Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present disclosure is to provide a tape attaching apparatus that can attach tapes of different sizes for different types of door money.

The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present disclosure relates to a tape attaching device suitable for tape attachment of various door frames, particularly, for tape attachment of vehicle door frames. The tape attaching device of the present disclosure mainly includes a frame pressing main body 1, a working guide wheel 2, a first adjusting main body 3 and a second adjusting main body 4, the first adjusting main body 3 or the second adjusting main body 4 is slidably and lockably mounted on the frame pressing main body 1, the working guide wheel 2 is rotatably mounted between the first adjusting main body 3 and the second adjusting main body 4, and the first adjusting main body 3 and the second adjusting main body 4 can be moved relative to each other and locked relative to each other.
Here, the installation structure of the working guide wheel 2 is generally such that the first and second adjusting bodies 3 and 4 are respectively provided with installation holes 31, both ends of the connecting shaft 6 are respectively installed in the installation holes 31, the working guide wheel 2 is rotatably installed on the connecting shaft 6 so as to be located between the first and second adjusting bodies 3 and 4, and the first and second adjusting bodies 3 and 4 are movable along the connecting shaft 6. The connecting shaft 6 is preferably a bolt, and both ends of the bolt are respectively mounted on the first and second adjusting bodies 3 and 4 by a bolt head and a nut. With regard to the number of working jockey wheels 2, fig. 3 shows an embodiment in which two working jockey wheels 2 are provided, in other variants not limited to two working jockey wheels 2. When a plurality of working runners 2 are included, these are arranged laterally uniformly between the first adjusting body 3 and the second adjusting body 4. Here, "lateral" refers to a direction extending in the left-right direction in fig. 3.
As for the shape of the frame body 1, for example, it may be a stepped frame body 1 as shown in fig. 1, which includes a first mounting portion 11 and a second mounting portion 12, but is not limited to these two mounting portions. Further, for convenience of explanation, the present disclosure shows only an exemplary embodiment in which the first adjusting body 3 is mounted on the pressure frame body 1, and it is understood that it is equally feasible that the second adjusting body 4 is mounted on the pressure frame body 1.
With the above structure of the present disclosure, the tape attaching device may include an unlocked state and a locked state. In the unlocked state, the first adjusting body 3 and the pressing body 1 are slidable relative to each other to accommodate door frames of different sizes, while the first adjusting body 3 and the second adjusting body 4 are movable relative to each other such that the distance therebetween is adjustable. In the locked state, the first regulating body 3 is locked on the frame pressing body 1 according to the size of the doorframe, and at the same time, the first regulating body 3 and the second regulating body 4 do not move relatively, so that the distance between the two is fixed, which is determined by the width of the adhesive tape.
When tape attachment is performed using the device in the locked state, the pressing frame main body 1 presses the vehicle door frame, and the tape is guided between the first and second adjusting main bodies 3 and 4 via the rotating working guide roller 2 and finally attached to the vehicle door frame by manual assistance. To better guide the adhesive tape, the tape application apparatus may further include a guide bar 7 connected between the first and second adjusting bodies 3 and 4 to guide the adhesive tape. The first and second adjusting bodies 3 and 4 may be movable along the guide bar 7 so as to adjust the distance therebetween. It can be seen that according to the technical scheme of this disclosure, need not to provide the attached device of the area of different models to the door frame of different sizes, use the attached device of a area just can be applicable to the door frame of a plurality of sizes through regulation and locking, the sticky tape of corresponding different width of attaching. Referring to fig. 2, in order to facilitate the adjustment of the distance between the first adjusting body 3 and the second adjusting body 4, an accommodating portion may be provided inside the first adjusting body 3 or inside the second adjusting body 4, and of course, an accommodating portion may be provided both inside the first adjusting body 3 and inside the second adjusting body 3, such that the working sheave 2 may be partially accommodated in the accommodating portion in the axial direction. The working guide wheels 2 are located at different depths in the accommodating part for adapting adhesive tapes with different widths. Here, the "inner side" refers to a side between the first and second regulating bodies 3 and 4 facing each other, and is conversely referred to as an outer side.
Further, the above-described accommodating portion may be formed as a stepped hole 32, the stepped hole 32 specifically including a first hole portion close to the working sheave 2 and a second hole portion distant from the working sheave 2, the first hole portion having a larger hole diameter than the second hole portion, although as such, the specific structure of the accommodating portion is not limited to the form shown in fig. 2. Wherein, the stepped hole 32 is provided with an adjusting elastic piece 33, and the end of the working guide wheel 2 is abutted against the adjusting elastic piece 33 and can be partially accommodated in the first hole part. As can be seen in fig. 2, in the structure in which the connecting shaft 6 is mounted in the mounting hole 31, the second hole portion of the stepped hole 32 described above may be used as the mounting hole 31, and the regulating elastic member 33 is, for example, a coil spring through which the connecting shaft 6 passes and protrudes out of the first regulating body 3 or the second regulating body 4 via the second hole portion. As described above, the first adjusting body 3 and the second adjusting body 4 are connected to each other by the connecting shaft 6, and thus the first locking mechanism may prevent the first adjusting body 3 or the second adjusting body 4 from moving along the connecting shaft 6. Specifically, taking the example of preventing the second adjusting body 4 from moving, the first locking mechanism includes a first screw locking member 42, a first screw locking hole 41 is provided on the second adjusting body 4, the first screw locking hole 41 communicates with the mounting hole 31, and the axis of the first screw locking hole 41 is substantially perpendicular to the axis of the mounting hole 31. In this way, in the locked state, the first screw locking member 42 is screwed into the first screw locking hole 41, so that the belt sticking apparatus can lock the second adjustment body 4 by applying an acting force to the connecting shaft 6 via the first screw locking member 42. For example, by adjusting the first screw lock 42 against the connecting shaft 6, the second adjusting body 4 cannot move due to the force applied to the connecting shaft 6 by the first screw lock 42. In the unlocked state, the first screw lock 42 is adjusted so as not to contact the connecting shaft 6, and unlocking is achieved.
