本发明公开了一种速溶即饮果蔬瓶盖,属于饮品瓶盖技术领域。包括顶盖、外盖、辅料腔及刺破器,所述外盖与瓶口螺纹配合,所述顶盖与所述外盖的上部扣合,所述顶盖、外盖及瓶口共同密封形成容纳腔,所述辅料腔及刺破器均通过立柱固定在所述外盖内,所述立柱固定在所述外盖的内壁,所述辅料腔内填充有辅料,所述辅料腔的底部覆盖有密封膜A,所述刺破器的上下两端均为尖锐状,所述瓶口的上部覆盖有密封膜B。本发明瓶盖辅料腔内的辅料采用健康冷冻的果蔬粉,无添加剂,符合消费者的健康需求,同时缓解了果蔬农的销售压力,避免造成浪费;本发明瓶盖设计巧妙,使用方便,既能储存辅料,又能向瓶内即时添加辅料。

技术领域
本发明涉及饮品瓶盖技术领域,具体地说,尤其涉及一种能够储存辅料并向饮品瓶内添加辅料的速溶即饮果蔬瓶盖。
背景技术
瓶盖是我们日常生活中非常常见的物品,除了易拉罐式的饮料瓶,多数饮料瓶都采用可旋转或者拔出的瓶盖。现有瓶盖的主要功能就是实现瓶内饮品的密封,防止变质。
目前市场上饮料类型多样化,足以满足消费人群不同的口味需求,然而这种饮料为了保证其品质及保存时间,在加工过程中会添加多种添加剂,例如人工色素、防腐剂等,这种类型的饮料不利于人体的健康,随着时代的发展,健康问题越来越受到人们的关注,人们的健康意识在不断提高,消费者越来越重视自身健康,因此,这种不符合人类健康需求的饮品将会被逐步取代。
近年来,为了满足消费者的健康需求,市面上逐渐出现了在饮料中后添加辅料的情况,辅料多为健康类的茶粉或者果蔬粉,然而,目前市场上辅料多为单独包装,与饮品瓶并不在一起,对于需要添加辅料的人来说还是稍有不便,因此,若能将辅料与饮品瓶结合为一体,将会更方便使用。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种可以内置辅料、并向瓶内即时添加辅料的速溶即饮果蔬瓶盖。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种速溶即饮果蔬瓶盖,包括顶盖、外盖、辅料腔及刺破器,所述外盖与瓶口螺纹配合,所述顶盖位于所述外盖的上方,所述顶盖与所述外盖的上部扣合,所述顶盖、外盖及瓶口共同密封形成容纳腔,容纳腔内自上而下依次设有辅料腔及刺破器,所述辅料腔及刺破器均通过立柱固定在所述外盖内,所述立柱固定在所述外盖的内壁,所述辅料腔内填充有辅料,所述辅料腔的底部覆盖有密封膜A,所述刺破器的上下两端均为尖锐状,所述瓶口的上部覆盖有密封膜B,所述密封膜A及密封膜B分别位于所述刺破器的上下两侧。
所述辅料腔上部具有环状翻边,翻边将辅料腔固定在所述立柱,所述立柱下部设有凸起,所述刺破器悬挂固定在凸起上方。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明瓶盖辅料腔内的辅料采用健康冷冻的果蔬粉,溶解速度快,储存时间长,无添加剂,符合消费者的健康需求,同时缓解了果蔬农的销售压力,将需求以外的水果及蔬菜进行充分利用,避免造成浪费;本发明瓶盖设计巧妙,使用方便,既能储存辅料,又能向瓶内即时添加辅料,能够满足消费者的健康需求。

