Detailed Description
Hereinafter, one embodiment of the switching device will be described.
As shown in fig. 1(a) - (c), a heater control switch 1 as an example of a switch device is provided with one or more (in this example, only 1 of two rubber components is shown) rubber components (3) in a main body 2, and in this example, two switch members 4, 5 are provided in the main body 2 for each rubber component 3. The switch members 4 and 5 are assembled to predetermined positions of the main body 2 from the outer surface (surface on the opposite side to the illustrated surface) of the main body 2. The tip portions of the switch members 4 and 5 protrude from the outer surface (front surface) of the main body 2, and a switch knob (not shown) is attached to the protruding portions. The switch knobs are operated to operate the switch members 4 and 5 independently of each other.
A substantially cylindrical boss portion 6 protrudes from the back surface of the main body 2. The rubber unit 3 is formed with an insertion hole 7, and the insertion hole 7 has a diameter substantially equal to the outer diameter of the boss portion 6 of the main body 2. Further, an approximately M-shaped operation rib 8 is provided on the outer surface of the rubber unit 3 in a protruding manner, and the operation rib 8 includes a peripheral wall defining a part of the insertion hole 7. The rubber unit 3 is aligned with respect to the boss portion 6, and is assembled to the main body 2 by pressing the operation rib portion 8 with a finger. Further, the rubber unit 3 is press-fitted into the corresponding portion of the main body 2 at various places including the relation between the boss portion 6 and the insertion hole 7 within a range not to hinder the assembling property, and finally the rubber unit 3 is detachably assembled to the main body 2 by snap-fitting.
As shown in fig. 2(a) - (c), the rubber assembly 3 in this example holds two rubber dome(s) 9 by a holding body 10. The two rubber domes 9 have the same shape, and in this example, the pair of thin sheet portions 12 are formed in a line-symmetrical shape with respect to the base portion 11 including the axis of symmetry. The base portion 11 has a circular arc plate shape, the frame-shaped sheet portions 12 extend from both ends of the circular arc, and a spring-shaped portion covering the inside of the frame of the sheet portion 12 is provided at the center of each sheet portion 12. Each sheet portion 12 of each rubber dome 9 is provided with an elastic rib portion 13, and the elastic rib portion 13 has a protruding height that slightly protrudes. The projecting direction of the arc of the base portion 11 coincides with the projecting direction of the spring piece positioned at the center of each sheet portion 12. The two rubber dome pieces 9 are accommodated in the accommodating space of the holding body 10 in a state in which the respective convex portions face each other and are parallel to each other.
Of the accommodation spaces of the rubber dome 9 provided in the holder 10, the accommodation space conforming to the shape of the base portion 11 is defined by an arc-plate-shaped holding wall 14 (two holding walls 14 are provided corresponding to the two rubber domes 9) and two substantially triangular-columnar holding walls 15, the diameter of the holding wall 14 is one turn smaller than that of the base portion 11, and the holding walls 15 are spaced apart from each other at a position located between the two holding walls 14. Each rubber dome 9 is assembled to the holding body 10, with the corresponding holding wall 14 and the common holding wall 15 being taken as references. Each of the pinching walls 14 and 15 corresponds to a positioning portion. Further, each elastic rib 13 is brought into contact with a corresponding portion of the holding body 10 to give a frictional force thereto, whereby each rubber dome 9 is elastically held by the holding body 10. The proximal end surface 16 of the rubber dome 9 (the surface on the near side when assembled to the holding body 10) and the surface 17 on the near side of the holding body 10 are aligned.
As shown in fig. 3(a) to (c), a restricting wall 18 is provided on the depth side of the holding body 10, and the tip end of the rubber dome 9 abuts against the restricting wall 18 to restrict the displacement of the rubber dome 9. When the tip end of the rubber dome 9 abuts against the restricting wall 18 of the holding body 10, the base end surface 16 of the rubber dome 9 is aligned with the surface 17 on the near side of the holding body 10.
As shown in fig. 4, the switch member 4 has an engaging portion 4a between two sheet portions 12 located on the same side with respect to each base portion 11 and facing each other, out of the total 4 sheet portions 12 of the two rubber domes 9 cooperating with each other. The engaging portion 4a presses one of the dome-shaped portions in conjunction with the operation of the corresponding switch knob. At this time, the spring piece-shaped portion is elastically deformed to give a click feeling.
On the other hand, the opening and closing member 5 has an engaging portion 5a between two facing sheet portions 12 located on the same side with respect to the base portions 11, among the 4 sheet portions 12. The engaging portion 5a presses one of the leaf spring shape portions in conjunction with the operation of the corresponding switch knob. In this case, a click feeling is given as described above.
