本发明公开一种用于混合动力车辆的变速装置,发动机输出端与输入轴的输入端相连,该输入轴上有离合器、双联齿轮、二档输入齿轮和四档输入齿轮,输入轴两侧分别设有第一输出轴和第二输出轴,第一输出轴上从前往后依次装有一档输出齿轮、第一同步器和四档输出齿轮,一档输出齿轮与小齿轮啮合;第二输出轴上从前往后依次设有三档输出齿轮、第二同步器和二档输出齿轮,三档输出齿轮与大齿轮啮合,电机的输出端设有电机输出齿轮,该电机输出齿轮与一档输出齿轮啮合。本发明是一种基于传统AMT的H‑AMT,本H‑AMT在传统AMT基础上,增加了电机和双边同步器,这一看似简单的结构改动却并不简单,它导致档位组合和换档路线及逻辑与传统AMT完全不同。

技术领域
本发明属于混合动力车辆领域,尤其涉及一种用于混合动力车辆的变速装置。
背景技术
随着技术及社会的发展,混合动力车辆运用越来越广泛,它主要通过发动机和电动机来驱动车辆行驶。现有常见的用于混合动力车辆的变速装置主要有两种:一种是丰田公司生产的混合动力变速机构,该变速机构基于行星齿轮机构+CVT(即无级变速方式)结构形式,这种结构由于变速采用无级变速而导致耐用性一般,且对零部件的技术要求高,这样又导致制造成本。另一种是比亚迪公司生产的双离合变速机构,搭载在比亚迪秦上,这种变速机构的发动机和电动机都通过双离合变速器变速器相连,这种结构形式的可靠性较低、成本高。还有一种混合动力变速器装置,搭载在比亚迪F3DM上,采用发动机、双电机和变速器结构,其中一个电机与发动机串联,其作用是启动电机和发电机作用,另一个电机是驱动和发电机作用,这种变速机构采用双电机,成本高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种集成度高、可靠性好、成本低的用于混合动力车辆的变速装置。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种用于混合动力车辆的变速装置,其特征在于:包括发动机(1)和电机(15),其中发动机(1)输出端与输入轴(2)的输入端相连,该输入轴(2)上从前往后依次安装有离合器(3)、双联齿轮(4)、二档输入齿轮(5)和四档输入齿轮(6),其中:所述双联齿轮(4)空套在输入轴(2)上,并由前侧的大齿轮(4a)和后侧的小齿轮(4b)构成,且离合器(3)可以与双联齿轮(4)的大齿轮(4a)结合或脱离;所述二档输入齿轮(5)和四档输入齿轮(6)固套在输入轴(2)上,且四档输入齿轮(6)的直径大于二档输入齿轮(5)的直径,该二档输入齿轮(5)的直径大于所述大齿轮(4a)直径;
所述输入轴(2)两侧分别设有第一输出轴(7)和第二输出轴(8),这三根轴相互平行,其中:所述第一输出轴(7)上从前往后依次装有一档输出齿轮(9)、第一同步器(10)和四档输出齿轮(11),且一档输出齿轮(9)和四档输出齿轮(11)均空套在第一输出轴(7)上,一档输出齿轮(9)直径大于四档输出齿轮(11)直径;所述一档输出齿轮(9)与小齿轮(4b)啮合,并组成第一齿轮组(T1),所述四档输出齿轮(11)与所述四档输入齿轮(6)啮合,并组成第四齿轮组(T4);所述第一同步器(10)可以在对应的换档操纵机构操纵下,有选择地与一档输出齿轮(9)或四档输出齿轮(11)结合,当第一同步器(10)与一档输出齿轮(9)结合时对应一档位(S1),当第一同步器(10)与四档输出齿轮(11)结合时对应四档位(S4);
所述第二输出轴(8)上从前往后依次设有三档输出齿轮(12)、第二同步器(13)和二档输出齿轮(14),其中三档输出齿轮(12)和二档输出齿轮(14)均空套在输入轴(2)上,三档输出齿轮(12)的直径小于二档输出齿轮(14)直径;所述三档输出齿轮(12)与大齿轮(4a)啮合,并组成第三齿轮组(T3),且三档输出齿轮(14)与所述二档输入齿轮(5)啮合,并组成第二齿轮组(T2);所述第二同步器(13)可以在对应的换档操纵机构操纵下,有选择地与三档输出齿轮(12)或二档输出齿轮(14)结合,当第二同步器(13)与三档输出齿轮(12)结合时对应三档位(S3),当第二同步器(13)与二档输出齿轮(14)结合时对应二档位(S2);
