Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of auxiliary devices for oilfield well site operation, and particularly relates to a lifting device for lifting a sucker rod for oilfield operation.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the mechanical automation of the oil field, the oil pipe lifting and conveying device is applied in small repair operation in a large range, and the operation efficiency when the oil pipe is lifted and lowered is obviously improved. When the oil pipe lifting and conveying device is used, an oil pipe slideway (generally formed by combining two oil pipes in parallel and closely) is fixed on the oil pipe lifting and conveying device, then the oil pipe is placed on the oil pipe slideway from the side surface of the oil pipe slideway through an oil pipe up-down slideway device, and finally the oil pipe placed on the oil pipe slideway can be lifted or moved axially along with the oil pipe slideway by controlling the oil pipe lifting and conveying device, so that the lifting and conveying functions of the oil pipe are realized. In the well site operation process, the sucker rod and the oil pipe are conveyed in the same process, and theoretically, the sucker rod can be conveyed by the oil pipe lifting and conveying device to improve the operation efficiency when the sucker rod is lifted. However, in fact, because the sucker rod has a small diameter and is easy to bend, the existing oil pipe lifting and conveying device and the oil pipe up-down slideway device cannot be applied to the sucker rod, and when the sucker rod is lowered, the sucker rod needs to be lifted and conveyed to a wellhead platform manually one by one, so that the labor intensity of workers is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a sucker rod lifting device for oilfield operation, when a sucker rod is lifted, a plurality of sucker rods can be placed on the sucker rod bracket at one time, so that multiple times of lifting are changed into one time of lifting, and the purpose of improving the operation efficiency of the sucker rod is realized by reducing the lifting times.
The technical problem solved by the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme: the invention relates to a sucker rod lifting device for oilfield operation, which comprises a lifting and conveying device and a slide way, wherein the slide way is fixedly arranged on the lifting device and can be driven by the lifting device to perform lifting movement and axial movement;
the front support rod device structurally comprises a clamping piece A and a clamping piece B which are connected through a bolt, the clamping piece A and the clamping piece B can be close to each other by screwing the bolt, so that the front support rod device is clamped on the slide way, the head of the bolt is hinged with a screwing handle for manually rotating the bolt, the left side and the right side of the front support rod device are respectively provided with a bracket, the two brackets are respectively and fixedly connected to the clamping piece A and the clamping piece B, the edge of the upper side of the two brackets is provided with an anti-falling rod for blocking the sucker rod to prevent the sucker rod from falling off, and the anti-falling rod is fixedly connected to the brackets;
the structure of the rear supporting rod device comprises a platform mounting seat and a platform, the platform is connected to the platform mounting seat in a pin connection mode, the structure of the platform mounting seat is basically the same as that of the front supporting rod device, the only difference is that no anti-falling rod is arranged on the platform mounting seat, the platform is integrally of a plate-shaped structure and comprises a bottom plate, a surrounding plate and guide rods, one end of the platform is a tip end, the other end of the platform is a flat end, the bottom plate is in pin connection with the platform mounting seat, the surrounding plate surrounds three sides of the bottom plate except the tip end of the platform, the guide rods are in two pairs, one pair of guide rods are arranged along the tip end of the platform, the other pair of guide rods are arranged in the middle of the platform and are parallel to the pair of guide rods, and the surrounding plates on two sides of the platform are also provided with the anti-falling rods;
the platform comprises two independent parts which are symmetrical to each other, and a gap for the sucker rod to slide on the slideway is reserved between the two parts.
At least one set of front support rod device is provided. The flat end of the platform is welded with a pin bush on each of two parts forming the platform, and a connecting rod is penetrated in the two pin bushes.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. when the sucker rod is lifted off, a plurality of sucker rods can be placed on the sucker rod bracket (the specific number of the sucker rods which can be placed depends on the width of the front supporting rod device and the rear supporting rod device) at one time, and the sucker rod does not need to be lifted one by one, so that the multiple lifting is changed into one-time lifting, and the purpose of improving the operation efficiency of the sucker rod is realized by reducing the lifting times.
2. The invention enables the existing oil pipe lifting and conveying device to be applied to the conveying process of the sucker rod, improves the automation degree when the sucker rod is lifted and lowered, and lightens the labor intensity of staff.

The front supporting rod device 1 structurally comprises a clamping piece A7 and a clamping piece B8 which are connected through a bolt, the clamping piece A7 and the clamping piece B8 can be close to each other by screwing the bolt, so that the front supporting rod device 1 is clamped on the slideway 2, and the head of the bolt is hinged with a screwing handle 9 for manually rotating the bolt. The worker can install the front supporting rod device 1 on the slideway 2 by screwing the handle 9 under the condition of not using extra tools, so that the front supporting rod device is convenient to disassemble and assemble and can be clamped and fixed quickly and reliably.
The left and right sides of the front supporting rod device 1 are respectively provided with a bracket 6, the two brackets 6 are respectively fixedly connected to a clamping piece A7 and a clamping piece B8, the edges of the upper sides of the two brackets 6 are provided with anti-falling rods 5 used for blocking the sucker rod and preventing the sucker rod from falling, and the anti-falling rods 5 are fixedly connected to the brackets 6. The bracket 6 is used for bearing the weight of the sucker rod.
The structure of the rear supporting rod device 3 comprises a platform mounting seat and a platform, the structure of the platform mounting seat is basically the same as that of the front supporting rod device 1, and the only difference is that the platform mounting seat 1 is not provided with the anti-falling rod 5, so that the platform mounting seat and the front supporting rod device 1 have the same easy-to-assemble and-disassemble performance.