一种速溶即饮果蔬瓶盖,包括顶盖1、外盖9、辅料腔2及刺破器6,所述外盖9与瓶口8螺纹配合,所述顶盖1位于所述外盖9的上方,所述顶盖1与所述外盖9的上部扣合,所述顶盖1、外盖9及瓶口8共同密封形成容纳腔,容纳腔内自上而下依次设有辅料腔2及刺破器6,所述辅料腔2及刺破器6均通过立柱4固定在所述外盖9内,所述立柱4固定在所述外盖9的内壁,所述辅料腔2内填充有辅料3,所述辅料腔3的底部覆盖有密封膜A5,所述刺破器6的上下两端均为尖锐状,所述瓶口8的上部覆盖有密封膜B7,所述密封膜A5及密封膜B7分别位于所述刺破器6的上下两侧。
所述辅料腔2上部具有环状翻边10,翻边10将辅料腔2固定在所述立柱4上,所述立柱4下部设有凸起11,所述刺破器6悬挂固定在凸起11上方。
如说明书附图图1及图2所示,一种速溶即饮果蔬瓶盖,包括顶盖1、外盖9、辅料腔2及刺破器6,外盖9与瓶口8螺纹配合,顶盖1位于外盖9的上方,顶盖1与外盖9的上部扣合,顶盖1、外盖9及瓶口8共同密封形成容纳腔,容纳腔内自上而下依次设有辅料腔2及刺破器6,辅料腔2及刺破器6均通过立柱4固定在外盖9内,立柱4固定在外盖9的内壁,辅料腔2上部具有环状翻边10,翻边10将辅料腔2固定在立柱4上,立柱4下部设有凸11,刺破器6悬挂固定在凸起11上方,辅料腔2内填充有辅料3,辅料腔3的底部覆盖有密封膜A5,刺破器6的上下两端均为尖锐状,瓶口8的上部覆盖有密封膜B7,密封膜A5及密封膜B7分别位于刺破器6的上下两侧。
本发明瓶盖使用方法及原理如下:本发明瓶盖配合饮品瓶身一起使用,瓶盖外盖9与瓶口8螺纹连接,健康的果蔬粉承载在辅料腔2内并通过密封膜A5密封,打开顶盖1,对辅料腔2的上部施予向下的力,辅料腔2受力后向下运动,当密封膜A5触碰到刺破器6上端的尖端时即被刺破,辅料腔2内的粉体辅料在重力作用下开始向下运动,粉体辅料下落的同时对刺破器6施力,刺破器6下端的尖端将密封膜B7刺破,此时,将顶盖1盖紧,晃动瓶身使得瓶身中的水与粉体辅料进行充分混合,混合后进行饮用。
本发明中辅料腔内的填充物均采用国内先进低温脱水干燥法制成,达500-1000目,最大化保留了果蔬内的营养成分,而且容易被人体肠道吸收,对中国目前的三高人群、儿童不吃果蔬缺少叶绿素造成肥胖等不健康因素均起到了引导健康消费的作用。
本发明瓶盖辅料腔内的辅料采用健康冷冻的果蔬粉,溶解速度快,储存时间长,无添加剂,符合消费者的健康需求,同时缓解了果蔬农的销售压力,将需求以外的水果及蔬菜进行充分利用,避免造成浪费;本发明瓶盖设计巧妙,使用方便,既能储存辅料,又能向瓶内即时添加辅料,能够满足消费者的健康需求。

1.一种速溶即饮果蔬瓶盖,其特征在于:包括顶盖(1)、外盖(9)、辅料腔(2)及刺破器(6),所述外盖(9)与瓶口(8)螺纹配合,所述顶盖(1)位于所述外盖(9)的上方,所述顶盖(1)与所述外盖(9)的上部扣合,所述顶盖(1)、外盖(9)及瓶口(8)共同密封形成容纳腔,容纳腔内自上而下依次设有辅料腔(2)及刺破器(6),所述辅料腔(2)及刺破器(6)均通过立柱(4)固定在所述外盖(9)内,所述立柱(4)固定在所述外盖(9)的内壁,所述辅料腔(2)内填充有辅料(3),所述辅料腔(3)的底部覆盖有密封膜A(5),所述刺破器(6)的上下两端均为尖锐状,所述瓶口(8)的上部覆盖有密封膜B(7),所述密封膜A(5)及密封膜B(7)分别位于所述刺破器(6)的上下两侧。
