Abstract
本发明公开一种用于舞台灯具的迷宫结构防水装置，包括防水罩单元、隔离单元和底筒单元，隔离单元位于防水罩单元和底筒单元之间，防水罩单元和隔离单元固定于底筒单元上，隔离单元位于所述的防水罩单元内，防水罩单元为边缘具N1层折弯结构的迷宫结构，所述的一种用于舞台灯具的迷宫结构防水装置，其特征在于，本发明是通过防水罩单元的折弯结构与隔离单元、底筒单元的相互配合形成复合迷宫结构阻挡水进入舞台灯具，并利用水受重力由高往低流原理，结合排水孔将进入防水罩单元的水排出，本发明迷宫结构防水装置与舞台灯具的灯体外壳通孔和风扇作用形成对流风路，本发明既能兼顾舞台灯具的散热效果又能实现舞台灯具的防水功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及灯具的防水结构，尤其涉及舞台灯具的防水结构。
背景技术
由于舞台灯具是利用各种光源工作实现各种舞台灯光效果，光源工作就会发热，如果热量不能及时排出就会影响光源的使用寿命以及整个舞台灯具系统的正常工作，因此，应用于户外环境的舞台灯具要既能实现防水功能又要兼顾灯具的散热效果。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足，本发明的目的是提供一种用于舞台灯具的迷宫结构防水装置，主要用于舞台灯具的进出风口的防水，既能实现灯具进出风口风的对流，实现舞台灯具的散热功能，又能兼顾舞台灯具在室内外正立放、倒挂、侧挂使用状态的防水功能，本发明结构简便，成本低廉。
为实现上述目的，本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种用于舞台灯具的迷宫结构防水装置，包括防水罩单元、隔离单元和底筒单元，隔离单元位于防水罩单元和底筒单元之间，防水罩单元和隔离单元固定于底筒单元上，隔离单元位于防水罩单元内，防水罩单元为边缘具N1层折弯结构的迷宫结构，迷宫结构防水装置是通过防水罩单元的折弯结构与隔离单元、底筒单元的相互配合成复合迷宫结构阻挡水进入舞台灯具，并利用水受重力由高往低流原理，结合排水孔将进入防水罩单元的水排出。
防水罩单元为边缘具N1层折弯结构的迷宫结构，所述的防水罩单元周侧面设有N2个排水孔，进入防水罩单元的水可以通过排水孔流出，外侧面有用于安装支撑柱的N3个定位孔1。隔离单元由丝网压板、丝网和螺丝组成，所述的丝网为网状结构，所述的丝网压板中间具有通孔1，周边具有N4个定位孔2和N5个固定孔1，所述的丝网压板位于所述的丝网与防水单元之间。底筒单元为管状的中空结构，所述底筒单元两侧分别具有侧板1和侧板2。侧板1上具有N6个定位孔3和N7个固定孔2，所述的侧板2上具有N8个定位孔4，侧板2可以通过螺丝、支撑柱或粘合剂与舞台灯具的外壳固定。
支撑柱穿过所述定位孔1、定位孔2与底筒单元侧板1上定位孔3连接将防水罩单元固定于侧板1上，螺丝穿过丝网压板上的固定孔1与侧板1上固定孔2连接将丝网固定于所述侧板1上。
所述的N1、N2 、N3 、N4、 N5、 N6、 N7、N8都大于或等于1，防水罩单元的迷宫结构与底筒单元的侧板1组成了复合迷宫结构，结合隔离单元的丝网隔离作用，并利用水受重力由高往低流原理，结合排水孔将进入防水罩单元的水排出，丝网可以隔离水、蚊虫、尘及其它异物，排除这些异物对舞台灯具的影响，并实现防水功能，防水罩单元的迷宫结构与底筒单元的中空结构、丝网压板中间的通孔1形成了风路，并通过风扇工作实现舞台灯具的风的对流，实现防水和散热功能。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种用于舞台灯具的迷宫结构防水装置；根据本发明的一个示意性实施例，如图1所示，一种用于舞台灯具的迷宫结构防水装置，包括防水罩单元（1）、隔离单元（2）和底筒单元（3），隔离单元（2）位于防水罩单元（1）和底筒单元（3）之间，防水罩单元（1）和隔离单元（2）固定于底筒单元（3）上，隔离单元（2）位于所述的防水罩单元（1）内，防水罩单元（1）为边缘具4层折弯结构（14）的迷宫结构，迷宫结构防水装置是通过防水罩单元（1）的折弯结构（14）与隔离单元（2）、底筒单元（3）的相互配合形成复合迷宫结构实现防水功能。
如图1和图2所示，防水罩单元（1）为边缘具4层折弯结构（14）的迷宫结构，防水罩单元（1）外侧面有用于安装支撑柱1（13）的4个定位孔1（11），周侧面设有4个排水孔（12），进入防水罩单元（1）的水可以通过排水孔（12）流出。
如图1和图2所示，隔离单元（2）由丝网压板（21）、丝网（22）、螺丝1（23）组成，丝网（22）为网状铁丝结构，丝网压板（21）中间具有通孔1（213），丝网压板（21）周边具有4个定位孔2（211）和4个固定孔1（212）。底筒单元（3）为管状的中空结构（33），底筒单元（3）两侧分别具有侧板1（31）和侧板2（32）。侧板1（31）上具有4个定位孔3（311）和4个固定孔2（312），侧板2（32）上具有8个定位孔4（321）。
