背景技术
目前我国现有的自动烹调锅技术中,有的是根据传统炒菜方法、步骤,设计和制造模拟人工操作的各种自动化机械装置,有的是根据预定的电脑程序,以选定的菜单模式,精确控制烹调温度和时间,实现自动电热烹调,它们的缺点在于:现有各种自动电热烹调装置的硬件部分和软件部分都比较复杂,各种菜单配备模式只能格式化不能人性化,产品成本高,推广困难。申请号是“2016102859714”的发明申请公开一种 “智能锅盖式半自动电热烹调锅”克服了以上缺点,但是它还是比较复杂,成本高。
发明内容
为了克服现有的自动烹调锅技术的不足,本发明公开一种半自动电热烹调锅,它不仅具有半自动烹调各种菜肴的功能,而且结构更简单、成本更低、使用更方便。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种半自动电热烹调锅,其特征在于:所述一种半自动电热烹调锅在烹调过程中,根据不锈钢锅内水量的变化,锅内表面不同区域的温度相应跟随变化,针对其临界温度的变化进行测控,使电炉灶在烹调完成时能自动断电,从而实现一种半自动电热烹调锅令人满意的有益效果,任何菜肴做成后,根据其收汁程度不同,或多或少总会有一定水份,不锈钢锅内有水份的中心底部是低温区域,不锈钢锅内中部圆周表面是高温区域,所述感温头水平放置在球面锅底右面,依靠所述夹子的弹力,感温头与球面锅底紧密接触,感温头位于锅底高温区域和低温区域之间的临界区,感温头所探测到的温度是临界区温度,当锅内水烧到很少时,临界区温度才会很快上升,当临界区温度达110℃时,所述温控开关断开,使电炉丝断电,此时低温区域的锅底水份已经很少了,菜肴的生熟程度和收汁程度都达到预期效果,通过调节温控开关的调温旋钮,选择高、低不同的锅底温度,以满足不同的生熟和收汁要求,烹调食物时,要根据不同的食材和生熟要求,控制锅内不同的加水量,加水量与烹调时间成正比,加水量的多少决定烹调的时间,烹调时间的长短决定烹调食物的生熟程度,高、低不同的锅底温度决定烹调食物的收汁程度,灵活熟练地掌握加水量和高、低不同的锅底温度,烹调食物就能达到预期效果;所述一种半自动电热烹调锅不仅半自动烹调各种菜肴,而且与传统烹调锅一样轻巧,结构简单、成本低廉,使用和洗刷都很方便,烹调菜肴完成后,电炉灶自动断电,避免遗忘烧焦,省时、省力、省心。
