Abstract
一种二挡动力传递装置,属于电动车减速器技术领域。本发明包括液压系统,液压系统与第一离合器和第二离合器连接,液压系统控制安装在输入轴上的第二离合器和第一离合器的结合与分离动作,与输入轴平行设置的传动轴上安装有第三齿轮、第四齿轮和第五齿轮,第三齿轮与安装在输入轴上的第二齿轮啮合连接,第四齿轮与安装在输入轴上的第一齿轮啮合连接,输出轴上安装有第六齿轮,第六齿轮与安装在传动轴上的第五齿轮啮合连接,本发明的一种二挡动力传递装置结构简洁、设计合理,能够通过电液集成控制系统控制离合器的结合和分离。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电动车减速器的二档动力传递装置,属于电动车减速器技术领域。
背景技术
新能源技术是未来汽车制造业生存所依赖的非常重要的技术,未来车辆技术的发展方向将是利用可再生能源作为动力的电动车,电动车在很大程度上解决了传统汽车产生尾气污染和资源短缺。因此车辆制造商聚焦于开发环保车辆,符合环境和燃料消耗规则。
电动车通过车载电池提供电能使电机转动,从而驱动整个车辆行驶。电机在高效率区间运转可以节约电能,提高车辆的行驶里程。采用固定速比的电动车对电机的利用率比较低,为了满足车辆在使用中爬坡、加速和高速等多种行驶要求,所以电动机往往处于高转矩和大电流状态下工作,这样就造成了电能浪费和降低行驶里程。为了提高电动车的电机利用率,电动车也应该采用可变速比传动方式,今后结构简单紧凑的二挡传动装置会成为电动车减速器研究的重点方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提高电动车电能利用率和行驶里程,进而提供一种二挡动力传递装置。
本发明的技术方案:
一种二挡动力传递装置包括液压系统、第一离合器、第二离合器、第一齿轮、第二齿轮、第三齿轮、第四齿轮、第五齿轮、第六齿轮、差速器、输入轴、传动轴和输出轴,输入轴、传动轴和输出轴平行布置在传动装置的箱体内,所述液压系统与第一离合器和第二离合器连接,第一离合器与安装在输入轴上的第二齿轮建立连接,第二离合器与安装在输入轴上的第一齿轮建立连接;与输入轴平行设置的传动轴上安装有第三齿轮、第四齿轮和第五齿轮,所述第三齿轮与安装在输入轴上的第二齿轮啮合连接,所述第四齿轮与安装在输入轴上的第一齿轮啮合连接,所述输出轴上安装有第六齿轮,第六齿轮与安装在传动轴上的第五齿轮啮合连接,所述差速器安装在输出轴上。
优选的:所述安装在输入轴上的第一齿轮的齿数小于第二齿轮的齿数。
优选的:所述的安装在传动轴上的第三齿轮的齿数小于第四齿轮的齿数。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的一种二挡动力传递装置结构简洁、设计合理,能够通过电液集成控制系统控制离合器的结合和分离,使用这种方式的动力传递,其车辆的电能利用率和行驶里程能够得到大幅度提高,其各方面性能更加突出。

具体实施方式:结合图1说明本实施方式,本实施方式的一种二挡动力传递装置包括液压系统1、第一离合器2、第二离合器3、第一齿轮4、第二齿轮5、第三齿轮6、第四齿轮7、第五齿轮8、第六齿轮9、差速器10、输入轴11、传动轴12和输出轴13,输入轴11、传动轴12和输出轴13平行布置在传动装置的箱体14内,所述液压系统1与第一离合器2和第二离合器3连接,第一离合器2与安装在输入轴11上的第二齿轮5建立连接,第二离合器3与安装在输入轴11上的第一齿轮4建立连接;与输入轴11平行设置的传动轴12上安装有第三齿轮6、第四齿轮7和第五齿轮8,所述第三齿轮6与安装在输入轴11上的第二齿轮5啮合连接,所述第四齿轮7与安装在输入轴11上的第一齿轮4啮合连接,所述输出轴13上安装有第六齿轮9,第六齿轮9与安装在传动轴12上的第五齿轮8啮合连接,所述差速器10安装在输出轴13上;所述安装在输入轴11上的第一齿轮4的齿数小于第二齿轮5的齿数;所述的安装在传动轴12上的第三齿轮6的齿数小于第四齿轮7的齿数。如此设置:通过液压系统1可分别对第一离合器2与第二离合器3进行控制,控制其结合和释放动作,第一离合器2与第二齿轮5连接,第二离合器3与第一齿轮4连接,第二齿轮5与第三齿轮6啮合,第一齿轮4与第四齿轮7啮合,第五齿轮8与第六齿轮9啮合,第六齿轮9与差速器10连接;通过对第一离合器和第二离合器的配合控制,实现速比的切换;
待机状态下第一离合器2、第二离合器3空转,液压系统1不控制第一离合器2、第二离合器3动作,安装在输入轴11上的第二齿轮5与安装在传动轴12上的第三齿轮6啮合,安装在输入轴11上的第一齿轮4与安装在传动轴12上的第四齿轮7啮合处于自由状态,整个系统无动力输出;
当系统需要实现某一档位时,液压系统1根据电信号的控制,控制第一离合器2和第二离合器3分别动作,第一离合器2与第二齿轮5连接,第二离合器3与第一齿轮4连接,此时,安装在输入轴11上的第二齿轮5与安装在传动轴12上的第三齿轮6啮合,安装在输入轴11上的第一齿轮4与安装在传动轴12第四齿轮7啮合实现动力传输,此时安装在传动轴12上的第五齿轮8与安装在输出轴13上的第六齿轮9啮合,从而实现了动力的输出;
当整个系统需要在两个档位之间切换时,需要通过液压系统1在第一离合器2与第二离合器3之间进行电液精确控制,实现第一离合器2结合时,第二离合器3逐步释放;反之,第二离合器3结合时,第一离合器2逐步释放。

1.一种二挡动力传递装置,包括液压系统(1)、第一离合器(2)、第二离合器(3)、第一齿轮(4)、第二齿轮(5)、第三齿轮(6)、第四齿轮(7)、第五齿轮(8)、第六齿轮(9)、差速器(10)、输入轴(11)、传动轴(12)和输出轴(13),输入轴(11)、传动轴(12)和输出轴(13)平行布置在传动装置的箱体(14)内,其特征在于:所述液压系统(1)与第一离合器(2)和第二离合器(3)连接,第一离合器(2)与安装在输入轴(11)上的第二齿轮(5)建立连接,第二离合器(3)与安装在输入轴(11)上的第一齿轮(4)建立连接;与输入轴(11)平行设置的传动轴(12)上安装有第三齿轮(6)、第四齿轮(7)和第五齿轮(8),所述第三齿轮(6)与安装在输入轴(11)上的第二齿轮(5)啮合连接,所述第四齿轮(7)与安装在输入轴(11)上的第一齿轮(4)啮合连接,所述输出轴(13)上安装有第六齿轮(9),第六齿轮(9)与安装在传动轴(12)上的第五齿轮(8)啮合连接,所述差速器(10)安装在输出轴(13)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种二档动力传递装置,其特征在于:通过对第一离合器(2)和第二离合器(3)的配合控制,实现速比的切换。
