鸡肉是人们日常生活中非常常用的菜肴,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对肉鸡的用量需求也越来越大,品质要求也越来越高,促使肉鸡养殖业发展迅速。近些年来,饲料中使用化学合成药物和抗生素等添加剂造成的畜禽肉、蛋和奶中药物残留问题越来越受到国际社会的关注,许多国家对其应用作了限制或禁用的规定,并大力提倡研究应用天然饲料添加剂。因此,加快研发及应用天然植物和微生物饲料添加剂的步伐,对促进饲料和动物产品安全,保障消费者健康,全面推进饲料工业持续及健康发展具有重要意义。中草药是我国特有的中医药理论与实践的产物,是一类兼有营养和药用双重作用的物质,具有天然性、多功能性、双向调节性及无毒副残留等优点,作为饲料添加剂被愈来愈广阔的应用于饲料工业。
因此,寻找一种既具有抗生素功能但又不对人体造成危害的天然饲料添加剂来替代抗生素类添加剂已成为研究热点。中草药以其天然性、多功能性、无耐药性、毒副作用小等特点,作为鸡饲料添加剂不易在鸡肉、鸡蛋中产生有害残留,并具有独特的药理作用,日益受到人们的重视。开发一种绿色环保、营养丰富、配方及制备方法简单、能促进鸡生长发育、提高免疫力、适合鸡食用的无公害专用保健饲料是客观需要的。
【发明内容】
本发明目的在于利用中草药富含的氨基酸、维生素、生物碱、挥发油、有机酸、多糖、苷类、苦味素、生物类黄酮等有益物质,根据药理及营养学进行科学复配,以取得协同作用、功能互补效果。从而实现增强鸡的免疫能力,增进食欲,促进肉鸡生长,降低料肉比,改善鸡肉品质。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种肉鸡育成期饲料,其特征在于,按重量份计包括以下成分:玉米60-70份、麸皮4-10份、豆粕14-25份、棉粕2-5份、菜籽粕2-5份、碳酸氢钠1.2-1.5份、石粉1-5份、食盐0.3-0.4份、氨基酸0.1-1.6份、中草药添加剂0.5-2份与预混料0.5-1份。

优选的,所述中草药添加剂制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方比例分别称取中草药原料砂仁、佛手、制半夏、枇杷叶、陈皮、松针、酸藤果、桃金娘、甘草、远志、白花蛇舌草、红蓝草、一点红、广藿香及莲叶;
(2)将上述中草药原料混合,然后加入相对混合物重量5-7倍醇浓度为80-90%的乙醇溶液,加热至50-60℃提取2-4h,过滤,得到第一提取物和第一提取物;
(3)第一提取物加入相对其重量3-4倍醇浓度为80-90%的乙醇溶液,加热至50-60℃提取1-2h,过滤,得到第二提取物和第二提取液;
(4)将第一提取液及地二提取液合并,减压浓缩去除乙醇,获得中草药提取膏;
(5)将中草药提取膏分粉碎成80-150目即可。
下面对本发明做进一步解释和说明:
本发明中的酸藤果可以降低肠道内的pH,松针中富含多种酶、树脂及单宁,可促进蛋白质分解,酸藤果中含酸性物质,其与松针合用可以增加松针中酶的活性,从而促进鸡对蛋白质的消化吸收,提升肉质。
枇杷叶可促进机体养分利用,提高家禽对饲料中蛋白质、钙、磷的的吸收利用,改善肉鸡肉质。
砂仁可以促进胃液分泌,增加机体肠胃蠕动,增强消化力。陈皮具有消食、开胃、健脾、行气等效用。
佛手含有多种矿物质及营养物质,具有舒肝健脾。砂仁、陈皮及佛手相须为用,药力大增,有助于促进脾胃运化和气血运行,提高肉鸡促进对营养物质想消化吸收及改善肉鸡的活力;从而增加饲料转化率,增加料蛋比,改善鸡蛋品质。
桃金娘为君药,祛风行气健脾益血,收敛解毒,具有调节阴阳,增强机体免疫力和抗病力作用,调节肠道菌群,可以提高家禽代谢水平和生产性能;
红蓝草为君药,有消炎、清热解毒、利尿、清肺热止咳、散瘀、凉血止血、消肿止痛等功用,研究表明红蓝草提取物具有镇咳祛痰和免疫作用作用,能提高机体免疫作用。
远志、一点红和白花蛇舌草为臣药,远志主要成分为皂苷、口山酮、寡糖酯和生物碱,对肝脏、肾脏具有保护作用,有活血、抗炎、抗菌作用,远志还可以清除及减少家禽体内自由基,降低脂质的过氧化程度,增强机体抗病能力。一点红清热解毒有较强的抗病毒和利水作用;白花蛇舌草抗肿瘤、抗菌、消炎效果,可以刺激网状内皮系统显著增生,网状细胞增生肥大,胞浆丰富,吞噬活跃,淋巴结、脾、肝等组织中嗜银物质呈致密化改变增强免疫功能。三者共助君药改善肠道环境,调节机体平衡,促进肠胃吸收,提高生产性能及机体免疫力。
制半夏、广藿香和莲叶为佐药,制半夏可以维护家禽肠道内的有益微生物群,促进胃肠道内的有益菌生长,使得胃肠道内的微生态处理平衡状态。还可促进肉鸡的消化吸收和新陈代谢,提高饲料利用率。广藿香有调节胃肠功能,促进胃液分泌,增强消化力的作用。莲叶清热消暑的功效,还具有降血脂的作用。三者共同不仅可以辅助君药促进进胃肠道内的有益菌及免疫细胞大量增长,增强机体消化吸收能力及免疫功能,而且提升机体合成转化肌苷酸、氨基酸,降低机体饱和脂肪酸提升家禽肉质。广藿香与制半夏相须为用,可以相互促进,药力大增。
甘草为使药调和上述药物药效,使之发挥更佳效果。

