Abstract
本发明提供一种复合地板及其制备方法,所述复合地板包括采用共挤工艺压制成型的共挤层,所述共挤层包括从上至下依次设置的第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层。本发明复合地板,以木塑发泡层为主体材料层,减轻了地板的整体重量,在木塑发泡层的两侧分别设置第一PVC平衡层和第二PVC平衡层,使得复合地板性能更加稳定。采用共挤工艺压制成型,避免使用胶水粘合,更加环保,且加工工序简单,采用共挤工艺使得各层之间结合更加紧密,由于环境变化的影响而出现分层以及翘曲的情况较少。并且,本发明复合地板膨胀率低、收缩率低,性能非常优异,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及地板技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
PVC地板是以聚氯乙烯为主要原料,加入填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、着色剂等辅料制成的地板。通常的PVC地板都具有多层结构,一般包括耐磨层、印花膜层、中料层、基料层等多层结构,PVC地板的中料层和基料层通常密度较大,因此地板重量较重,使用上存在一定的不便。木塑地板一般包括表皮层、发泡材料层和静音层,其中发泡材料层采用低密度发泡材料制成,因此木塑地板整体的重量较轻。现有的木塑地板各层之间一般采用胶水粘合,但是胶水粘合容易出现粘合不牢的情况,制作工序复杂人力成本较高,使用过程中由于环境温度、湿度的影响,地板各层之间的胶水容易失效脱落,并且,木塑地板不耐高温,温度达到50℃以上就开始出现翘曲,且翘曲≥2mm,无法继续使用,导致使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种复合地板及其制备方法,复合地板重量较轻,且耐高温、不易分层、不易翘曲,使用寿命长。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种复合地板,包括采用共挤工艺压制成型的共挤层,所述共挤层包括从上至下依次设置的第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层。
于本发明一实施例中,所述共挤层还包括静音层,设于所述第二PVC平衡层下方。
于本发明一实施例中,还包括印花膜层和耐磨层,所述印花膜层设于所述第一PVC平衡层上方,所述耐磨层设于所述印花膜层上方。
于本发明一实施例中,所述第一PVC平衡层和所述第二PVC平衡层采用相同材料制成,所述第一PVC平衡层由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC20-30份,碳酸钙65-75份,钙锌稳定剂1-3份,氯化聚乙烯1-3份,丙烯酸酯0.5-1.5份,PE蜡0.1-0.5份,硬脂酸0.1-0.5份,炭黑0.1-0.5份。
于本发明一实施例中,所述木塑发泡层由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯35-55份,石粉40-50份,钙锌稳定剂2-3份,PVC内润滑剂0.2-0.6份,PVC外润滑剂0.1-0.4份,丙烯酸酯3-5份,氧化聚乙烯均聚物0.1-0.4份,碳酸氢钠0.1-0.4份,2,2-偶氮二异丁腈0.1-0.4份,氯化聚氯乙烯1-2份。
本发明还提供一种上述复合地板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、分别混合PVC平衡层的原料和木塑发泡层的原料;
S2、将木塑发泡层的原料挤出为一层,将PVC平衡层的原料挤出为两层,两层分别为第一PVC平衡层和第二PVC平衡层,第一PVC平衡层挤出于木塑发泡层的上方,第二PVC平衡层挤出于木塑发泡层的下方,第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层形成共挤层半成品;
S3、将共挤层半成品移动至相对设置的两组压辊之间压制成型,压辊的温度为180℃-210℃,两组压辊之间的间距为共挤层半成品的厚度减去0.7mm-1.3mm。
于本发明一实施例中,共挤层半成品的移动速度为0.5m/min-1.5m/min。
于本发明一实施例中,步骤S1中,还包括将混合的PVC平衡层的原料预热至170℃-190℃,将混合的木塑发泡层的原料预热至170℃-190℃。
于本发明一实施例中,步骤S1中,还包括混合静音层的原料;步骤S2中,还包括将静音层的原料挤出于第二PVC平衡层的下方,静音层与所述第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层、第二PVC平衡层一起形成共挤层半成品。
