Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical appliances, particularly relates to the technical field of tooth orthodontic appliances, and particularly relates to an anchorage nail.
Background
It is known that the anchorage pin has a simple structure, a small volume, and is convenient to implant and remove, does not need an intraoral or intraoral device, does not cause unnecessary movement of other teeth while serving as an anchorage, and is widely applied to orthodontic treatment. At present, the conventional anchorage nail used clinically comprises an anchorage nail head part, an anchorage nail neck part and an anchorage nail thread part, an anchorage wire is arranged at the head part or the neck part of the anchorage nail to carry out traction orthodontics, the direction of the anchorage wire can not be flexibly adjusted when the anchorage nail is screwed into the body of a patient, the anchorage mode of the anchorage nail is a single anchorage, and the stress of the anchorage nail is relatively concentrated. In the clinical use process, the orthodontic treatment fails because the orthodontic treatment is limited by the physiological structure of a human body and the anchorage nails cannot be implanted in some positions or the orthodontic treatment effect cannot be achieved after the anchorage nails are implanted. For example, in some cases, the anchorage pins are used as fixtures for moving teeth, and when the anchorage pins are applied to correction traction in cases with deviated tooth center lines or more missing teeth, if the actual implantation positions of the anchorage pins do not accord with the designed implantation positions, the situations of poor orthodontic effect and orthodontic failure occur; in some cases, the orthodontic anchorage nail needs to be designed and implanted to a position close to the tooth root in order to meet the requirement of orthodontic traction, or the orthodontic anchorage nail cannot be implanted at all due to the limitation of physiological structures, so that the side effect of implanting the anchorage nail and the cases of fracture of the anchorage nail often occur in clinic.

Preferably, the turning tool receiving portion of the anchor head is a hexagonal recess into which the cylindrical tip of the universal sleeve fastening screw is inserted, and the anchor wire inserted into the threading hole is pressed against the bottom of the hexagonal recess to lock the anchor wire in a zigzag shape.
Preferably, the turning tool receiving portion of the head of the gimbaled fastening screw is a hexagonal recess.
As a preferable mode, the threading hole is a round hole or a square hole.
Preferably, the last 2mm thread on the neck side of the anchorage screw thread part is subjected to implant treatment, so that the anchorage screw thread part is combined with the bone.
As an optimal mode, the anchorage nail universal sleeve is cuboid or cube-shaped, and a connecting channel is formed in the center of the anchorage nail universal sleeve, the front portion of the connecting channel is matched with the neck end and the head portion of the anchorage nail, threads are arranged on the rear portion of the connecting channel and matched with universal sleeve fastening screws, threading holes are formed in thread sections of the connecting channel, and four edges of the cuboid or cube, which are parallel to the axial direction of the anchorage nail, are chamfered to form a wrench clamping portion.
The anchorage nail is additionally provided with the universal sleeve and the universal sleeve fastening screw on the conventional anchorage nail structure, the anchorage wire can rotate 360 degrees on a horizontal plane vertical to the axial direction of the anchorage nail by rotating the universal sleeve, the anchorage wire can be positioned in any direction by penetrating through the universal sleeve threading hole, and the anchorage orthodontic aim is fulfilled by locking the universal sleeve fastening screw. Because two or more anchorage nails can be simultaneously applied to draw the same anchorage wire, the anchorage wire can be orthodontic by the combined force, so that the implantation of the anchorage nail can avoid the limitation of a physiological structure, the orthodontic stress can be reasonably dispersed, and the stability is enhanced. Overcomes the defect of single anchorage nail orthodontics, and provides wider application range and better orthodontics effect for anchorage nail orthodontics.
