Abstract

本发明公开了一种苯并噻唑杀菌液的制备及其生产方法本发明提供了一种苯并噻唑杀菌液的制备及其生产方法,该方法以苯并噻唑硫醇为原料,在碱性与催化剂存在条件下,加入溴氯甲烷,加完后控制温度35‑50℃反应一定时间,然后过滤,水洗,分出下层溶液蒸去原料得到2‑(氯甲基硫)苯并噻唑,加入反应瓶中,进一步与硫氰酸钠在乙醇溶液中于55℃反应一定时间后,回收乙醇后产物加溶剂与聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐配成杀菌液。本发明优点是工艺简单,生产方便,产品可以直接使用或加水制成乳液使用,杀菌效果好。可用于皮革处理、涂料、水处理等领域,对防治细菌、真菌和藻类有特效。

Description

一种苯并噻唑杀菌液的制备及其生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于杀菌剂技术领域。更具体的是涉及一种苯并噻唑杀菌液的制备用及其生产方法。
背景技术
杀菌剂苯并噻唑,是一种广谱性高效的绿色杀菌剂。作为非氧化性广谱杀菌灭藻剂,对各种真菌、藻类和细菌,包括好氧菌和厌氧菌都有良好的杀灭效果,被广泛应用于皮革、造纸、工业水处理、竹木防霉、农药增效和浸种等领域。其是目前国际上应用广泛的杀菌剂之一。
杀菌剂苯并噻唑首先由美国巴科曼研发出来,后德国专利DE3504966A1进行了改进,但在反应中使用催化剂多且价高。由于苯并噻唑有优异的防霉和杀菌效果,此类产品占有很大的市场份额。但苯并噻唑在碱性条件下或在有硫化物存在下,其防霉效果会大大的下降。
本发明在大量研制的基础上,发现苯并噻唑在聚六亚甲基胍存在时有增效作用,且在碱性条件下或在有硫化物存在下,其杀菌防霉效果还很好。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术上的缺点,本发明提供了一种简便易于操作的生产苯并噻唑方法,利用在低温下将苯并噻唑硫醇配制成pH值为11~12的溶液提高了原料利用率,利用季铵盐型阴离子树脂用为催化剂,可以重复使用,催化剂利于去除,提高了产品纯度,降低了生产成本。利用苯并噻唑与聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐的复配,增加了杀菌防霉效果,并且使苯并噻唑能更容易溶于水中。
本发明利用了杀菌剂苯并噻唑生产中催化剂的再使用,降低了生产成本。在杀菌液的配制中加入聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐解决苯并噻唑在碱性条件下或在有硫化物存在下,其杀菌防霉效果会大大的下降的问题。
具体歩骤为:(1)将低温下苯并噻唑硫醇用氢氧化钠溶液调pH11-12,过滤除去不溶杂质,加入到装有温度计、回流冷凝管和机械搅拌器的四颈园底烧瓶中,同时加入催化剂、溴氯甲烷,控制温度35-50℃反应一定时间,过滤,分层,油层蒸得产品2-(氯甲基硫)苯并噻唑。
装有滴液漏斗、温度计、回流冷凝管和机械搅拌器的四颈园底烧瓶中,同时加入上述制得的2-(氯甲基硫)苯并噻唑、硫氰酸钠和乙醇溶液中于55℃反应一定时间后,回收乙醇,蒸馏后得苯并噻唑产物。
将苯并噻唑、聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐与溶剂在室温下配制成杀菌液。
具体实施方案
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1:
(1)将100g20%的氢氧化钠溶液搅拌下冷到-5℃,慢慢加入苯并噻唑硫醇84g,到pH11.8,搅拌到完全溶解,过滤除去不溶杂质后加入到装有滴液漏斗、温度计、回流冷凝管和机械搅拌器的四颈园底烧瓶中,加入4g树脂催化剂和800g溴氯甲烷,在45℃反应8h,过滤去除树脂催化剂,可以重复使用,滤液用分液漏斗分层后,油层蒸馏回收溴氯甲烷670g,得到2-(氯甲基硫)苯并噻唑145g。
(2)将2-(氯甲基硫)苯并噻唑120g、乙醇80g、硫氰酸钠75g加入到四口瓶中,搅拌下加热到50℃反应20h,蒸出乙醇可能回用,得苯并噻唑油状产物190g。
(3)在500ml四口瓶中加入乙二醇单丁醚160g、苯并噻唑35g、聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐5g搅拌到充分混合制得杀菌液。可以直接使用,也可加入水中制成水乳液使用。
实施例2:
(1)将100g20%的氢氧化钠溶液搅拌下冷到-5℃,慢慢加入苯并噻唑硫醇84g,到pH11.8,搅拌到完全溶解,过滤除去不溶杂质后加入到装有滴液漏斗、温度计、回流冷凝管和机械搅拌器的四颈园底烧瓶中,加入8g树脂催化剂和900g溴氯甲烷,在45℃反应6h,过滤去除树脂催化剂,可以重复使用,滤液用分液漏斗分层后,油层蒸馏回收溴氯甲烷765g,得到2-(氯甲基硫)苯并噻唑148g。
(2)将2-(氯甲基硫)苯并噻唑120g、丙酮80g、四丁基溴化铵3g、硫氰酸钠75g加入到四口瓶中,搅拌下加热到50℃反应20h,蒸出丙酮,得苯并噻唑油状产物192g。
(3)在500ml四口瓶中加入乙二醇单丁醚160g、苯并噻唑35g、聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐10g搅拌到充分混合制得杀菌液。可以直接使用,也可加入水中制成水乳液使用。
实施例3:
在500ml四口瓶中加入乙二醇单甲醚160g、苯并噻唑35g、聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐10g搅拌到充分混合制得杀菌液。可以直接使用,也可加入水中制成水乳液使用。
实施例4:
在500ml四口瓶中加入乙二醇单甲醚160g、苯并噻唑35g、聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐5g搅拌到充分混合制得杀菌液。可以直接使用,也可加入水中制成水乳液使用。
实施例5:
在500ml四口瓶中加入乙二醇单丁醚150g、苯并噻唑35g、聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐15g搅拌到充分混合制得杀菌液。可以直接使用,也可加入水中制成水乳液使用。