Next, the operation of the heater control switch 1 will be described. Here, a method of assembling the heater control switch 1 will be described.
First, as shown in fig. 2(a) - (c), two rubber dome sheets 9 are assembled to the holding body 10. At this time, the rubber clips 9 are slid and pushed into the storage spaces having the same shape, using the corresponding holding walls 14 and the common holding wall 15 as marks. When the tip end of the rubber dome 9 reaches the regulating wall 18 of the holding body 10 (see fig. 3(a) - (c)), the base end surface 16 of the rubber dome 9 is aligned with the surface 17 on the near side of the holding body 10, and the aligned state is visually confirmed, whereby the assembly of the rubber dome 9 into the holding body 10 is completed. Then, two rubber dome pieces 9 are assembled to the holding body 10 to form 1 rubber unit 3.
Next, as shown in fig. 1(a) to (c), the switch members 4 and 5 are assembled to the main body 2 from the side of the external surface (the surface on the opposite side to the illustrated side) of the main body 2 to predetermined positions, and then the rubber unit 3 is assembled to the main body 2 so as to insert the cassette tape. At this time, the rubber unit 3 is pushed in by positioning the corresponding boss portion 6 with reference thereto and pressing the operation rib portion 8 with a finger, and finally the rubber unit 3 is assembled to the main body 2 by snapping. When the rubber unit 3 is replaced, the rubber unit 3 is detached from the main body 2 by releasing the snap. Then, in this example, the assembly of the heater control switch 1 is completed with the assembly of the two rubber members 3 to the main body 2. The heater control switch 1 is mounted on a vehicle panel and used as an interior part of a vehicle.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) Two rubber clips 9 are assembled to a holding body 10 to form a rubber unit 3, and the rubber unit 3 is assembled to a main body 2 by inserting a cassette tape. Since the holding body 10 is independent from the main body 2, when the rubber clips 9 are assembled to the holding body 10, the narrow and deep portions are not required to be assembled. This makes it possible to easily assemble the rubber dome 9 to the holding body 10. Therefore, the assembling property can be improved.
(2) The respective rubber clips 9 can be assembled to the respective corresponding portions of the holding body 10 using the corresponding clip walls 14 and the common clip wall 15 as marks.
(3) The rubber dome 9 can be stably held in a state where the tip of each rubber dome 9 abuts against the corresponding restricting wall 18 of the holding body 10.
(4) The completion of the assembly of the rubber dome 9 to the holding body 10 can be confirmed at the stage where the base end surface 16 of each rubber dome 9 and the surface 17 on the near side of the holding body 10 are aligned.
(5) The rubber component 3 can be relatively simply assembled to the main body 2 in such a manner that the operation rib 8 is pressed with a finger.
(6) The rubber unit 3 can be assembled to the main body 2 by performing alignment with reference to the boss portion 6.
(7) Each rubber dome 9 includes an elastic rib 13, and the elastic rib 13 contacts a corresponding portion of the holding body 10 to apply a frictional force thereto. This elastically holds the rubber dome 9.
(8) Two switches (including the switch member 4 or the switch member 5) are assigned to 1 rubber dome 9, and the switches can be operated independently of each other.
The above embodiment can be modified and embodied as follows.
The configuration is not limited to the configuration in which the click feeling is given to the switching operation by the spring piece shape portion of the rubber spring piece 9. The switch contact may be provided on the spring plate-shaped portion.
The configuration is not limited to the following: an engaging portion 4a is provided between two sheet portions 12 located on the same side and facing each other with respect to each base portion 11, out of a total of 4 sheet portions 12 of the two rubber domes 9 cooperating with each other, and an engaging portion 5a is provided between two sheet portions 12 facing each other. The rubber unit 3 may include one rubber dome 9, and the engaging portion 4a may be assigned to one sheet portion 12 of the total two sheet portions 12, and the engaging portion 5a may not be assigned to the other sheet portion 12.
The shapes of the rubber dome 9, the holding body 10, and the main body 2 are not limited to the above embodiment.
The switch device according to the present invention is not limited to the heater control switch 1.
Next, technical ideas that can be grasped from the above-described embodiments and other examples are described.
(A) In the switch device, the rubber dome is formed in a shape in which a pair of sheet portions are line-symmetric with respect to a base portion including a symmetry axis, and the holding body includes the positioning portion at a position corresponding to the base portion of the rubber dome.
(B) In the switch device, the positioning portion of the holding body includes a pinching wall that defines a housing space conforming to a shape of the base portion of the rubber dome.
