本发明主要涉及一种尿裤吸水层，尤其是一种带有三重防漏保护婴儿和成人用尿裤吸水层，其包括一个中心吸水层，包括液体吸收材料和一组纵向分布在中心吸水层和一个使中心吸水层能向上弯曲或形成U型通道的空心部分以及一个朝向液体源的中心吸水层上表面；至少一层包裹中心吸水层的无纺布底部吸水层包层，所述底部吸水层间隔设置于中心吸水层上表面；至少在顶部吸水层包层上设置一层吸收分配层。
2.技术背景
公知技术方案中有多种能为使用者提供额外防漏保护的尿裤。防漏保护通常设置在偏离漏源的区域，因此在液漏较严重的情况下，防漏效果较差。为克服这些缺陷，本发明公开了一种设于最接近漏源的三重防漏保护方案，以减少尿裤吸水层的泄漏。
3.发明概述
相应地，本发明的主要目的是提供一种带有三重防漏保护的尿裤吸水层，以改善使用者的防漏保护。
本发明的另一目的是为尿裤吸水层提供一种三重防漏保护。
本发明的另一目的是为邻近的防漏保护提供第三种防漏保护。
根据本发明较佳实施例，其提供：
一种带有三重防漏保护的婴儿和成人用尿裤(1)，其包括：
一个中心吸水层(10)，包括液体吸收材料(12)和一组纵向分布在中心吸水层(10)的一个使中心吸水层(10)能向上弯曲或形成U型通道空心部分(14)，一个朝向液体源(16)的中心吸水层上表面(CCTS)；
至少一层底部吸水层的包层(16)，其通过设置于中心吸水层上表面(CCTS)的底部吸水层间隔包裹中心吸水层(10)；
到少一层设置于顶部中心层包层(18)上的收集分配层(20)；
其特征在于：底部吸水层包层(16)具有一个相对于底部吸水层间隔(BCG)设置的底部吸水层下表面(BCBS)；
一个第三防漏保护，其包括至少一层包裹底部吸水层包层(16)、顶部吸水层包层(18)和收集分配层(20)的无纺布上层(52)；
至少一个第二防漏保护(72-L，72-R)，其包括至少一层内部嵌有松紧带(72-E)的无纺布；
至少一个设置于上层下表面上的(TSBS)第一防漏保护(74)，其包括至少一层内部嵌有松紧带(74-E)的无纺布；
其特征还在于：
无纺布层(52)包括至少一条设置于底部吸水层包层纵向边缘(16LE)的松紧带及一个上层下表面(TSBS)，所述上层下表面(TSBS)包括一个设置于底层吸水层表面(BCBS)上的顶层间隔(TSG)；以及至少一个设置于顶层间隔(TSG)的PE膜(62)。

下面的详细说明中会描述众多的具体细节，以更完整地理解本发明。然而本领域的普通技术人员可以认识到没有上述细节本发明亦可实施。此外，公知方法、工艺及/或组件在本说明书未进行详细描述，以免模糊本发明。通过下面实施例的说明可更清楚地理解本发明，所述实施例通过仅作为示例且未按比例绘制的附图进行说明。
图1为尿裤(1)的吸水层或中心吸水层的顶部示意图。中心吸水层(10)包括液体吸收材料(12)和一组纵向分布在中心吸水层(10)的空心部分(14)，所述空心部分使中心吸水层(10)能向上弯曲或形成U型通道。液体吸收材料(12)包括由超强吸水的高分子聚合物(SAP)制成的软毛吸水层。
图1-B为一个朝向液体源(16)的中心吸水层上表面(CCTS)。
如图2-A和2-B所示，至少一层包裹中心吸水层(10)的无纺布底吸水层包层(16)，所述底吸水层间隔(BCG)设置于中心吸水层上表面(CCTS)，至少在底吸水层间隔(BCG，以虚线双箭头标示)和底吸水层包层(16)上设置一层无纺布顶部吸水层包层(18)；至少在顶部吸水层包层(18)上设置一层吸收分配层(20)。底部吸水层包层(16)提供有相对于底部吸水层间隔(BCG)设置的底部吸水层表面(BCBS，以括号标示)。
如图2-C所示，第三防漏保护包括至少一层包裹底部吸水层包层(16)、顶部吸水层包层(18)和收集分配层(20)的无纺布顶层(50)。无纺布顶层(52)包括全少一个设置于底部吸水层包层纵同边缘(16LE)外部的松紧带(52-E)和顶层底表面(TSBS，以括号标示)；顶层底表面(TSBS)包括一个设置于底部吸水层底表面(BCBS)上的顶层间隔(TSG，以虚线双箭头标示)。如图2-D所示，至少一个PE膜设置于顶层间隔(TSG)和顶层底表面(TSBS)。
如图2-E和2-F所示，一个第二防漏保护(72-L，72-R)包括至少一层内嵌一个松紧带(72-E)的无纺布，其中较佳的选择是所述松紧带设置于无纺布(72-L，72-R)其中一个纵向边缘(72LBE)。同时第二防漏保护(72-L，72-R)的另一个纵向边缘(72LNE)没有嵌入的松紧带。
如图2-G所示，至少一个第一防漏保护(74)，其包括至少一个内嵌一个松紧带(74-E)的无纺布层，其中较佳的选择是所述松紧带(74-E)嵌在两边的纵向边缘(74LE)上，所述防漏保护(74)设置于顶层底表面(TSBS)。
如图3-A，3-B，4-A，和4-B所示，包括松紧带(74-E)的第二防漏保护(72-L，72-R)纵向边缘(72LBE)通过粘接材料(AD)或不连续粘接材料(AD-I)或两者结合方式设置于无纺布顶层(52)的纵向边缘(52LE)。无松紧带(74-E)的第二防漏保护(72-L，72-R)纵向边缘(72LNE)采用粘接材料(AD)与嵌有松紧带(74-E)的第一防漏保护(74)纵向边缘(74LBE)组合。第一防漏保护(74)设置于顶层底表面(TSBS)。
如图5所示，吸水层(1)可与穿于婴儿或成人骨盆前部的尿裤前部(2)细合。吸水层(1)还可与穿于婴儿或成人骨盆后部的尿裤后部(2)细合。另外，前部(2)横向边缘(2LaE)通过粘接、或热密封、或超声波密封或上述方式组合与后部(3)横向边缘连接。
尽管本发明说明书中较佳实施例对本发明相对于在先技术取得的效果和优点进行了描述，但本发明并不限于上述具体的实施例。因此本说明书描述的本发明的形式仅用于描述目的，亦可选择在本发明说明书所附权利要求范围的其他实施例。

