The invention aims to provide an intelligent seat display retraction device for a ship control system, which is used for left and right handrails of a command seat of the ship control system, can retract and release the seat through one key, can adjust the visual angle and the elevation angle of a display at any time, solves the problems of visual field space and activity space of the intelligent seat of a commander, improves user experience, and has the characteristics of compact structure, convenience in installation, good stability, high reliability and simplicity and convenience in use.

the display 1 is a rectangular frame, the width of the display 1 is the same as that of the armrest shell 5, the thickness of the display 1 is the same as that of the armrest shell 5, the bottom of the display 1 is in a semi-circular arc shape 1-1, the bottom of the display 1 is provided with a hollow rotating shaft 1-2 which is divided into two sections, a cable 1-4 is arranged in the hollow position of the rotating shaft 1-2, a 1# gear 1-3 is arranged on one section of the rotating shaft 1-2, and the rotating shaft 1-2 is connected with a main rotating shaft 3-1 and can rotate flexibly;
the left-right rotating mechanism 2 is a gear transmission mechanism and comprises a sector gear 2-1, a # 2 gear 2-2, a # 1 coupler 2-4, a # 1 driving motor 2-6, a # 1 limit switch 2-3 and a # 1 mounting bracket 2-5, the sector gear 2-1 is fixed on the main rotating shaft 3-1 and is concentric with the main rotating shaft, the left-right rotating mechanism 2 is mounted on the handrail shell 5, and the # 1 driving motor 2-6 drives the main rotating shaft 3-1 to rotate through the sector gear 2-1 so as to realize the left-right rotation of the display 1, as shown in fig. 5;
the up-down rotating mechanism 3 is a gear transmission mechanism and comprises a main rotating shaft 3-1, a 3# gear 3-2, a 4# gear 3-4, a 2# coupler 3-6, a 2# driving motor 3-7, a 2# limit switch 3-3 and a 2# mounting bracket 3-5, the main rotating shaft 3-1 is connected with the opening of the handrail shell 5 and can flexibly rotate, the up-down rotating mechanism 3 is mounted on the main rotating shaft 3-1 and can rotate along with the main rotating shaft, and the 2# driving motor 3-7 drives the display 1 to realize up-down rotation through the rotating shaft 1-2, as shown in fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 7, 8, the device includes a handrail housing 5, a display 1, a left-right rotating mechanism 2, an up-down rotating mechanism 3, a circuit board, and a power supply part 4;
the handrail shell 5 is formed by a mould and comprises a lower shell and an upper shell, the upper shell has the same width as the display 1, and sinks by the thickness of the display, so that the display can be flush with the upper shell after being folded; the front part of the upper shell is provided with an opening, the middle part of the upper shell is provided with a direction key 5-1 and a switch key 5-2, and the inside of the shell is provided with a corresponding circuit board, a power supply component 4 and the like;
the display 1 is a rectangular frame, the width of the display is the same as that of the handrail shell 5, the thickness of the display is the same as that of the handrail shell 5, the bottom of the display is a semi-circular arc 1-1, a hollow rotating shaft 1-2 divided into two sections is arranged in the display, a cable 1-4 is arranged in the hollow center of the shaft, a 1# gear 1-3 is arranged on one section of the rotating shaft, and the display is connected with a main rotating shaft 3-1 through the rotating shaft 1-2 and can flexibly rotate;
as shown in fig. 5, the left-right rotating mechanism 2 is a gear transmission mechanism, and includes a main rotating shaft 3-1, a sector gear 2-1, a # 2 gear 2-2, a # 1 coupler 2-4, a # 1 driving motor 2-6, a # 1 limit switch 2-3, and a # 1 mounting bracket 2-5, the sector gear 2-1 is fixed on the main rotating shaft 3-1 and is concentric with the main rotating shaft, other components of the left-right rotating mechanism 2 are mounted on the armrest housing 5, and the # 1 driving motor 2-6 drives the main rotating shaft 3-1 to rotate through the sector gear 2-1 to realize the left-right rotation of the display 1;
as shown in fig. 6, the up-down rotating mechanism 3 is a gear transmission mechanism, and includes a main rotating shaft 3-1, a 3# gear 3-2, a 4# gear 3-4, a 2# coupler 3-6, a 2# driving motor 3-7, a 2# limit switch 3-3, and a 2# mounting bracket 3-5, the main rotating shaft 3-1 is connected with the opening of the armrest housing 5 and can rotate flexibly, other components of the up-down rotating mechanism 3 are all mounted on the main rotating shaft 3-1 and can rotate together with the main rotating shaft, and the 2# driving motor 3-7 drives the display 1 to rotate up and down through the rotating shaft 1-2;
after the display 1 is folded on the handrail shell 5, the back surface of the display is flush with the surface of the handrail shell and is integrated with the handrail;
the power line and the data cable 1-4 of the display 1 pass through the central hole of the main rotating shaft 3-1 along the hollow two sections of rotating shafts 1-2 and then are connected with the circuit board and the power supply part 4, so that the line of the cable 1-4 can be hidden, and the display 1 can not be influenced when acting.
The handrail shell 5 is made of an aluminum alloy material with high structural strength and low specific gravity through precision casting after 3D wax pattern printing, so that the overall appearance and structural strength are ensured;
the display 1 is produced by cooperating with a professional display manufacturer, and the shell is processed by adopting aluminum alloy;
all gears and couplings are processed and produced by steel 40Cr, and corresponding carburizing and quenching treatment is carried out, so that the reliability of the transmission torque is ensured;
two driving motor select for use the step motor of taking the reduction gear, and the reduction ratio is 1: 40, calculating to ensure that the driving torque meets the requirement;

Working process
The device realizes the retraction function of the display by using the 1# driving motor 2-6 and the 2# driving motor 3-7 through the shaft coupling and the corresponding gear transmission;
after the whole system is powered on, a power switch key 5-2 is pressed, the display 1 is automatically turned on to a preset elevation angle and angle, meanwhile, the display 1 is lightened and displays a working picture, the angle and the elevation angle of the display 1 can be adjusted through a direction key 5-1, a middle key is pressed, and the display 1 is reset to the preset elevation angle and angle; if the display 1 needs to be folded on the armrest shell 5, the display 1 can be automatically folded only by pressing the power switch key 5-2, meanwhile, the power of the display is turned off, and the power is turned off after the display is folded in place.
