The first crushing device 7 comprises a first guide plate 71, a first lifting rod 73, a first crushing plate 74, first crushing teeth 75, a first fixed stop 76, a first spring 77 and a first contact roller 78, the right side of the bracket 2 above the crushing frame 9 is horizontally connected with the first guide plate 71 in a bolt connection mode, the right part of the first guide plate 71 is provided with a first guide hole 72, the first lifting rod 73 is vertically arranged in the first guide hole 72, the bottom end of the first lifting rod 73 is horizontally connected with the first crushing plate 74 in a bolt connection mode, the first crushing plate 74 is positioned below the first guide plate 71, the first crushing plate 74 corresponds to the crushing frame 9 up and down, the bottom of the first crushing plate 74 is provided with the first crushing teeth 75, the upper part of the first lifting rod 73 is connected with the first fixed stop 76 in a bolt connection mode, the first fixed stop 76 is positioned above the first guide plate 71, the first spring 77 is connected between the bottom of the first fixed stop 76 and the top of the first guide plate 71, the first spring 77 is sleeved on the first lifting rod 73, the top end of the first lifting rod 73 is rotatably provided with a first contact roller 78, the first contact roller 78 is positioned at the left side of the bottom of the disc 5, and the first contact roller 78 is in contact fit with the semicircular bulge 6.

The crushing device also comprises a second crushing device 14, the second crushing device 14 comprises a second guide plate 141, a second lifting rod 143, a second crushing plate 144, a second crushing tooth 145, a second contact roller 146, a second fixed stop 147 and a second spring 148, the middle part of the right side surface of the crushing frame 9 is horizontally connected with the second guide plate 141 in a bolt connection mode, the middle part of the second guide plate 141 is provided with a second guide hole 142, the second lifting rod 143 is vertically arranged in the second guide hole 142, the bottom end of the second lifting rod 143 is horizontally connected with the second crushing plate 144 in a bolt connection mode, the first crushing plate 74 is positioned below the second guide plate 141, the second crushing plate 144 vertically corresponds to the material receiving box 13, the bottom of the second crushing plate 144 is provided with the second crushing tooth 145, the upper part of the second lifting rod 143 is connected with the second fixed stop 147 in a bolt connection mode, the second fixed stop 147 is positioned above the second guide plate 141, a second spring 148 is connected between the bottom of the second fixed stop 147 and the top of the second guide plate 141, the second spring 148 is sleeved on the second lifting rod 143, a second contact roller 146 is rotatably mounted at the top end of the second lifting rod 143, the second contact roller 146 is located on the right side of the bottom of the disc 5, and the second contact roller 146 is in contact fit with the semicircular protrusion 6.
The automatic material collecting device further comprises a second rotating device 15, the second rotating device 15 comprises a second bearing seat 151, a second rotating shaft 152, a first belt pulley 153, a second belt pulley 154, a flat belt 155, a third gear 156 and a gear ring 157, the bottom of a top plate 3 on the right side of the first motor 51 is provided with the second bearing seat 151 in a bolt connection mode, a second rotating shaft 152 is arranged on a bearing in the second bearing seat 151 and is in interference connection with a bearing in the second bearing seat 151, the upper portion of the second rotating shaft 152 is connected with the second belt pulley 154 in a key connection mode, the lower portion of the first rotating shaft 53 is connected with the first belt pulley 153 in a key connection mode, the first belt pulley 153 is positioned below the first gear 54, the flat belt 155 is connected between the first belt pulley 153 and the second belt pulley 154, the lower portion of the second rotating shaft 152 is connected with the third gear 156 in a key connection mode, the upper portion of the outer side of, the third gear 156 meshes with the ring gear 157.
The material receiving box further comprises a cam 16, the cam 16 is arranged on the second rotating shaft 152, the cam 16 is located below the third gear 156, the cam 16 is located on the right side of the material receiving box 13, and the cam 16 is matched with the material receiving box 13.

The working principle is as follows: when the petroleum coke crushing device is used for crushing petroleum coke, an operator loads the petroleum coke into the crushing frame 9, the disc 5 is driven to rotate by the first rotating device 4, and then the petroleum coke in the crushing frame 9 is crushed by the first crushing device 7. After the crushing is finished, the control cylinder 10 is shortened, the material baffle plate 8 is opened, and the petroleum coke crushed in the crushing frame 9 falls into the material receiving box 13. Because the second crushing device 14 is further included, the second crushing device 14 includes a second guide plate 141, a second lifting rod 143, a second crushing plate 144, a second crushing tooth 145, a second contact roller 146, a second fixed stopper 147 and a second spring 148, the middle part of the right side surface of the crushing frame 9 is horizontally connected with the second guide plate 141 by means of bolt connection, the middle part of the second guide plate 141 is provided with a second guide hole 142, the second guide hole 142 is vertically provided with the second lifting rod 143, the bottom end of the second lifting rod 143 is horizontally connected with the second crushing plate 144 by means of bolt connection, the first crushing plate 74 is positioned below the second guide plate 141, the second crushing plate 144 vertically corresponds to the material receiving box 13, the bottom of the second crushing plate 144 is provided with the second crushing tooth 145, the upper part of the second lifting rod 143 is connected with the second fixed stopper 147 by means of bolt connection, the second fixed stopper 147 is positioned above the second guide plate 141, a second spring 148 is connected between the bottom of the second fixed stop 147 and the top of the second guide plate 141, the second spring 148 is sleeved on the second lifting rod 143, a second contact roller 146 is rotatably installed at the top end of the second lifting rod 143, the second contact roller 146 is located on the right side of the bottom of the disc 5, and the second contact roller 146 is in contact fit with the semicircular bulge 6, so that when the disc 5 rotates, the second contact roller 146 rotates along the semicircular bulge 6 to drive the second lifting rod 143 to move up and down ceaselessly, the second crushing plate 144 crushes petroleum coke crushed by the first crushing plate 74 in the receiving box 13 again, and the second crushing teeth 145 enable the petroleum coke to be crushed more rapidly, i.e., the crushing effect and the working efficiency of the invention can be improved. Therefore, the petroleum coke is subjected to secondary crushing, and the crushing effect of the petroleum coke is further improved.

Because the petroleum coke crusher further comprises the cam 16, the cam 16 is arranged on the second rotating shaft 152, the cam 16 is located below the third gear 156, the cam 16 is located on the right side of the material receiving box 13, and the cam 16 is matched with the material receiving box 13, when the second rotating shaft 152 rotates, the cam 16 rotates along with the cam, the cam 16 rotates to hit the outer wall of the material receiving box 13, so that the material receiving box 13 generates vibration, and further the second crushing plate 144 comprehensively and uniformly crushes petroleum coke in the material receiving box 13.