于本发明一实施例中,所述PVC平衡层由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC20-30份,碳酸钙65-75份,钙锌稳定剂1-3份,氯化聚乙烯1-3份,丙烯酸酯0.5-1.5份,PE蜡0.1-0.5份,硬脂酸0.1-0.5份,炭黑0.1-0.5份;所述木塑发泡层由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯35-55份,石粉40-50份,钙锌稳定剂2-3份,PVC内润滑剂0.2-0.6份,PVC外润滑剂0.1-0.4份,丙烯酸酯3-5份,氧化聚乙烯均聚物0.1-0.4份,碳酸氢钠0.1-0.4份,2,2-偶氮二异丁腈0.1-0.4份,氯化聚氯乙烯1-2份。
与现有技术相比,本技术方案的有益效果是:

下面结合附图,通过具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
请参考图1所示,本发明提供一种复合地板,包括采用共挤工艺压制成型的共挤层1,所述共挤层1包括从上至下依次设置的第一PVC平衡层11、木塑发泡层12和第二PVC平衡层13。第一PVC平衡层11和第二PVC平衡层13分别从木塑发泡层12的两侧夹紧木塑发泡层12,使得复合地板性能更加稳定。在另一实施例中,所述共挤层1还包括静音层14,设于所述第二PVC平衡层3下方。在第二PVC平衡层3下方设置静音层14可以起到降低噪音的效果,更加适用于室内环境。所述静音层14采用IXPE材料制成。
所述复合地板还包括印花膜层2和耐磨层3,所述印花膜层2设于所述第一PVC平衡层11上方,所述耐磨层3设于所述印花膜层2上方。
所述第一PVC平衡层11和所述第二PVC平衡层13采用相同材料制成,所述第一PVC平衡层11由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC20-30份,碳酸钙65-75份,钙锌稳定剂1-3份,氯化聚乙烯1-3份,丙烯酸酯0.5-1.5份,PE蜡0.1-0.5份,硬脂酸0.1-0.5份,炭黑0.1-0.5份。
所述木塑发泡层由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯35-55份,石粉40-50份,钙锌稳定剂2-3份,PVC内润滑剂0.2-0.6份,PVC外润滑剂0.1-0.4份,丙烯酸酯3-5份,氧化聚乙烯均聚物0.1-0.4份,碳酸氢钠0.1-0.4份,2,2-偶氮二异丁腈0.1-0.4份,氯化聚氯乙烯1-2份。其中,PVC内润滑剂采用型号为G-16、ZB-60、OA6或70S的多元醇脂肪酸脂。PVC外润滑剂采用型号为ZB-74、ZB-175、ZB-101或G-74的丙烯酸酯类聚合物。
上述复合地板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、分别混合PVC平衡层的原料和木塑发泡层的原料。所述PVC平衡层由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC20-30份,碳酸钙65-75份,钙锌稳定剂1-3份,氯化聚乙烯1-3份,丙烯酸酯0.5-1.5份,PE蜡0.1-0.5份,硬脂酸0.1-0.5份,炭黑0.1-0.5份;所述木塑发泡层由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯35-55份,石粉40-50份,钙锌稳定剂2-3份,PVC内润滑剂0.2-0.6份,PVC外润滑剂0.1-0.4份,丙烯酸酯3-5份,氧化聚乙烯均聚物0.1-0.4份,碳酸氢钠0.1-0.4份,2,2-偶氮二异丁腈0.1-0.4份,氯化聚氯乙烯1-2份。
S2、将木塑发泡层的原料挤出为一层,将PVC平衡层的原料挤出为两层,两层分别为第一PVC平衡层和第二PVC平衡层。第一PVC平衡层挤出于木塑发泡层的上方,第二PVC平衡层挤出于木塑发泡层的下方。第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层形成共挤层半成品。
S3、将共挤层半成品1’移动至相对设置的两组压辊4之间压制成型,共挤层半成品的移动速度为0.5m/min-1.5m/min,两组压辊4在共挤层半成品1’的移动下转动从而挤压共挤层半成品1’,如图2所示。压辊的温度为180℃-210℃,两组压辊之间的间距为共挤层半成品的厚度减去0.7mm-1.3mm。
此外,复合地板的制备方法还包括将混合的PVC平衡层的原料预热至170℃-190℃,将混合的木塑发泡层的原料预热至170℃-190℃。
此外,对于设置静音层的复合地板,步骤S1中,还包括混合静音层的原料;步骤S2中,还包括将静音层的原料挤出于第二PVC平衡层的下方,则静音层与所述第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层、第二PVC平衡层一起形成共挤层半成品。
具体实施例如下:
实施例1
