背景技术
对于大多数织物制品而言,为了赋予其各自优异的外观、手感以及应用性能,往往需要进行多步后整理,包括柔软整理,抗静电整理,硬挺整理和抗皱整理等。以功能服装为例,当服装的内表面和外表面需要不同的功能,如内表面需要抗菌效果,而外表面需要抗紫外或抗氧化的效果,一般的功能整理剂是在添加整理助剂后,为增加整理助剂的溶解性,添加乳化剂乳化成乳液后使用,整理工艺是分内外两次进行涂布整理,该方法工艺复杂,生产效率低,采用的整理剂保水性差,容易渗透织物,造成整理剂的浪费,提高了生产成本。

按照上述配方制备的所述织物整理剂,各方面性能优异,保水性好,渗化率低,具有优异的整理效果,对织物双面涂布所述织物整理剂后,织物正反面的所述织物整理剂均在织物的浅层表面,没有渗透至另一面,织物正反面的功能性整理助剂不会相互干扰,织物正反面可各自进行功能整理,织物分区域实现不同功能效果,另外,所述织物整理剂为特性黏度为1.20-1.60L/g的胶体溶液,流动性差,可以近距离分区域涂布在织物的同一面而不相互干扰,织物分区域实现不同功能效果。
作为优选,所述功能性整理助剂为抗菌整理剂、抗紫外整理剂、防水整理剂和抗皱整理剂等中的一种或多种。
作为优选,所述抗菌整理剂为市售一般织物用抗菌整理剂,如氧化锌、氧化铜、磷酸二氢铵和碳酸锂等无机抗菌整理剂;或者,如香草醛、乙基香草醛类化合物等有机抗菌整理剂。
作为优选,所述抗紫外整理剂为市售一般织物用抗紫外整理剂,如水杨酸酯类、苯酮类、苯并三唑类、取代丙烯腈类、三嗪类与受阻胺类复配型化合物,具体的,如邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯、2-(2′-羟基-5′-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑和2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮等。
作为优选,所述防水整理剂为市售一般织物用防水整理剂,如氨基树脂类、金属盐类和聚酰胺环氧树脂,及其相应的改性化合物,具体的,如三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、碳酸锆铵和聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷树脂等。
作为优选,所述抗皱整理剂为市售一般织物用抗皱整理剂,如柠檬酸钠,醛(酰)胺缩合树脂,具体的,如二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲、三羟甲基三聚氰胺和二羟甲基脲等。
本发明所述织物整理剂芦荟胶、马铃薯淀粉、槲皮素-3-葡萄糖苷、花青素提取物、海藻酸盐、功能性整理助剂和水各组分之间相互协作,提高了所述织物整理剂的保水性能,降低了所述织物整理剂的渗化率,所述织物整理剂能够实现织物正反面各自进行功能整理,以及织物同一面近距离分区域功能整理。
本发明还提供了采用上述织物整理剂进行织物整理的方法,包括如下步骤:按配方配制上述织物整理剂,在待整理的织物上分区域涂布所述织物整理剂,然后依次经过汽蒸和水洗步骤,最后烘干织物得到成品。所述汽蒸步骤的具体操作如下:涂布所述织物整理剂后的织物在100~120℃下汽蒸20~50min,使得所述织物整理剂中的各类物质转移并作用于织物。所述烘干步骤的具体操作如下:在90~110℃下干燥织物,干燥后的织物即为成品。
作为优选,所述织物整理的方法还包括轧压步骤,所述轧压步骤在所述汽蒸步骤之前,依据对织物的生产需要确定是否进行轧压,采用轧车对涂布所述织物整理剂后的织物进行轧压,依据对织物的生产需要确定轧压的压力。
本发明所述织物整理的方法生产工序少,能源消耗少,节约了生产成本。

为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。需说明的是,本发明附图均采用简化的形式且均使用非精准的比例,仅用以方便、明晰地辅助说明本发明实施例的目的。
实施例一
一种织物整理剂,包括按重量份数混合的以下组分:

织物整理方案一
如图1所示,在织物上分A区域、B区域、C区域和D区域,对应涂布实施例一至实施例四所述的织物整理剂。
织物整理方案二
如图2所示,在织物正面E区域涂布实施例一所述的织物整理剂,反面F区域涂布实施例二所述的织物整理剂。
按实施例一至实施例四的配方分别配制4组具有不同功能的织物整理剂,按照织物整理方案一和织物整理方案二在织物上涂布上述织物整理剂,然后织物1经过轧压、汽蒸和水洗步骤,最后烘干织物1得到成品。
对比例一
一种织物整理剂,包括按重量份数混合的以下组分:
水 200份
抗菌整理剂 3份。
对比例二
一种织物整理剂,包括按重量份数混合的以下组分:
水 200份
抗紫外整理剂 4份。
对比例三
一种织物整理剂,包括按重量份数混合的以下组分:
水 200份
防皱整理剂 6份
氯化镁(催化剂) 1份。
对比例四
一种织物整理剂,包括按重量份数混合的以下组分:
水 200份
防水整理剂 6份。
织物整理方案三
如图1所示,在织物上分A区域、B区域、C区域和D区域,对应涂布对比例一至对比例四所述的织物整理剂。
织物整理方案四
如图2所示,在织物正面E区域涂布对比例一所述的织物整理剂,反面F区域涂布对比例二所述的织物整理剂。
按对比例一至对比例四的配方分别配制4组织物整理剂,按照织物整理方案三和织物整理方案四在织物上涂布上述织物整理剂,然后织物经过两次烘干和水洗步骤,最后烘干织物1得到成品。

按对比例五至对比例八的配方分别配制4组织物整理剂,分别涂布在织物1上,然后织物1经过轧压、汽蒸和水洗步骤,最后烘干织物1得到成品。
以真丝电力纺面料(76g/m2)为例,采用实施例一至实施例四,对比例五至对比例八所述的织物整理剂加工整理后,进行性能测试,测试方法如下:
防水性测试:GB/T 4745-2012纺织品防水性能的检测和评价沾水法。
抗菌性(抑菌率):GB 20944.3-2008-T纺织品抗菌性能的评价第3部分:振荡法。
保水性能测试:取100g配制好的浆料,在温度25℃,湿度65~75%的恒温恒湿箱中放置24h后,称取剩余浆料的重量。剩余浆料所占初始浆料重量的百分比越高,保水性能越好。
渗化率测试:通过加工在织物上形成直径为10cm的正方形3个,汽蒸、水洗、烘干后通过电脑扫描仪扫描织物,扫描仪的设置为600dpi,亮度为-75,对比度为50,所得图像用CPAS图像处理软件分析。通过图像分析可得到样品中处理后的面积(mm2),计算公式为:
以3个方块渗化率平均值评测渗化率。
抗紫外性能(UPF值):按照国标GB/T 18830-2009《纺织品防紫外线性能的测定》对样品进行测试。
防皱性能:GB/T 3819-1997《纺织品织物折痕回复性的测定》中的垂直法测定。
特性黏度测试:在温度35±0.1℃下,根据经典Huggins方程和Kramer方程进行双外推,测定特性黏度。(具体可参见:梁燕等.高分子溶液热性黏度测定的新方法[J].化学学报,2007,9.853-859。)