Claims (8)

1.一种带有三重防漏保护的婴儿和成人用尿裤的中心吸水层(1)，包括：一个中心吸水层(10)，包括液体吸收材料(12)和一组纵向分布在中心吸水层(10)和一个使中心吸水层(10)能向上弯曲或形成U型通道空心部分(14)以及一个朝向液体源(16)的中心吸水层上表面(CCTS)；
至少一层包裹中心吸水层(10)的无纺布底吸水层包层(16)，所述底吸水层间隔(BCG)设置于中心吸水层上表面(CCTS)；
至少在顶部吸水层包层(18)上设置一层吸收分配层(20)；
其特征在于：
底部吸水层包层(16)具有设置于底部吸水层(BCG)间隔对面的底部吸水层底表面；
一个第三防漏保护包括至少一层包裹底部吸水层包层(16)、顶部吸水层包层(18)和收集分配层(20)的无纺布顶层(52)；
至少一个第二防漏保护(72-L，72-R)包括至少一层内嵌松紧带(72-E)的无纺布；
至少一个第一防漏保护(74)包括至少一个内嵌一个松紧带(74-E)并设置于顶层底表面(TSBS)的无纺布层；
其特征还在于：
无纺布顶层(52)包括至少一个设置于底部吸水层包层纵向边缘(16LE)外部的松紧带(52-E)和顶层底表面(TSBS)；顶层底表面(TSBS)包括一个设置于底部吸水层底表面(BCBS)上的顶层间隔(TSG)；
至少一个PE膜设置于顶层间隔(TSG)和顶层底表面(TSBS)。
2.如权利要求1所述一种带有三重防漏保护的婴儿和成人用尿裤的中心吸水层(1)，所述第二防漏保护(72-L，72-R)通过粘接材料(AD)或不连续粘接材料(AD-I)或两者结合方式设置于无纺布顶层(52)的纵向边缘(52LE)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述一种带有三重防漏保护的婴儿和成人用尿裤的中心吸水层(1)，所述第二防漏保护(72-L，72-R)的纵向边缘通过粘接材料(AD)与第一防漏保护(74)的纵向边缘连接。
4.如权利要求1所述一种带有三重防漏保护的婴儿和成人用尿裤的中心吸水层(1)，所述第一防漏保护(74)设置于顶层底表面(TSBS)。
5.如权利要求1所述一种带有三重防漏保护的婴儿和成人用尿裤的中心吸水层(1)，所述吸水层(1)可与穿于婴儿或成人骨盆前部区域的尿裤前部(2)连接。
6.如权利要求5所述一种带有三重防漏保护的婴儿和成人用尿裤的中心吸水层(1)，所述吸水层(1)可与穿于婴儿或成人骨盆后部区域的尿裤后部(3)连接。
7.如权利要求5或6所述一种带有三重防漏保护的婴儿和成人用尿裤的中心吸水层(1)，所述前部(2)横向边缘(2LaE)通过粘接、或热密封、或超声波密封或上述方式组合与后部(3)横向边缘(3LaE)连接。
8.如权利要求1所述一种带有三重防漏保护的婴儿和成人用尿裤的中心吸水层(1)，所述底部吸水层包层(16)及底部吸水层间隔(BCG)具有至少一层设置于其上的无纺布顶部吸水层包层(18)。