(1)按重量份计分别称取中草药原料:砂仁8份、佛手25份、制半夏6份、枇杷叶26份、陈皮8份、松针32份、酸藤果20份、桃金娘18份、甘草6份、远志7份、白花蛇舌草5份、红蓝草18份、一点红14份、广藿香7份及莲叶28份;
(2)将上述中草药原料混合,然后加入相对混合物重量6倍醇浓度为82%的乙醇溶液,加热至57℃提取3h,过滤,得到第一提取物和第一提取物;
(3)第一提取物加入相对其重量3倍醇浓度为88%的乙醇溶液,加热至56℃提取2h,过滤,得到第二提取物和第二提取液;
(4)将第一提取液及地二提取液合并,减压浓缩去除乙醇,获得中草药提取膏;
(5)将中草药提取膏分粉碎成120目即可。
实施例5
本发明在申请人自有的大型养鸡场进行对比实验,选取300羽5周龄三黄鸡,随机平均分成实验组、对照组1及对照组2;实验组喂食本发明实施例3饲料;对照组1本发明实施例3饲料并添加含有抗生素不含中草药添加剂的基础饲料,对照组2喂食本发明实施例3饲料但不含中草药添加剂。其余饲养条件相同。

从表1可以看出添加了本发明中草药添加剂的肉鸡成活率高于及对照组1及对照组2,说明本中草药添加剂可提高肉鸡免疫功能,降低发病致死率。添加中草药添加剂还不同程度的提高了屠宰率及全净膛率,同时降低腹脂率,实验组与对照组相比差异显著,粗蛋白质含量也有提高。说明中草药添加剂可以影响肉鸡对营养物质的的消化转换功能。同时添加了中草药添加剂的鸡肉中肌苷酸含量和谷氨酸含量与对照组相比有明显提升,差异显著。说明本发明中草药添加剂可以提升肉鸡的鲜味、口感。本发明中草药添加剂完全可以替代抗生素的作用。

Claims (6)
1.一种肉鸡育成期饲料,其特征在于,按重量份计包括以下成分:玉米60-70份、麸皮4-10份、豆粕14-25份、棉粕2-5份、菜籽粕2-5份、碳酸氢钠1.2-1.5份、石粉1-5份、食盐0.3-0.4份、氨基酸0.1-1.6份、中草药添加剂0.5-2份与预混料0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述肉鸡育成期饲料,其特征在于,所述氨基酸包括赖氨酸和蛋氨酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述肉鸡育成期饲料,其特征在于,所述预混料包括维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酰胺、泛酸钙、叶酸、生物素、氯化胆碱及微量元素。
4.根据权利要求3所述肉鸡育成期饲料,其特征在于,所述微量元素包括铁、铜、锌、锰、碘及硒。
5.根据权利要求1所述肉鸡育成期饲料,其特征在于,中草药添加剂按重量份计由以下原料组成:砂仁5-10份、佛手12-30份、制半夏2-8份、枇杷叶20-30份、陈皮4-10份、松针25-35份、酸藤果15-22份、桃金娘12-20份、甘草3-7份、远志4-8份、白花蛇舌草2-6份、红蓝草10-20份、一点红10-15份、广藿香4-8份及莲叶20-30份。
6.根据权利要求5所述肉鸡育成期饲料,其特征在于,所述中草药天机及制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方比例分别称取中草药原料砂仁、佛手、制半夏、枇杷叶、陈皮、松针、酸藤果、桃金娘、甘草、远志、白花蛇舌草、红蓝草、一点红、广藿香及莲叶;
(2)将上述中草药原料混合,然后加入相对混合物重量5-7倍醇浓度为80-90%的乙醇溶液,加热至50-60℃提取2-4h,过滤,得到第一提取物和第一提取物;
(3)第一提取物加入相对其重量3-4倍醇浓度为80-90%的乙醇溶液,加热至50-60℃提取1-2h,过滤,得到第二提取物和第二提取液;
(4)将第一提取液及地二提取液合并,减压浓缩去除乙醇,获得中草药提取膏;
(5)将中草药提取膏分粉碎成80-150目即可。