Claims (5)

1.一种苯并噻唑杀菌液的制备用及其生产方法,其特征是该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在低温下将苯并噻唑硫醇配制成pH值为11~12的溶液
(2)将溴氯甲烷滴加到苯并噻唑硫醇液和催化剂的水溶液中,溴氯甲烷和苯并噻唑硫醇的摩尔比为1:0.9~1.15
(3)加完料后在35-50℃反应1~10h.,然后过滤,水洗,分出下层溶液2-(氯甲基硫)苯并噻唑
(4)将2-(氯甲基硫)苯并噻唑加入到硫氰酸钠、乙醇溶液中,2-(氯甲基硫)苯并噻唑和硫氰酸钠摩尔比为1:1~3。于55℃反应一定时间后,回收乙醇,蒸馏后得苯并噻唑杀菌剂
(5)将苯并噻唑、六亚甲基胍盐酸盐与溶剂在室温下配制成杀菌液。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种苯并噻唑杀菌液的制备用及其生产方法其特征是(1)低温是-5℃~10℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种苯并噻唑杀菌液的制备用及其生产方法其特征是催化剂是季铵盐型阴离子树脂,用量为苯并噻唑硫醇重量的1%~10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种苯并噻唑杀菌液的制备用及其生产方法其特征是配制杀菌液的溶剂是乙二醇单丁醚、乙二醇单甲醚,溶液浓度为10%~40%。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种苯并噻唑杀菌液的制备用及其生产方法其特征是配制杀菌液的聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐的溶液浓度为1%~15%。
