本发明涉及一种适用于轮椅等工具的万向轮,属于运动器械领域。
背景技术
轮椅是康复的重要工具,它不仅是肢体伤残者的代步工具,更重要的是使他们借助于轮椅进行身体锻炼和参与社会活动,所以人们对轮椅的灵活性要求也越来越高。
传统的万向轮受外力推动,需改变轮子的方向才能运动,且当外力改变运动方向时,车轮需要有一段调整轮子方向的过程,使用不灵活。并且车轮受负载的方向与轮子中心偏移,使轮架产生偏心力矩,运行不平稳,影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:在狭小空间等情况,普通的万向轮很难灵活转向,本发明提供了一种万向轮来解决上述问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种万向轮,包括环形的轮架、腰鼓形的滚子,在轮架的周向表面设有沿轮架轴向分布的两排支架组,支架组包括沿轮架周向表面均布的偶数个数的支架,在各支架组的相邻的两个支架之间通过轴承活动连接滚子,两排支架组的滚子呈交错互补排列,在各支架组的相邻的两个支架之间设有围于滚子外侧的弧状的保护沿,保护沿位于轮架的端面,滚子与保护沿之间设有间隙。可以使轮椅在平地上随意推向任意方向;结构合理,设置偶数个数的支架,则滚子的个数也为偶数,使得万向轮受力良好,运行平稳。
两排支架组的相互交错互补排列的三个滚子的弧形表面的中心点之间呈等腰三角形排列,该三个滚子中位于同一排支架组的两个滚子位于等腰三角形的底边上。这里两排支架组的相互交错互补排列的三个滚子之间呈等腰三角形排列,该结构的设置可使得着地的三个滚子始终同时平衡的接触于底面,使得万向轮在运行过程中始终保持稳定的状态,若两排支架组的相互交错互补排列的三个滚子之间为非等腰三角形排列,则万向轮在运行过程中则会不稳定,尤其在万向轮转弯时会出现只有两个滚子着地的情形,万向轮则会不平衡,轮椅也会出现轻微的颠簸,使得坐在轮椅上的人感觉不舒适。
支架的外侧顶端呈与轮架同心的圆弧状,圆弧的半径为r,滚子的弧形表面的中心所在的与轮架同心的圆的半径为,的数值在0.96~0.98范围内,滚子的弧形表面的半径为,,r、、皆为正有理数,且r、、的单位均为mm。这里设置r/的数值在0.96~0.98范围内,万向轮的稳定性、寿命最好,若小于该数值范围,则支架对滚子的支撑力较差,滚子自身的受力比较大,会影响滚子的寿命;若大于该数值范围,虽然支架对滚子的支撑力好,但是会使得万向轮越过障碍物的能力降低,支架会形成阻力。这里设置=r,万向轮的稳定性最好,若<r,则滚子与地面接触面积会减小,摩擦力会减小,万向轮运行时会不够稳定,会出现方向感控制不好,尤其在万向轮转弯时更容易出现打滑现象;若>r,虽然增大了滚子与地面的接触面积,增大了滚子与地面的摩擦力,但这时会导致滚子滚动起来比较笨重,不灵活,且会降低滚子的使用寿命。
支架由左右两个支架壁相互对接而成,且两个支架壁之间通过螺钉连接,轴承支撑于两个支架壁之间。
在轮架环内沿周向设有从齿圈。
在轮架环内安装有电机,所述电机两侧设有盖板,所述盖板与轮架固定连接,所述电机的外圈设有与从齿圈相啮合的主齿圈。
本发明安装于轮椅的后下方,通过所述电机驱动轮架运动。可以使轮椅在平地上随意推向任意方向;结构合理,工艺性好,安装方便,受力良好,没有偏心力矩,使用寿命长,运行平稳,无噪声;设置保护沿,使得滚子的密封性好,保护滚子,防止滚子被摩擦而影响滚动精度,进而影响平稳性。