In an alternative embodiment, the first locking mechanism may further include a locking elastic member 43 and a locking ball 44 received in the first threaded locking hole 41. With this structure, the first screw locking member 42 abuts against one end of the locking elastic member 43, and the other end of the locking elastic member 43 abuts against the connecting shaft 6 through the locking ball 44. Here, the locking elastic member 43 includes, but is not limited to, a coil spring. It is understood that the locking ball 44 is always in contact with the connecting shaft 6 in the structure including the locking elastic member 43 and the locking ball 44. In the locked state, the first screw locking member 42 applies a large force, i.e., provides a large locking force, to the connecting shaft 6 through the locking elastic member 43 and the locking ball 44 to perform locking. In the unlocked state, the first thread locking member 42 exerts substantially no force, so that the second adjusting body 4 is not prevented from moving relative to the connecting shaft 6 despite the locking ball 44 being in contact with the connecting shaft 6, and conversely, the locking ball 44, by the action of the locking elastic member 43 on the connecting shaft 6, can ensure a smooth movement of the second adjusting body 4 relative to the connecting shaft 6 in the unlocked state. In a preferred embodiment, the coupling shaft 6 may have a recess 6a formed thereon, and in the locked state, the locking ball 44 is partially received in the recess 6a, so that the locking can be more effectively achieved.
With further reference to fig. 1 and 2, the tape application apparatus further includes a connecting plate 5, and the connecting plate 5 and the frame pressing body 1 are respectively located at both sides of the working guide roller 2. The specific mounting structure is that one end of the connecting plate 5 is mounted on one of the first and second adjusting bodies 3 and 4 through the fastener 10, and the other end of the connecting plate 5 is mounted on the other of the first and second adjusting bodies 3 and 4 through the first screw locking member 42, which is not limited by the present disclosure. In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the connecting plate 5 is formed substantially in a T-shape and is fitted between the first regulating body 3 and the second regulating body 4. Under the structure, two ends of the T-shaped connecting plate 5 are used for fixed installation, and the middle part is used for limiting the maximum adjustable range between the first adjusting body 3 and the second adjusting body 4. In other words, the minimum distance between the first regulating body 3 and the second regulating body 4 is substantially equal to the width of the middle portion of the T-shaped connecting plate 5, and preferably, the difference between the minimum distance and the maximum distance between the first regulating body 3 and the second regulating body 4 is substantially equal to the axial length of the first hole portion of the stepped hole 32, i.e., the depth to which the working guide wheel 2 can be accommodated into the stepped hole 32. In addition, in this embodiment, in order to match the movement of the second adjustment body 4, the connecting plate 5 is formed with a guide groove 51, and the first thread locking member 42 is movably received in the guide groove 51, and specifically, when the first thread locking member 42 is a bolt, it slides along the guide groove 51 by its head. Also, the length of the guide groove 51 is preferably equal to the maximum adjustable range.
The sliding of the first adjusting body 3 or the second adjusting body 4 relative to the pressing frame body 1 can be realized by a sliding groove and a sliding block which are matched with each other. That is, the sliding groove 13 may be provided on the frame pressing body 1, and the sliding block 34 is provided on the first adjusting body 3 or the second adjusting body 4; or the pressing frame main body 1 is provided with a slide block 34, and the first adjusting main body 3 or the second adjusting main body 4 is provided with a slide groove 13. The above-described interchangeable embodiments all fall within the scope of the present disclosure, as long as the slider 34 is movably accommodated in the chute 13. In the above-described configuration in which the frame main body 1 includes the first mounting portion 11 and the second mounting portion 12, the slide groove 13 or the slider 34 is formed on the first mounting portion 11. In the preferred embodiment, the slide slot 13 is a dovetail slot with a slot opening smaller than the slot bottom, and the shape of the slider 34 matches the shape of the slide slot 13. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 3, in the case where the first adjusting body 3 is mounted on the frame pressing body 1, the slider 34 is formed on the first adjusting body 3, the slide groove 13 is provided on the frame pressing body 1, the notch of the slide groove 13 faces the first adjusting body 3, and the size of the notch is smaller than the groove bottom, and the slider 34 is formed in a structure matched therewith, whereby the slider 23 can be prevented from being detached from the slide groove 13 in the up-down direction shown in fig. 3.
In addition, the tape application apparatus of the present disclosure may further include a second locking mechanism for preventing the first adjusting body 3 or the second adjusting body 4 from sliding with respect to the frame pressing body 1. Based on the above-mentioned slide block 34 and the slide groove 13, which are engaged with each other, the second locking mechanism locks the slide block 34 to the slide groove 13, so that the first adjustment body 3 or the second adjustment body 4 can slide relative to the frame pressing body 1. In the specific embodiment, the pressing frame main body 1 is provided with a second thread locking hole, the second thread locking hole is communicated with the sliding chute 13, and the axis of the second thread locking hole is substantially perpendicular to the length direction of the sliding chute 13, similar to the first locking mechanism, the second locking mechanism comprises a second thread locking member 61, the second thread locking member 61 is in threaded connection with the second thread locking hole, the belt attaching device applies an acting force to the sliding block 34 through the second thread locking member 61 to lock the sliding chute 13, and then the first adjusting main body 3 (the second adjusting main body 4) is locked on the pressing frame main body 1. It is also preferred that the locking spring and the locking ball be disposed in the second threaded locking hole, and at the same time, a groove for partially receiving the locking ball be disposed on the slider 34 to obtain better locking effect. The tape application apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the tape application apparatus comprises a first locking mechanism, the first adjustment body (3) and the second adjustment body (4) are respectively provided with a mounting hole (31), both ends of a connecting shaft (6) are respectively mounted in the mounting holes (31), the working guide wheel (2) is rotatably mounted on the connecting shaft (6), and the first locking mechanism can prevent the first adjustment body (3) and/or the second adjustment body (4) from moving along the connecting shaft (6).

