本发明公开了一种凹凸棒石粘土保健垫毯,按照一定比例分别称取水、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬酸钠、山梨酸钾,混合后充分搅拌,使羧甲基纤维素钠充分膨化,再加入适量的凹凸棒土混合料,并搅拌均匀,制成粘稠的糊料;将此糊料浇铸或碾压成厚度为2~5毫米的薄片,将薄片静置24‑26小时,待其充分凝胶后烘干脱水,即可制得海绵状的凝胶膜片。本发明以具有强吸附性能的改性凹凸棒石粘土为主要原料,并配以具有挥发性的中药材制作,使产品不仅能快速吸附席梦思床垫释放的甲醛以及床体周围的苯、氨、TVOC有害气体,而且使产品具有增强体质,镇惊安神、促进睡眠、杀虫抑菌的功能。

背景技术
据报道,目前人们普遍使用的席梦思床垫由于在生产过程中大量使用了含有甲醛的胶,导致了床垫在使用中普遍存在着甲醛释放超标的问题。这些甲醛的超标释放有的可长达几年,严重危害了人们的身体健康,对这一问题,生产席梦思床垫的厂家也缺乏有效的解决方法。对于空气中的甲醛,人们可以采用空气净化剂来进行净化处理,但是,对于席梦思床垫释放的甲醛,由于人体直接与床垫接触,即使使用空气净化剂也难以避免人体被甲醛的危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于制作出一种能够快速吸附甲醛、苯、TVOC有害气体,且能够调节人体机能,促进睡眠的凹凸棒石粘土保健垫毯及其制备方法,将其垫于席梦思床垫之上,可以直接吸附床垫释放的甲醛,有效避免人体被甲醛的危害,保护人体健康。
为了实现本发明所述的目的,本发明选取了具有强吸附性能的天然矿物凹凸棒石粘土为主要材料,以具有镇惊安神、促进睡眠,杀虫除菌功能的中药材,以及防腐剂、胶凝剂、螯合剂为辅助材料,经科学方法精制而成的。
一种凹凸棒石粘土保健垫毯,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将质量浓度为4-6%的盐酸均匀地喷洒在凹凸棒石粘土上,使其充分浸湿后送入对辊机或三辊机中进行碾压,将其碾压成厚度为1毫米左右的片状后,放置24-26小时进行活化,然后晒干,在300℃~400℃的温度下焙烧3~4小时,研磨成细度为100-200目的粉末,即得改性凹凸棒石粘土备用;
(2)按照如下重量比例配料:
改性凹凸棒石粘土100-110、磁石20-25、羌活15-20、菊花10-15,明矾2-4;
将配料共同放入高速搅拌机内搅拌,使其充分混合均匀得凹凸棒土混合料以备用;
(3)按照100-110:3-3.5:1-1.2:0.2-0.3的比例分别称取水、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬酸钠、山梨酸钾,混合后充分搅拌,使羧甲基纤维素钠充分膨化,再加入适量的凹凸棒土混合料,并搅拌均匀,制成粘稠的糊料;将此糊料浇铸或碾压成厚度为2~5毫米的薄片,将薄片静置24-26小时,待其充分凝胶后烘干脱水,即可制得海绵状的凝胶膜片。

凹凸棒石粘土是一种以凹凸棒石为主要组分的天然矿物粘土。凹凸棒石是具有特殊纤维晶体结构形态的含水富镁铝硅酸盐矿物。在透射电镜观察中,凹凸棒石为细长棒状、针状晶体形态。凹凸棒石具有十分独特的链层状晶体结构,以及在晶体结构中具有许多平行于棒晶方向的纳米级孔道。因而,凹凸棒石粘土具有较大的比表面积和优良的吸附性能,凹凸棒石粘土在形成过程中因类质同晶置换作用的存在使其表面呈负电性。因而对物质的吸附具有选择性,能够吸附的主要是极性分子。这一特性为活性炭,蒙脱石所没有。经酸改性加工后的凹凸棒石粘土具有很强的吸附性能,可以快速吸附空气中的甲醛、苯、氨、TVOC有害气体,并且能够吸附细菌、毒素。