一种复合地板,包括从上至下依次设置的耐磨层、印花膜层、第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层,其中,第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层一起采用共挤工艺压制成型。所述第一PVC平衡层和第二PVC平衡层均由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC20份,碳酸钙65份,钙锌稳定剂1份,氯化聚乙烯1份,丙烯酸酯0.5份,PE蜡0.1份,硬脂酸0.1份,炭黑0.1份。所述木塑发泡层由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯35份,石粉40份,钙锌稳定剂2份,PVC内润滑剂0.2份,PVC外润滑剂0.1份,丙烯酸酯3份,氧化聚乙烯均聚物0.1份,碳酸氢钠0.1份,2,2-偶氮二异丁腈0.1份,氯化聚氯乙烯1份。
上述复合地板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

S3、将共挤层半成品以0.5m/min的速度移动至相对设置的两组压辊之间压制成型。压辊的温度为180℃,两组压辊之间的间距为共挤层半成品的厚度减去1.3mm。
S4、在第一PVC平衡层上方依次粘贴印花膜层和耐磨层,得到复合地板产品。
实施例2
一种复合地板,包括从上至下依次设置的耐磨层、印花膜层、第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层、第二PVC平衡层和静音层,其中,第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层、第二PVC平衡层和静音层一起采用共挤工艺压制成型。所述第一PVC平衡层和第二PVC平衡层均由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC30份,碳酸钙75份,钙锌稳定剂3份,氯化聚乙烯3份,丙烯酸酯1.5份,PE蜡0.5份,硬脂酸0.5份,炭黑0.5份。所述木塑发泡层由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯55份,石粉50份,钙锌稳定剂3份,PVC内润滑剂0.6份,PVC外润滑剂0.4份,丙烯酸酯5份,氧化聚乙烯均聚物0.4份,碳酸氢钠0.4份,2,2-偶氮二异丁腈0.4份,氯化聚氯乙烯2份。所述静音层采用IXPE材料制成。
上述复合地板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、分别混合PVC平衡层的原料、木塑发泡层的原料和静音层的原料。其中,PVC平衡层的原料如下,以重量份计:PVC30份,碳酸钙75份,钙锌稳定剂3份,氯化聚乙烯3份,丙烯酸酯1.5份,PE蜡0.5份,硬脂酸0.5份,炭黑0.5份。木塑发泡层的原料如下,以重量份计:聚氯乙烯55份,石粉50份,钙锌稳定剂3份,PVC内润滑剂0.6份,PVC外润滑剂0.4份,丙烯酸酯5份,氧化聚乙烯均聚物0.4份,碳酸氢钠0.4份,2,2-偶氮二异丁腈0.4份,氯化聚氯乙烯2份。静音层原料为IXPE材料。
S2、将混合的木塑发泡层的原料预热至170℃,并将木塑发泡层的原料挤出为一层;将混合的PVC平衡层的原料预热至170℃,并将PVC平衡层的原料挤出为两层,两层分别为第一PVC平衡层和第二PVC平衡层。第一PVC平衡层挤出于木塑发泡层的上方,第二PVC平衡层挤出于木塑发泡层的下方。将静音层的原料预热至170℃,并将静音层的原料挤出于第二PVC平衡层的下方,第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层、第二PVC平衡层和静音层一起形成共挤层半成品。
S3、将共挤层半成品以0.5m/min的速度移动至相对设置的两组压辊之间压制成型。压辊的温度为180℃,两组压辊之间的间距为共挤层半成品的厚度减去1.3mm。
S4、在第一PVC平衡层上方依次粘贴印花膜层和耐磨层,得到复合地板产品。
实施例3
一种复合地板,包括从上至下依次设置的耐磨层、印花膜层、第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层,其中,第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层一起采用共挤工艺压制成型。所述第一PVC平衡层和第二PVC平衡层均由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC23份,碳酸钙68份,钙锌稳定剂2份,氯化聚乙烯1份,丙烯酸酯0.8份,PE蜡0.2份,硬脂酸0.3份,炭黑0.2份。所述木塑发泡层由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯40份,石粉42份,钙锌稳定剂2份,PVC内润滑剂0.3份,PVC外润滑剂0.3份,丙烯酸酯4份,氧化聚乙烯均聚物0.2份,碳酸氢钠0.2份,2,2-偶氮二异丁腈0.2份,氯化聚氯乙烯1份。

S2、将混合的木塑发泡层的原料预热至180℃,并将木塑发泡层的原料挤出为一层;将混合的PVC平衡层的原料预热至180℃,并将PVC平衡层的原料挤出为两层,两层分别为第一PVC平衡层和第二PVC平衡层。第一PVC平衡层挤出于木塑发泡层的上方,第二PVC平衡层挤出于木塑发泡层的下方。第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层形成共挤层半成品。