The tape application device according to claim 2, wherein the first adjustment body (3) and/or the second adjustment body (4) is provided with a first thread locking hole (41), the first thread locking hole (41) communicates with the mounting hole (31) and an axis of the first thread locking hole (41) is substantially perpendicular to an axis of the mounting hole (31), the first locking mechanism includes a first thread locking member (42), the first thread locking member (42) is in threaded connection with the first thread locking hole (41), and the tape application device locks the first adjustment body (3) and/or the second adjustment body (4) by applying a force to the connecting shaft (6) through the first thread locking member (42).

The tape application device according to claim 3, wherein the first locking mechanism further comprises a locking elastic member (43) and a locking ball (44) accommodated in the first screw locking hole (41), the first screw locking member (42) abuts against one end of the locking elastic member (43), and the other end of the locking elastic member (43) abuts against the connecting shaft (6) through the locking ball (44).

The tape application apparatus according to claim 3, further comprising a connecting plate (5), wherein a guide groove (51) is formed on the connecting plate (5), one end of the connecting plate (5) is mounted on one of the first adjusting body (3) and the second adjusting body (4) by a fastener (10), the other end of the connecting plate (5) is mounted on the other one of the first adjusting body (3) and the second adjusting body (4) by the first screw lock (42), and the first screw lock (42) is movably received in the guide groove (51).
6. The tape application apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a guide bar (7) connected between the first adjustment body (3) and the second adjustment body (4).
7. The tape application device according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of working guide wheels (2), which working guide wheels (2) are arranged laterally uniformly between the first adjusting body (3) and the second adjusting body (4).

The tape application apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the tape application apparatus includes a second locking mechanism, a slide groove is provided on the frame pressing main body (1), and a slider is provided on the first adjusting main body (3) or the second adjusting main body (4); or a sliding block is arranged on the pressing frame main body (1), and a sliding groove is arranged on the first adjusting main body (3) or the second adjusting main body (4);
the slider is movably accommodated in the slide groove and can be locked in the slide groove by the second locking mechanism.
9. The tape application apparatus of claim 8, wherein the slide slot is a dovetail slot having a slot opening smaller than a slot bottom, and wherein the slider has a shape matching the shape of the slide slot.

The tape application device according to claim 8, wherein the frame main body (1) is provided with a second screw locking hole which communicates with the slide groove and has an axis substantially perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the slide groove, the second locking mechanism includes a second screw locking member (61), the second screw locking member (61) is screw-coupled to the second screw locking hole, and the tape application device locks the slider in the slide groove by applying a force to the slider by the second screw locking member (61).
11. The tape attaching apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the frame pressing body (1) includes a first mounting portion (11) and a second mounting portion (12) formed in a step shape, the sliding groove or the slider is formed on the first mounting portion (11), and a rotatable pressing wheel is mounted on the second mounting portion (12).
12. The tape application apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the press roller includes a first press roller (8) and a second press roller (9), the first press roller (8) is arranged on a step surface formed by the second mounting portion (12), and the second press roller (9) is arranged below a side surface of the second mounting portion (12) away from the first mounting portion (11).