天然的凹凸棒石粘土是一种混合物,其组分除凹凸棒石外,还常含有方解石、长石、石英以及蛋白石和云母,由于凹凸棒石的含量不同其品质差异地较大,另外,在凹凸棒石的纳米孔道中还常含有大量的碳酸钙将孔道堵塞,影响了凹凸棒石的吸附性能。因此,在制作产品时应选取凹凸棒石含量高,吸附性强的凹凸棒石粘土,同时还应尽可能地除去长石,石英和蛋白石。经选矿后不要经以下加工步骤,以增大其比表面积,增强其吸附性能。
盐酸改性步骤:将质量浓度为5%的盐酸均匀地喷洒在选取的矿土上,使其充分浸湿后送入对辊机或三辊机中进行碾泥挤压成厚度为1毫米左右的片状。碾压2~4次后放置24小时进行活化。在此步骤中,盐酸可以除去凹凸棒石晶体孔道中的碳酸盐和杂质,疏通凹凸棒分子纳米孔道。碾泥挤压可以使凹凸棒石粘土紧密的束状打开,形成蓬松的形态,使盐酸活化更加充分,使其具有更大的空间空隙。经此步骤加工后的凹凸棒石粘土的吸附性能可提高数倍。
研磨步骤:将盐酸改性后的凹凸棒粘土片晒干后在300℃~400℃的温度下进行焙烧3~4小时,以进一步增强其吸附性能,将焙烧后的凹凸棒粘土片研磨成细度为200目的粉末即可备用。
b、中药材的选取及加工
为实现镇惊安神,促进睡眠的目的,本发明选取了中药材磁石、羌活、菊花以及明矾为辅助材料。
磁石:具有平肝潜阳、聪耳明目、镇惊安神、纳气平喘的作用。磁石常被用于人体磁疗,其外用可以补充人体生物磁场,提高人体免疫力。
菊花:含挥发油菊甙,具有散风清热,平肝明目的功能,可以改善人体微循环,对中枢神经有镇静作用,对革兰氏阳性细菌,人形结核杆菌以及流感病毒有抑制作用。
羌活:含挥发油,其挥发油对布鲁氏杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用,还具有镇静、催眠和抗炎的作用。以及散寒、祛风、除湿、止痛的功能。
明砚:主要万分为硫酸铝钾,对多种细菌有抑制作用,外用可以解毒杀虫。
对以上几位中药材在制作产品前应分别进行烘干,并研磨成细粉末。
c、改性凹凸棒石粘土与中药材的配比混合
称取制备好的改性凹凸棒石粘土、磁石、羌活、菊花、明矾、称取比例为:改性凹凸棒石粘土100、磁石20、羌活15,菊花10~15,明矾2~4,共同放入高速搅拌机内搅拌,使其充分混合均匀以备用。
d、制作凝胶膜片
按照100:3:1:0.2的比例分别称取水、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬酸钠、山梨酸钾、混合后充分搅拌,使羧甲基纤维素钠充分膨化,再加入适量的混合后的改性凹凸棒石粘土与中药材混合粉末,并搅拌均匀,制成粘稠的糊状。将此糊料浇铸或碾压成厚度为2~5毫米的薄片,将薄片静置24小时,待其充分凝胶后烘干脱水,即可制得海绵状的凝胶膜片。
在此步骤中,以羧甲基纤维素钠为胶凝剂、柠檬酸钠为螯合剂,山梨酸钾为防腐剂。羧甲基纤维素钠(简称CMC),是一种常用的食品增稠剂,是最主要的离子型纤维素胶,具有良好的粘合性和成膜性,高粘度和高相对分子量的CMC制成的膜具有高强度和高柔韧性。较高浓度的CMC溶液在螯合剂柠檬酸盐存在的条件下,可与明矾中的多价阳离子A13+混合形成不可逆的海绵状胶凝结构,这种凝胶具有热不可逆性和水不溶性。由于在制作本产品时既要考虑到凝胶膜片的强度,又要考虑到其柔韧性,因此,在对CMC产品的选型时应选择取代度为0.6左右,高相对分子量、高粘度的产品。此步骤中利用了CMC的交联作用将改性凹凸棒石粘土及中药材万分制成膜片,且膜片具有海绵状的多孔性,既有效地解决了材料的易流动、易堆积问题,又使膜片具有良好的透气性,而不影响改性凹凸棒石粘土的吸附性以及中药材挥发油的散发。
此步中加入的山梨酸钾防腐剂,以及中药材明矾均对微生物有抑制作用,以防止微生物对羧甲基纤维素钠的降解。
e、制作垫毯
在制取的凝胶膜片的上下两面根据需要分别附上绒布或棉布,剪切成所需要的尺寸,并进行包边处理即可制得保健垫毯,也可以将凝胶膜片剪切成块状,排列在两层布料的中间,膜片交接处用线将布料缝合,以使块状膜片隔开,便于将垫毯折叠。
