技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温包,属冷链物流、产品保鲜、保温、恒温保存等领域。
背景技术
保温包有钢性的和柔性的两种,柔性的保温包一般包括活动连接的包体和包盖,所述包体包括内袋、外袋和保温层,所述内袋设有上部开口且具有一定容积的容腔,所述外袋设有上部开口且具有比内袋更大的容腔,所述保温层设于内袋与外袋之间用于在内袋和外袋之间起隔热和保温作用,所述保温层具有一体相连的前侧壁、后侧壁、左侧壁、右侧壁和下侧壁,所述包盖由上盖、下盖和保温材料层组成,上盖和下盖的外侧壁固定连接,包盖保温材料层设于上盖和下盖之间,包体和包盖一般通过拉链或者卡扣装置可折卸连接。该种柔性保温包有防水的和不防水的两种,不防水的保温包各组成部分一般通过车缝连接,整个保温包外形较为规整,制作比较方便,当然缺点就是不防水。对于防水保温包来说,各组成材料需要通过高周波焊接,参考图1,包体的外袋1’和内袋2’在焊接的时候由于保温层3’具有一定的厚度无法紧贴保温层焊接,而是离保温层上表面具有一定的距离L,这样当包盖5’盖设于包体上时,由于拉链4’及距离L部分都不具有承重强度,因此整个保温包外观不规整,同时由于距离L部分不具有保温功能,因此热交换在拉链4’及距离L部分大大增加,保温效果受到很大的制约,因此有必要对现有的保温包的保温效果进一步优化。
鉴于此,本案发明人对上述问题进行深入研究,遂有本案产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种保温效果更好、制造方便的保温包。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用这样的技术方案:
一种保温包,包括保温包体和保温包盖,包盖通过连接件以能够打开的方式连接在包体上,包体包括内袋、外袋以及设置在外袋与内袋之间的保温层,内袋中设有用以容置待保温物品的容置腔室,所述内袋的上侧与所述外袋的内侧之间对应所述保温层的上部设有内袋平台,所述包盖上对应内袋平台设有在包盖盖盒时能够抵接在内袋平台上的抵接台。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述包盖为防水包盖,所述外袋为防水外袋,所述内袋为防水内袋,所述连接件为防水拉链,防水拉链包括相互配合的上链带、下链带以及配设在上链带和下链带中的拉头,上链带固定在所述包盖的下周沿,下链带固定所述外袋的上周沿。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述抵接台包括平板状外袋盖、筒状袋盖围、套底盖、面盖以及保温材料层,套底盖和面盖分别焊接在袋盖围沿轴向的两端,保温材料层设置在套底盖与面盖之间且设置在袋盖围内,面盖复合在外袋盖的下表面,外袋盖固定在包盖的内侧。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述外袋盖包括防水面层和复合在防水面层下表面的非热塑性材料层,非热塑性材料层的下表面与所述面盖的上表面复合连接。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,所述内袋包括筒状内袋外围、内袋顶片以及筒状内袋围,内袋外围包括筒状外围上沿片、筒状外围下沿片以及形成在外围上沿片与外围下沿片之间的连通槽,连通槽对应所述拉链设置,连通槽从内袋外围的内表面贯穿至外表面,内袋顶片焊接在外围下沿片的上侧且内袋顶片上开设有连通孔,连通孔从内袋顶片的上表面贯穿至下表面且与所述容置腔室连通,内袋围的上周沿固定在内袋顶片的下表面,内袋围的下周沿设有热塑性内袋封底,内袋封底的周沿焊接在内围袋上,内袋围的外壁与外围下沿片的内壁之间形成用以接纳所述保温层的容腔。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
参考图2至图9,实施例公开一种保温包生产方法,包括下述步骤:
a、制备保温包袋盖1;