S3、将共挤层半成品以0.8m/min的速度移动至相对设置的两组压辊之间压制成型。压辊的温度为190℃,两组压辊之间的间距为共挤层半成品的厚度减去1.1mm。
S4、在第一PVC平衡层上方依次粘贴印花膜层和耐磨层,得到复合地板产品。
实施例4
一种复合地板,包括从上至下依次设置的耐磨层、印花膜层、第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层,其中,第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层一起采用共挤工艺压制成型。所述第一PVC平衡层和第二PVC平衡层均由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC25份,碳酸钙70份,钙锌稳定剂2份,氯化聚乙烯2份,丙烯酸酯1份,PE蜡0.3份,硬脂酸0.3份,炭黑0.4份。所述木塑发泡层由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯40份,石粉45份,钙锌稳定剂3份,PVC内润滑剂0.4份,PVC外润滑剂0.3份,丙烯酸酯4份,氧化聚乙烯均聚物0.3份,碳酸氢钠0.3份,2,2-偶氮二异丁腈0.3份,氯化聚氯乙烯2份。
上述复合地板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、分别混合PVC平衡层的原料和木塑发泡层的原料,其中,PVC平衡层的原料如下,以重量份计:PVC25份,碳酸钙70份,钙锌稳定剂2份,氯化聚乙烯2份,丙烯酸酯1份,PE蜡0.3份,硬脂酸0.3份,炭黑0.4份。所述木塑发泡层的原料如下,以重量份计:聚氯乙烯40份,石粉45份,钙锌稳定剂3份,PVC内润滑剂0.4份,PVC外润滑剂0.3份,丙烯酸酯4份,氧化聚乙烯均聚物0.3份,碳酸氢钠0.3份,2,2-偶氮二异丁腈0.3份,氯化聚氯乙烯2份。
S2、将混合的木塑发泡层的原料预热至190℃,并将木塑发泡层的原料挤出为一层;将混合的PVC平衡层的原料预热至190℃,并将PVC平衡层的原料挤出为两层,两层分别为第一PVC平衡层和第二PVC平衡层。第一PVC平衡层挤出于木塑发泡层的上方,第二PVC平衡层挤出于木塑发泡层的下方。第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层形成共挤层半成品。
S3、将共挤层半成品以1.0m/min的速度移动至相对设置的两组压辊之间压制成型。压辊的温度为210℃,两组压辊之间的间距为共挤层半成品的厚度减去0.9mm。
S4、在第一PVC平衡层上方依次粘贴印花膜层和耐磨层,得到复合地板产品。
实施例5
一种复合地板,包括从上至下依次设置的耐磨层、印花膜层、第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层,其中,第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层一起采用共挤工艺压制成型。所述第一PVC平衡层和第二PVC平衡层均由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC28份,碳酸钙72份,钙锌稳定剂2份,氯化聚乙烯3份,丙烯酸酯1.5份,PE蜡0.4份,硬脂酸0.4份,炭黑0.3份。所述木塑发泡层由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯45份,石粉45份,钙锌稳定剂3份,PVC内润滑剂0.5份,PVC外润滑剂0.3份,丙烯酸酯5份,氧化聚乙烯均聚物0.4份,碳酸氢钠0.4份,2,2-偶氮二异丁腈0.4份,氯化聚氯乙烯2份。
上述复合地板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、分别混合PVC平衡层的原料和木塑发泡层的原料,其中,PVC平衡层的原料如下,以重量份计:PVC 28份,碳酸钙72份,钙锌稳定剂2份,氯化聚乙烯3份,丙烯酸酯1.5份,PE蜡0.4份,硬脂酸0.4份,炭黑0.3份。所述木塑发泡层的原料如下,以重量份计:聚氯乙烯45份,石粉45份,钙锌稳定剂3份,PVC内润滑剂0.5份,PVC外润滑剂0.3份,丙烯酸酯5份,氧化聚乙烯均聚物0.4份,碳酸氢钠0.4份,2,2-偶氮二异丁腈0.4份,氯化聚氯乙烯2份。
S2、将混合的木塑发泡层的原料预热至185℃,并将木塑发泡层的原料挤出为一层;将混合的PVC平衡层的原料预热至185℃,并将PVC平衡层的原料挤出为两层,两层分别为第一PVC平衡层和第二PVC平衡层。第一PVC平衡层挤出于木塑发泡层的上方,第二PVC平衡层挤出于木塑发泡层的下方。第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层形成共挤层半成品。