所述电机(15)的输出端设有电机输出齿轮(16),该电机输出齿轮(16)与所述一档输出齿轮(9)啮合。
本发明是一种基于传统AMT(即手动档变速箱)的H-AMT(即混合动力变速机构),本H-AMT在传统AMT基础上,增加了电机和双边同步器,这一看似简单的结构改动却并不简单,它导致档位组合和换档路线及逻辑与传统AMT完全不同;并且,本案具有两根输出轴,第一输出轴上有一档输出齿轮和四档输出齿轮,第二输出轴上有三档输出齿轮和二档输出齿轮,且本方案具有两种纯电动模式,六种混合动力模式,两种纯电动模式之间和六种混合动力模式之间均分别可以顺序换档,混合动力的不同档位模式之间还可以跳档,纯电动模式与混合动力模式之间也可以跳档,且有些档位模式下的跳档可以实现带动力,这样就不会产生顿挫感,这也是本案与传统AMT的一个重大区别;由于AMT采用档位变速,这种结构的可靠性高,所以直接导致本案的可靠性也相当高。与传统AMT换档时会动力中断导致产生顿挫感不同,本变速机构的某些换档及跳档操作可以带动力,不会造成动力中断,也就不会产生顿挫感,这是本方案与传统AMT的又一重大区别。与丰田的行星齿轮机构+CVT结构形式相比,本方案最大的优点是可靠性高,零部件技术要求相对较低,从而降低了制造成本。与比亚迪生产的双离合变速机构相比,本案中的变速机构,结构简单,可靠性高,成本相对较低。因此,本案是一种与现有混合动力变速机构完全不同的用于混合动力车辆的变速装置,它采用有级变速,并具有集成度高、部件少、可靠性好、成本低等优点,也与传统AMT有明显的实质性区别。
为了便于动力输出,所述第一输出轴(7)前端设有第一动力输出接口(17),且所述第二输出轴(8)前端设有第二动力输出接口(18)。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种用于混合动力车辆的变速装置,主要包括外购的发动机1和电机15,这两个件中至少一个为动力源,或者两个件同时充当动力源。电机15还要作为发动机的启动电机,用于拖动发动机,使发动机工作;电机还能作为发电机对蓄电池进行充电。其中,发动机1输出端与输入轴2的输入端相连,该输入轴2上从前往后依次安装有离合器3、双联齿轮4、二档输入齿轮5和四档输入齿轮6。其中,双联齿轮4空套在输入轴2上,并由前侧的大齿轮4a和后侧的小齿轮4b构成。离合器3可以与双联齿轮4的大齿轮4a结合或脱离。当离合器3与双联齿轮4的大齿轮4a结合时,发动机1的动力通过离合器3输入到双联齿轮4上。二档输入齿轮5和四档输入齿轮6固套在输入轴2上,而四档输入齿轮6的直径大于二档输入齿轮5的直径,且该二档输入齿轮5的直径大于大齿轮4a的直径。
如图1所示,输入轴2两侧分别设有第一输出轴7和第二输出轴8,这三根轴相互平行,其中:第一输出轴7上从前往后依次装有一档输出齿轮9、第一同步器10和四档输出齿轮11。一档输出齿轮9和四档输出齿轮11均空套在第一输出轴7上,一档输出齿轮9直径大于四档输出齿轮11直径。第一输出轴7前端设有第一动力输出接口17,该第一动力输出接口17在本实施例中为齿轮。一档输出齿轮9与小齿轮4b啮合,并组成第一齿轮组T1,四档输出齿轮11与四档输入齿轮6啮合,并组成第四齿轮组T4。第一同步器10可以在对应的换档操纵机构操纵下,有选择地与一档输出齿轮9或四档输出齿轮11结合。当第一同步器10与一档输出齿轮9结合时对应一档位S1,当第一同步器10与四档输出齿轮11结合时对应四档位S4。
第二输出轴8上从前往后依次设有三档输出齿轮12、第二同步器13和二档输出齿轮14,其中三档输出齿轮12和二档输出齿轮14均空套在输入轴2上,三档输出齿轮12的直径小于二档输出齿轮14直径。第二输出轴8前端设有第二动力输出接口18,该第二动力输出接口18在本实施例中为齿轮。三档输出齿轮12与大齿轮4a啮合,并组成第三齿轮组T3,且三档输出齿轮14与二档输入齿轮5啮合,并组成第二齿轮组T2。第二同步器13可以在对应的换档操纵机构操纵下,有选择地与三档输出齿轮12或二档输出齿轮14结合,当第二同步器13与三档输出齿轮12结合时对应三档位S3,当第二同步器13与二档输出齿轮14结合时对应二档位S2。电机15的输出端设有电机输出齿轮16,该电机输出齿轮16同时与一档输出齿轮9啮合。
