received by the terminal of the user of each user group adopts different page styles, and each page style in the different page styles can contain the same function card and function button, but the style of the function card is different, and the position of the function button is different. After determining the operation information sent by the terminals of the users belonging to the same user group, the server determines the times of other applications downloaded by the users and the times of function buttons clicked by the users in the applications adopting the page styles corresponding to the user groups by the users of each user group according to the operation information sent by the terminals of the users of each user group, and further generates the service condition information corresponding to the page styles.