S3、将共挤层半成品以1.5m/min的速度移动至相对设置的两组压辊之间压制成型。压辊的温度为200℃,两组压辊之间的间距为共挤层半成品的厚度减去0.7mm。
S4、在第一PVC平衡层上方依次粘贴印花膜层和耐磨层,得到复合地板产品。

对比例1的复合地板各层材料与实施例1相同,但不采用共挤方式压制成型。先分别压制成型每一层,然后各层之间采用胶水粘合。
将实施例1-5和对比例1的复合地板做性能测试,依照EN434标准检测复合地板的膨胀率、收缩率和翘曲情况,检测结果如下表1。

由此可见,本发明的复合地板膨胀率小、收缩率小,耐高温,翘曲小,性能稳定,使用寿命长。
本发明虽然已以较佳实施例公开如上,但其并不是用来限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,都可以利用上述揭示的方法和技术内容对本发明技术方案做出可能的变动和修改,因此,凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化及修饰,均属于本发明技术方案的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种复合地板,其特征在于,包括采用共挤工艺压制成型的共挤层,所述共挤层包括从上至下依次设置的第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合地板,其特征在于,所述共挤层还包括静音层,设于所述第二PVC平衡层下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合地板,其特征在于,还包括印花膜层和耐磨层,所述印花膜层设于所述第一PVC平衡层上方,所述耐磨层设于所述印花膜层上方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合地板,其特征在于,所述第一PVC平衡层和所述第二PVC平衡层采用相同材料制成,所述第一PVC平衡层由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC20-30份,碳酸钙65-75份,钙锌稳定剂1-3份,氯化聚乙烯1-3份,丙烯酸酯0.5-1.5份,PE蜡0.1-0.5份,硬脂酸0.1-0.5份,炭黑0.1-0.5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合地板,其特征在于,所述木塑发泡层由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯35-55份,石粉40-50份,钙锌稳定剂2-3份,PVC内润滑剂0.2-0.6份,PVC外润滑剂0.1-0.4份,丙烯酸酯3-5份,氧化聚乙烯均聚物0.1-0.4份,碳酸氢钠0.1-0.4份,2,2-偶氮二异丁腈0.1-0.4份,氯化聚氯乙烯1-2份。
6.一种如权利要求1所述的复合地板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、分别混合PVC平衡层的原料和木塑发泡层的原料;
S2、将木塑发泡层的原料挤出为一层,将PVC平衡层的原料挤出为两层,两层分别为第一PVC平衡层和第二PVC平衡层,第一PVC平衡层挤出于木塑发泡层的上方,第二PVC平衡层挤出于木塑发泡层的下方,第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层和第二PVC平衡层形成共挤层半成品;
S3、将共挤层半成品移动至相对设置的两组压辊之间压制成型,压辊的温度为180℃-210℃,两组压辊之间的间距为共挤层半成品的厚度减去0.7mm-1.3mm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,共挤层半成品的移动速度为0.5m/min-1.5m/min。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,还包括将混合的PVC平衡层的原料预热至170℃-190℃,将混合的木塑发泡层的原料预热至170℃-190℃。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,还包括混合静音层的原料;步骤S2中,还包括将静音层的原料挤出于第二PVC平衡层的下方,静音层与所述第一PVC平衡层、木塑发泡层、第二PVC平衡层一起形成共挤层半成品。
10.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述PVC平衡层由以下重量份的原料制成:PVC20-30份,碳酸钙65-75份,钙锌稳定剂1-3份,氯化聚乙烯1-3份,丙烯酸酯0.5-1.5份,PE蜡0.1-0.5份,硬脂酸0.1-0.5份,炭黑0.1-0.5份;所述木塑发泡层由以下重量份的原料制成:聚氯乙烯35-55份,石粉40-50份,钙锌稳定剂2-3份,PVC内润滑剂0.2-0.6份,PVC外润滑剂0.1-0.4份,丙烯酸酯3-5份,氧化聚乙烯均聚物0.1-0.4份,碳酸氢钠0.1-0.4份,2,2-偶氮二异丁腈0.1-0.4份,氯化聚氯乙烯1-2份。