b、制备保温包内袋2;
c、制备保温包外袋3;
d、将保温层5套在保温包内袋2上,再整体置于保温包外袋3中,将保温包内袋2的上侧沿和保温包外袋3焊接在一起;
e、将保温包袋盖1与保温包外袋3上侧沿通过粘胶定型,再进行焊接,制得保温包。
上述各步骤中,步骤a、b和c不分先后,可以同时进行。
参考图2,所述步骤a包括下述各具体的步骤:
a1、将一块矩形的TPU面料的纵向两个侧沿焊接在一起作为保温包袋盖1的袋盖围11;
a2、将一块TPU面料盖在袋盖围11的横向一侧并进行焊接完成套盖底12;
a3、在步骤a2制得品中的袋盖围11内装入保温材料层131及保温材料层132,所述保温材料层131和保温材料层132是不同保温性能的保温棉。
a4、将另一块TPU面料14盖在所述保温材料层132上方并与袋盖围11焊接成一体;
a5、将步骤a4制得品与平板状的外袋盖15固接成一体,这里所述的外袋盖15上表面为TPU面料151,外袋盖15的下表面复合有非热塑性材料层152,该非热塑性材料层152主要是为了保证袋盖1的强度,因此,这里所述的固接是采用车缝的方式将a4制得品与外袋盖15外侧沿固接成一体。
a6、在步骤a5制得品的外侧沿包裹一层TPU面料16并进行焊接制得保温包袋盖1,这样所述袋盖1具有防水的功能。当然本步骤a5中,也有通过粘胶将步骤a4制得品与外袋盖15固接成一体的,但这种固接随着时间的推移会产生脱层,其虽然节省了a6的包边工序,但是在产品的性能方面有所减损,属于变劣发明的一种表现,在实际生产过程中,袋盖盖合于内袋上方时,袋盖上表面高度略大于外袋的高度,表现在通过拉链闭合时,袋盖下表面与内袋上侧沿紧密闭合,与空气的接触面积小,热损失得到最大程度的抑制。
参考图3至图7,所述步骤b包括下述各具体的步骤:
b1、将一块矩形的热塑性面料沿其长度方向开设拉链槽211后再将其纵向两侧沿焊接成一体制得内袋外围21,所述内袋外围21具有位于拉链槽211上方的外围上沿片212与位于拉链槽211下方的外围下沿片213(参考图3);
b2、将内袋外围21由模具214(参考图4)的内侧穿过且外围下沿片213靠近拉链槽211的那一侧向外翻折在模具214的外侧,将内袋顶片22盖设于所述外围下沿片213的上方并焊接在一起,所述模具214为一中空的圆环形结构,模具214的厚度R就是焊接的宽度(参考图5);
b3、将另一块矩形TPU面料沿其长度方向的两个侧沿焊接在一起作为保温包内袋的内袋围23(参考图5);
b4、将内袋围23上侧沿由模具二的内侧穿过且向外翻折在模具二的外侧,将步骤b2的制得品中的内袋顶片22与内袋围23焊接在一起,此时外围下沿片213与内袋围23分别位于内袋顶片22的同一侧,所述模具二的结构与模具214类似,只是其周向长度比模具214小;从而在外围下沿片213与内袋围23之间形成一个容腔231,该容腔231用于后面装入保温层5(参考图7)。
b5、将步骤b4制得品中的内袋顶片22位于内袋围23所包覆的部分(图5中的虚线部分)剪去,其结果为图6所示的结构;
b6、将一块热塑性面料盖在步骤b5制得品所述内袋围23下侧沿并焊接成一体制得保温包内袋2。
所述步骤c包括下述各具体的步骤:
c1)、裁切一块矩形的TPU面料作为保温包外袋的外袋围,在其上冲裁拉链槽;
c2)、将外袋配件车缝在热塑性小片面料上,再将热塑性小片面料焊接在外袋围上,同时将防水拉链的两个链带分别焊接在外袋围拉链槽上下两侧;
c3)、将外袋围的纵向两个侧沿焊接在一起;
c4)、将袋底通过胶水与外袋围下侧沿粘接定型,再焊接成一体;
在步骤c3或者步骤c4之后可选的还包括焊接热塑性小片面料的步骤,这些热塑性小片面料上车缝有保温包的各种配件。
前述c1至c4各步骤为公知技术。
所述步骤d包括下述更具体的步骤:
将保温层5套在保温包内袋2上的容腔231中,具体地说,保温层5的上侧沿是以过盈配合的方式嵌入内袋顶片22下方的所述内袋围23与内袋外围21之间,再将保温层5与保温包内袋2整体置于保温包外袋3中,然后将防水拉链4打开,将外围下沿片213的上侧沿同时与外袋围拉链槽下方所在的外袋围内侧和链带焊接在一起,将外围上沿片212整体焊接在外袋围拉链槽上方所在的外袋围内侧和链带上,在本实施例中,外围下沿片213之所以同时和外袋围内侧和拉链带焊接,是因为外围下沿片213上侧沿的焊接部分跨越外袋围内侧拉链槽下方与链带焊接的部分,外围上沿片212也是同样的原因。
在本发明的技术方案中,所述保温层5由公知的聚氨酯发泡海棉或EVA发泡材料制得,其作为保温包内袋2和保温包外袋3之间的保温隔热层时,不管是材料来源、制作方法都是公知技术,因此在本发明的技术方案中没有具体阐述并不意味着没有该步骤。所述热塑性面料可以是TPU及其复合面料、PVC及其复合面料。
在本发明的表述过程中,在生产方法部分,保温包具有保温包外袋、保温包内袋、保温包袋盖、保温层和保温材料层等各组成部分。但是在制得完整的保温包时,各组成部件焊接或者固接成一体,此时防水拉链成了区别各组成部分的分界点,此时,保温包由包体和包盖组成,前后两种表述的细微差别是正常的,并不会带来技术方案理解上的偏差或者障碍。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种保温包,包括保温包体和保温包盖,包盖通过连接件以能够打开的方式连接在包体上,包体包括内袋、外袋以及设置在外袋与内袋之间的保温层,内袋中设有用以容置待保温物品的容置腔室,其特征在于:所述内袋的上侧与所述外袋的内侧对应的所述保温层的上部设有内袋平台,所述包盖上对应内袋平台设有在包盖盖合时能够抵接在内袋平台上的抵接台,所述包盖为防水包盖,所述外袋为防水外袋,所述内袋为防水内袋,所述连接件为防水拉链,防水拉链包括相互配合的上链带、下链带以及配设在上链带和下链带中的拉头,上链带固定在所述包盖的下周沿,下链带固定所述外袋的上周沿,所述内袋包括筒状内袋外围、内袋顶片以及筒状内袋围,内袋外围包括筒状外围上沿片、筒状外围下沿片以及形成在外围上沿片与外围下沿片之间的拉链槽,拉链槽对应所述拉链设置,拉链槽从内袋外围的内表面贯穿至外表面,内袋顶片焊接在外围下沿片的上侧且内袋顶片上开设有连通孔,连通孔从内袋顶片的上表面贯穿至下表面且与所述容置腔室连通,内袋围的上周沿固定在内袋顶片的下表面,内袋围的下周沿设有热塑性内袋封底,内袋封底的周沿焊接在内袋围上,内袋围的外壁与外围下沿片的内壁之间形成用以接纳所述保温层的容腔。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种保温包,其特征在于:所述抵接台包括平板状外袋盖、筒状袋盖围、套底盖、面盖以及保温材料层,套底盖和面盖分别焊接在袋盖围沿轴向的两端,保温材料层设置在套底盖与面盖之间且设置在袋盖围内,面盖复合在外袋盖的下表面,外袋盖固定在包盖的内侧。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种保温包,其特征在于:所述外袋盖包括防水面层和复合在防水面层下表面的非热塑性材料层,非热塑性材料层的下表面与所述面盖的上表面复合连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种保温包,其特征在于:所述外袋包括筒状外袋围和焊接在外袋围的下周沿的袋底。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种保温包,其特征在于:所述外袋围与所述包盖一体加工成型。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种保温包,其特征在于:所述上链带的上周沿焊接在所述包盖的内壁,所述外围上沿片的外表面的上部焊接在所述包盖的内壁,所述外围上沿片的外表面的下部焊接在所述上链带的内侧,所述下链带的下周沿焊接在所述外袋围的内壁,所述外围下沿片的外表面的上部焊接在所述下链带的内侧,所述外围下沿片的外表面的下部焊接在所述外袋围的内壁。
7.如权利要求1至6任一项所述的一种保温包,其特征在于:所述包盖为TPU包盖,所述内袋为TPU内袋,所述外袋为TPU外袋。
