Abstract
本发明公开了一种PVC水性墨及其制备方法,PVC水性墨含有的组分及各组分质量份如下:颜料:10份~15份;聚氨酯树脂或醇酸树脂和/或丙烯酸树脂:20份~30份;助剂:1份~5份;水:60份~80份;其中,所述助剂中包含有分散剂、成膜剂、PH值调节剂、偶联剂、快干剂、消泡剂和润湿剂。本发明不用有机溶剂,环保,减轻了污染,避免了油性油墨的有毒有害,高VOC排放的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC水性墨及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,国内现有PVC制品的印刷都是用油性油墨来印刷,其有毒有害,高VOC排放,属于国家期望淘汰的油墨,而水性油墨是国家鼓励支持的行业。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种PVC水性墨,它不用有机溶剂,环保,减轻了污染,避免了油性油墨的有毒有害,高VOC排放的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种PVC水性墨,它含有的组分及各组分质量份如下:
颜料:10份~15份;
聚氨酯树脂或醇酸树脂和/或丙烯酸树脂:20份~30份;
助剂:1份~5份;
水:60份~80份;
其中,所述助剂中包含有分散剂、成膜剂、PH值调节剂、偶联剂、快干剂、消泡剂和润湿剂。
进一步,所述颜料中包括红色颜料和/或黄色颜料和/或蓝色颜料和/或白色颜料和/或黑色颜料。
本发明还提供了一种PVC水性墨的制备方法,方法的步骤中含有:
(a)先将助剂中的偶联剂、分散剂和润湿剂投入水中,然后再在水中加入颜料,浸润18~24小时后,再搅拌30分钟~60分钟,得到混合物;
(b)再将混合物研磨,使混合物的粒度在5μm~15μm;
(c)然后加入其他助剂,混合均匀,出料得到成品。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明的PVC水性墨不用有机溶剂,环保,减轻了污染,避免了油性油墨的有毒有害,高VOC排放的问题。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的内容更容易被清楚地理解,下面根据具体实施例,对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例一
一种PVC水性墨,它含有的组分及各组分质量份如下:
颜料:10份;
聚氨酯树脂:20份;
助剂:1份;
水:60份;
其中,所述助剂中包含有分散剂、成膜剂、PH值调节剂、偶联剂、快干剂、消泡剂和润湿剂。
所述颜料中包括红色颜料。
该PVC水性墨的制备方法的步骤中含有:
(a)先将助剂中的偶联剂、分散剂和润湿剂投入水中,然后再在水中加入颜料,浸润18小时后,再搅拌30分钟,得到混合物;
(b)再将混合物研磨,使混合物的粒度在5μm~15μm;
(c)然后加入其他助剂,混合均匀,出料得到成品。
实施例二
一种PVC水性墨,它含有的组分及各组分质量份如下:
颜料:15份;
醇酸树脂和丙烯酸树脂:30份;
助剂:5份;
水:80份;
其中,所述助剂中包含有分散剂、成膜剂、PH值调节剂、偶联剂、快干剂、消泡剂和润湿剂。
所述颜料中包括红色颜料和黄色颜料。
该PVC水性墨的制备方法的步骤中含有:
(a)先将助剂中的偶联剂、分散剂和润湿剂投入水中,然后再在水中加入颜料,浸润24小时后,再搅拌60分钟,得到混合物;
(b)再将混合物研磨,使混合物的粒度在5μm~15μm;
(c)然后加入其他助剂,混合均匀,出料得到成品。
实施例三
一种PVC水性墨,它含有的组分及各组分质量份如下:
颜料:13份;
丙烯酸树脂:25份;
助剂:2.5份;
水:70份;
其中,所述助剂中包含有分散剂、成膜剂、PH值调节剂、偶联剂、快干剂、消泡剂和润湿剂。
所述颜料中包括红色颜料、黄色颜料、蓝色颜料。
该PVC水性墨的制备方法的步骤中含有:
(a)先将助剂中的偶联剂、分散剂和润湿剂投入水中,然后再在水中加入颜料,浸润21小时后,再搅拌45分钟,得到混合物;
(b)再将混合物研磨,使混合物的粒度在5μm~15μm;
(c)然后加入其他助剂,混合均匀,出料得到成品。
以上三个实施例制备的PVC水性墨不用有机溶剂,环保,减轻了污染,避免了油性油墨的有毒有害,高VOC排放的问题。

1.一种PVC水性墨,其特征在于它含有的组分及各组分质量份如下:
颜料:10份~15份;
聚氨酯树脂或醇酸树脂和/或丙烯酸树脂:20份~30份;
助剂:1份~5份;
水:60份~80份;
其中,所述助剂中包含有分散剂、成膜剂、PH值调节剂、偶联剂、快干剂、消泡剂和润湿剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC水性墨,其特征在于:所述颜料中包括红色颜料和/或黄色颜料和/或蓝色颜料和/或白色颜料和/或黑色颜料。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的PVC水性墨的制备方法,其特征在于方法的步骤中含有:
(a)先将助剂中的偶联剂、分散剂和润湿剂投入水中,然后再在水中加入颜料,浸润18~24小时后,再搅拌30分钟~60分钟,得到混合物;
(b)再将混合物研磨,使混合物的粒度在5μm~15μm;
(c)然后加入其他助剂,混合均匀,出料得到成品。