由表三可知,对比例一至对比例四是普通的全水性织物整理剂,在织物1上分区域涂布时,织物整理剂在织物上渗透扩散而混合,相当于全区域涂布,织物上呈现多种织物整理剂的功能。实施例一至实施例四是本发明所述织物整理剂,渗化率低、保水性好、稳定性好。A区域、B区域、C区域和D区域区域之间,相邻的织物整理剂不会因扩散而混合,可以实现织物上不同区域不同功能,进一步的,将不同功能的织物整理剂在织物1的两侧涂布,一侧织物整理剂在织物上不会渗透至另一侧,可以实现织物正反面不同功能。
对比例五至对比例八反映的是织物整理剂配方中主要成分缺失对织物整理剂性能影响。
由表四可知,对比例五至对比例八的织物整理剂的渗化率较实施例一至实施例四中织物整理剂的渗化率高,如本发明所述织物整理剂,能够控制渗化率在为1%~2%时,才能精确控制所述织物整理剂的涂布范围。
进一步的,由实施例一和对比例五可知,对比例五的织物整理剂中没有添加芦荟胶,织物整理剂的渗化率由实施例一中的1.8%提高至6.6%,看出在所述织物整理剂中,芦荟胶的加入能够减缓织物整理剂中的功能整理助剂向织物中渗透的速率,从而提高织物整理剂涂布范围的精确性。
由实施例二和对比例六可知,对比例六中织物整理剂没有添加保水性能好的马铃薯淀粉,织物整理剂的保水性能下降明显,渗化率由实施例二中的1.8%提高至8.5%,定位加工效果下降。
由实施例二和对比例七可知,对比例七中织物整理剂放置48h后,相对实施例二,织物整理剂的特性黏度下降了30%,槲皮素-3-葡萄糖苷对织物整理剂的特性黏度影响较大,织物整理剂的特性黏度下降,织物整理剂的稳定体系发生变化,影响定位加工精确度。
由实施例二和对比例八可知,对比例八中织物整理剂放置超过24h出现凝胶现象,织物整理剂的稳定性下降,但实施例二中织物整理剂放置48h变化不大,由此可知,花青素提取物成分对织物整理剂的稳定性影响较大。
由对比例一至对比例四可知,所述功能性整理助剂对织物整理剂的保水性、渗化率和稳定性无影响,由此可知织物整理剂的低渗化率由芦荟胶、马铃薯淀粉、槲皮素-3-葡萄糖苷和花青素提取物相互作用,相互配合产生。
综上所述,采用本发明的织物整理剂,包括1~10份芦荟胶,1~5份马铃薯淀粉,1~3份槲皮素-3-葡萄糖苷,1~8份花青素提取物,2~6份海藻酸盐、2~6份功能性整理助剂和80~100份水,渗化率低、保水性好、稳定性好,用于功能服装时,可以实现服装内外表面具有不同功能,同时也可以实现服装不同部位具有不同功能,如领口、袖口具有抗菌效果,衣身具有抗紫外效果,所述织物整理剂还可以用于电子产品功能衬垫,可按照电路需求,使得同一衬垫的位置具有不同的效果,如导电性能、防水性能等。
本领域的技术人员可以对发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包括这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (9)
3.根据权利要求1所述的织物整理剂,其特征在于,所述功能性整理助剂为抗菌整理剂、抗紫外整理剂、防水整理剂和抗皱整理剂中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的织物整理剂,其特征在于,所述抗菌整理剂为氧化锌、氧化铜、磷酸二氢铵和香草醛中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的织物整理剂,其特征在于,所述抗紫外整理剂为邻羟基苯甲酸苯酯、2-(2′-羟基-5′-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑和2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求3所述的织物整理剂,其特征在于,所述防水整理剂为三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、碳酸锆铵和聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷树脂的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求3所述的织物整理剂,其特征在于,所述抗皱整理剂为柠檬酸钠、二羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲、三羟甲基三聚氰胺和二羟甲基脲的一种或多种。
8.一种采用如权利要求1~7任一所述的织物整理剂进行织物整理的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:按配方配制所述织物整理剂,在待整理的织物上分区域涂布所述织物整理剂,然后依次经过汽蒸和水洗步骤,最后烘干织物得到成品。
9.根据权利要求8所述的织物整理的方法,其特征在于,所述织物整理的方法还包括轧压步骤,所述轧压步骤在所述汽蒸步骤之前,所述轧压步骤采用轧车对涂布所述织物整理剂后的织物进行轧压。