与现有产品相比本产品具有以下优点:
1、环保与保健功能,产品以具有强吸附性能的改性凹凸棒石粘土为主要原料,并配以具有挥发性的中药材制作,使产品不仅能快速吸附席梦思床垫释放的甲醛以及床体周围的苯、氨、TVOC有害气体,而且使产品具有增强体质,镇惊安神、促进睡眠、杀虫抑菌的功能。
2、产品以凝胶制膜的方法将主要材料及中药材辅料制成膜片,有效解决了材料易流动、易堆积以及受潮结块的问题,使产品不折皱,平整易折叠。
3、产品可根据个人需要的形状和尺寸任意剪切,既可做成睡毯和座垫,也可以做成鞋垫,用于防治脚臭和脚气,以及脚部的保健。
4、产品经日光曝晒后可以将吸附的有害气体释放出来,可长期反复使用。
5、产品具有制作工艺简单,制作成本低的优点。
具体实施方式
一种凹凸棒石粘土保健垫毯,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将质量浓度为5%的盐酸均匀地喷洒在凹凸棒石粘土上,使其充分浸湿后送入对辊机或三辊机中进行碾压,将其碾压成厚度为1毫米左右的片状后,放置24小时进行活化,然后晒干,在370℃的温度下焙烧3小时,研磨成细度为200目的粉末,即得改性凹凸棒石粘土备用;盐酸的用量为凹凸棒石粘土的2%;
(2)按照如下重量比例配料:
改性凹凸棒石粘土100、磁石20、羌活15、菊花10,明矾2;
将配料共同放入高速搅拌机内搅拌,使其充分混合均匀得凹凸棒土混合料以备用;
(3)按照100:3:1:0.2的比例分别称取水、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬酸钠、山梨酸钾,混合后充分搅拌,使羧甲基纤维素钠充分膨化,再加入凹凸棒土混合料,并搅拌均匀,制成粘稠的糊料;将此糊料浇铸或碾压成厚度为4毫米的薄片,将薄片静置24小时,待其充分凝胶后烘干脱水,即可制得海绵状的凝胶膜片。,所述的凹凸棒土混合料的用量为水、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬酸钠、山梨酸钾总重量的5%。
Claims (3)
1.一种凹凸棒石粘土保健垫毯,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将质量浓度为4-6%的盐酸均匀地喷洒在凹凸棒石粘土上,使其充分浸湿后送入对辊机或三辊机中进行碾压,将其碾压成厚度为1毫米左右的片状后,放置24-26小时进行活化,然后晒干,在300℃~400℃的温度下焙烧3~4小时,研磨成细度为100-200目的粉末,即得改性凹凸棒石粘土备用;
(2)按照如下重量比例配料:
改性凹凸棒石粘土100-110、磁石20-25、羌活15-20、菊花10-15,明矾2-4;
将配料共同放入高速搅拌机内搅拌,使其充分混合均匀得凹凸棒土混合料以备用;
(3)按照100-110:3-3.5:1-1.2:0.2-0.3的比例分别称取水、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬酸钠、山梨酸钾,混合后充分搅拌,使羧甲基纤维素钠充分膨化,再加入适量的凹凸棒土混合料,并搅拌均匀,制成粘稠的糊料;将此糊料浇铸或碾压成厚度为2~5毫米的薄片,将薄片静置24-26小时,待其充分凝胶后烘干脱水,即可制得海绵状的凝胶膜片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒石粘土保健垫毯,其特征在于,质量浓度为4-6%的盐酸的用量为凹凸棒石粘土的1-3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种凹凸棒石粘土保健垫毯,其特征在于,所述的凹凸棒土混合料的用量为水、羧甲基纤维素钠、柠檬酸钠、山梨酸钾总重量的4-10%。
