Abstract
本发明提供了一种具有体征监测功能的智能动物标签,固定连接在动物的耳朵上,包含MCU单元、三轴传感器芯片单元、温度传感器单元、无线传感模块单元和电池单元;电池单元供电连接MCU单元、三轴传感器芯片单元和温度传感器单元;三轴传感器芯片单元和温度传感器单元分别双向连接到MCU单元的信息采集端口,无线传感模块单元连接到MCU单元的通信端口。有益效果是可以测量动物行走的频率及行走的速度和动物的身体温度,通过ISM频段无线接收模块把这些信息上传给上位机,方便工作人员观察每只动物的身体健康状态,及时给予对应的处理,提高动物的健康水平。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于动物标签领域,尤其是涉及一种具有体征监测功能的智能动物标签。
背景技术
耳标是动物标识之一,用于证明牲畜身份,承载牲畜个体信息的标志,加施于牲畜耳部。但是现有的动物标签难以用于牧场智能化管理。现有的标签不具有测量动物行走的频率及行走的速度和动物的身体温度的功能,工作人员不方便观察每只动物的信息,难以及时发现异常情况来判断动物是处于身体健康状态,生病状态,以便对处于异常状态的动物给予对应的处理。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种具有体征监测功能的智能动物标签,可以测量动物行走的频率及行走的速度和动物的身体温度,通过ISM频段无线接收模块把这些信息上传给上位机,方便工作人员观察每只动物的身体健康状态,及时给予对应的处理,提高动物的健康水平。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种具有体征监测功能的智能动物标签,固定连接在动物的耳朵上,包含MCU单元、三轴传感器芯片单元、温度传感器单元、无线传感模块单元和电池单元;所述电池单元供电连接所述MCU单元、所述三轴传感器芯片单元和所述温度传感器单元;所述三轴传感器芯片单元和所述温度传感器单元分别双向连接到所述MCU单元的信息采集端口,所述无线传感模块单元连接到所述MCU单元的通信端口。
进一步的,所述无线传感模块单元为工作频率在391MHZ至464MHZ范围内的ISM频段模块。
进一步的,还包括复位电路单元,所述复位电路单元连接在所述MCU单元的复位端口。
相对于现有技术,本发明所述的具有体征监测功能的智能动物标签具有以下优势:
三轴传感器芯片单元能够实时测量动物行走的频率及行走的速度,温度传感器单元能够实时检测动物的身体温度,三轴传感器芯片单元和温度传感器单元能够分别将采集的信息传输到MCU单元,由MCU单元进行数据处理,并且能够通过ISM频段模块把这些信息无线上传给上位机。相关工作人员可以很方便的观察每只动物的这些信息,及时发现异常情况来判断动物是处于身体健康状态,生病状态,以便对处于异常状态的动物给予对应的处理,提高牧场,养殖场动物的健康水平,提高产量,并相应确保我们人类赖以生存的食物的安全性。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以通过具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种具有体征监测功能的智能动物标签,固定连接在动物的耳朵上,包含MCU单元1、三轴传感器芯片单元2、温度传感器单元3、无线传感模块单元4和电池单元5;所述电池单元5供电连接所述MCU单元1、所述三轴传感器芯片单元2和所述温度传感器单元3;所述三轴传感器芯片单元2和所述温度传感器单元3分别双向连接到所述MCU单元1的信息采集端口,所述无线传感模块单元4连接到所述MCU单元1的通信端口。
所述无线传感模块单元4为工作频率在391MHZ至464MHZ范围内的ISM频段模块。此处优选433MHZ频率进行无线通信。
还包括复位电路单元6,所述复位电路单元6连接在所述MCU单元1的复位端口。
本实例的工作过程:如图2所示,MCU单元1采集温度传感器单元3的温度信息,还与三轴传感器芯片单元2部分芯片通讯,发送采集指令,得到三轴加速度传感器的X,Y,Z三个方向的加速度信息并转换成运动体的步伐,一定的时间间隔,MCU单元1通过433MHZ无线模块传送给同样有433MHZ无线接收模块的上位机。

Claims (3)
1.一种具有体征监测功能的智能动物标签,固定连接在动物的耳朵上,其特征在于:包含MCU单元、三轴传感器芯片单元、温度传感器单元、无线传感模块单元和电池单元;所述电池单元供电连接所述MCU单元、所述三轴传感器芯片单元和所述温度传感器单元;所述三轴传感器芯片单元和所述温度传感器单元分别双向连接到所述MCU单元的信息采集端口,所述无线传感模块单元连接到所述MCU单元的通信端口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有体征监测功能的智能动物标签,其特征在于:所述无线传感模块单元为工作频率在391MHZ至464MHZ范围内的ISM频段模块。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有体征监测功能的智能动物标签,其特征在于:还包括复位电路单元,所述复位电路单元连接在所述MCU单元的复位端口。