如图1和图2所示，丝网压板（21）位于所述的丝网（22）与防水单元（1）之间，4个支撑柱1（13）穿过定位孔1（11）、定位孔2（211）与底筒单元（3）侧板1（31）上定位孔3（311）连接将防水罩单元（1）固定于侧板1（31）上，4个螺丝1（23）穿过丝网压板（21）上的固定孔1（212）与侧板1（31）上固定孔2（312）连接将丝网（22）固定于所述侧板1（31）上，丝网（22）可以隔离进入防水罩单元（1）并滴落在丝网（22）上的部份水进入灯具，同时，丝网（22）还能可以隔离蚊虫或其他异物进入灯具。
如图1和图2所示，迷宫结构防水装置的底筒单元（3）的侧板2（32）上有8个定位孔4（321），迷宫结构防水装置的底筒单元（3）的侧板2（32）与灯具外壳（4）连接，灯具外壳（4）与迷宫结构防水装置连接处有一个通孔2（42），灯具外壳绕着通孔2（42）周边有8个定位孔5（41），本发明迷宫结构防水装置和风扇（5）分别位于灯具外壳（4）的外侧和内侧，风扇（5）周边也有8个定位孔6（51），使用螺丝2（52）穿过风扇（5）上定位孔5（41）、灯体外壳（4）上定位孔5（41）与迷宫结构防水装置底筒单元（3）的侧板2（32）上定位孔4（321）连接，将风扇（5）、灯体外壳（4）和本发明迷宫结构防水装置固定成一体。
如图2所示，迷宫结构防水装置的防水罩单元（1）的迷宫结构与底筒单元（3）的侧板1（31）组成了复合迷宫结构，结合隔离单元（2）的丝网（22）隔离作用，并利用水受重力由高往低流的原理，结合排水孔（12）将进入防水罩单元的水排出，丝网（22）可以隔离水、蚊虫、尘及其它异物，排除这些异物对舞台灯具进行影响，并实现防水功能，如图3所示，迷宫结构防水装置的防水罩单元（1）的迷宫结构与底筒单元（3）的中空结构（33）、丝网压板（31）中间的通孔1（213）、灯体外壳（4）的通孔2（42）形成了风路，并通过风扇工作实现舞台灯具风的对流，实现舞台灯具的散热，整个迷宫结构防水装置与舞台灯具灯体外壳（4）、风扇（5）的一体化设计，全面解决了舞台灯具的防水和散热问题。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式，应当提出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于舞台灯具的迷宫结构防水装置，包括防水罩单元、隔离单元和底筒单元，其特征在于，所述的隔离单元位于所述的防水罩单元和所述的底筒单元之间，所述的防水罩单元和所述隔离单元固定于底筒单元上，所述的隔离单元位于所述的防水罩单元内，所述的防水罩单元为边缘具N1层折弯结构的迷宫结构，所述的迷宫结构防水装置是通过防水罩单元的折弯结构与隔离单元、底筒单元的相互配合形成复合迷宫结构，并利用水受重力由高往低流原理阻挡水进入舞台灯具；
所述的防水罩单元周侧面设有N2个排水孔，外侧面有用于安装支撑柱的N3个第一定位孔；
其中，所述N1大于1；
所述隔离单元由丝网压板、丝网和螺丝组成，所述的丝网为网状结构，所述的丝网压板中间具有第一通孔，周边具有N4个第二定位孔和N5个第一固定孔，所述的丝网压板位于所述的丝网与防水罩单元之间；其中，N1、N2、N3、N4、N5为正整数；
结合隔离单元的丝网隔离作用，阻挡水进入舞台灯具，并利用水受重力由高往低流原理，结合排水孔将进入防水罩单元的水排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于舞台灯具的迷宫结构防水装置，其特征在于，所述的底筒单元为管状的中空结构，所述底筒单元两侧分别具有第一侧板和第二侧板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于舞台灯具的迷宫结构防水装置，其特征在于，所述的第一侧板上具有N6个第三定位孔和N7个第二固定孔，所述的第二侧板上具有N8个第四定位孔；其中，N6、N7、N8为正整数。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种用于舞台灯具的迷宫结构防水装置，其特征在于，支撑柱穿过第一定位孔、第二定位孔与底筒单元第一侧板上第三定位孔连接将防水罩单元固定于第一侧板上，螺丝穿过丝网压板上的第一固定孔与第一侧板上第二固定孔连接将丝网固定于第一侧板上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于舞台灯具的迷宫结构防水装置，其特征在于，所述防水罩单元的折弯结构与底筒单元的第一侧板组成了复合迷宫结构。
