Abstract

本发明涉及Fe‑Ti‑Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)配制FeCl2乙醇溶液,然后加入钛酸四正丁酯,再加入铽盐乙醇溶液,混合均匀;(2)加入碱液,陈化24h以上;(3)在氮气气氛保护下滴入化学计量的双氧水,60‑70℃下保温1h以上;(4)采用磁铁分离出沉淀物;(5)经过真空干燥、真空煅烧后,制得Fe‑Ti‑Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂。还涉及由该方法制得的Fe‑Ti‑Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂及其应用。本发明取材简单,制作方便,具有节能、固硫、减排和预防结焦/除焦的综合性能,属于燃煤添加剂技术领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及燃煤添加剂技术,具体的说,涉及Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂的制备方法,涉及由该制备方法制得的Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂,还涉及Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂的应用。
背景技术
近年来,煤炭价格不断攀升,受国家对燃煤企业的排放要求进一步提高等因素的影响,使得节能减排成为当前企业的重中之重。就目前的燃煤企业节能减排措施来看,常规的改进设备、余热回收等手段,受到资金投入、设备改进余量等的制约,收到的效果一般。因此,新型的节煤添加剂需求逐步提升,作为一种新型的节煤剂,应该具备:节能、固硫、减排和预防结焦/除焦的综合性能,以确保产品的广泛适用性。目前,市面上销售的节煤剂,大多都是传统的助燃型节煤剂,对燃烧效率低、煤炭燃烬率低的燃煤场合有一定的效果,但在大型的电站锅炉、水煤浆炉、新型干法旋窑水泥等应用场合,无法取得满意的效果,因此,研究新型的多功能复合型节煤添加剂具有重要的社会和经济价值。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提供一种实现了节能、固硫、减排和预防结焦/除焦的综合性能的Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂的制备方法。
本发明的第二个目的是:提供一种实现了节能、固硫、减排和预防结焦/除焦的综合性能的Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂。
本发明的第三个目的是:提供一种实现了节能、固硫、减排和预防结焦/除焦的综合性能的Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂的应用。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)配制FeCl2乙醇溶液,然后加入钛酸四正丁酯,再加入铽盐乙醇溶液,混合均匀;(2)加入碱液,陈化24h以上;(3)在氮气气氛保护下滴入化学计量的双氧水,60-70℃下保温1h以上;(4)采用磁铁分离出沉淀物;(5)经过真空干燥、真空煅烧后,制得Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂。其中,FeCl2乙醇溶液的溶质是FeCl2,溶剂是乙醇;铽盐乙醇溶液的溶质是铽盐,溶剂是乙醇。
作为一种优选,步骤(1)的铽盐乙醇溶液中,铽盐为TbCl3、TbF3、TbF4中的一种或两种。
作为一种优选,步骤(2)中,在混合液中加入的碱液为KOH乙醇溶液或NaOH乙醇溶液。其中,KOH乙醇溶液或NaOH乙醇溶液的溶质是KOH或NaOH,溶剂是乙醇。
作为一种优选,步骤(1)中,FeCl2乙醇溶液的浓度为1-2mol/L,铽盐乙醇溶液的浓度为0.1-0.2mol/L,步骤(2)中碱液的浓度为10mol/L。
作为一种优选,步骤(5)中,真空干燥条件为75-80℃真空干燥,真空煅烧条件为500℃真空煅烧。
Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂,采用Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂的制备方法制得。
作为一种优选,Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂为粉末状材料。
Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂的应用,作为燃煤的节煤、固硫、除焦添加剂使用。
总的说来,本发明具有如下优点:
取材简单,制作方便;最终产物中,Fe-Ti复合材料主要起到提升煤炭中灰分固硫效果和提升焦渣熔融温度的作用,Fe-Tb复合材料主要是起到降低燃烧的活化能,催化燃烧,提升煤炭燃烧效率、提高燃烧构成显热发热量的作用;帮助燃煤企业节能减排。

具体实施方式
下面来对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
实施例一
Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:首先,配制浓度为2mol/L FeCl2乙醇溶液1L,然后加入1mol钛酸四正丁酯(TNB),再缓慢加入0.1mol/L浓度的TbCl3乙醇溶液100ml,混合均匀后,以30ml/min的速度滴加浓度为10mol/L的NaOH乙醇溶液1L,陈化24h后,在氮气气氛保护下滴入0.67mol的双氧水,60-70℃下保温1h后,采用磁铁分离出沉淀物,经过75℃真空干燥、500℃真空煅烧后,制得的粉末材料即为Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂。
将制备得到的Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂,添加到水煤浆实验炉上进行测试,其节能减排效果如下表。

从实验数据显示,添加剂对焦渣的粘结性也有一定的改善,能够有效预防锅炉结焦。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)配制FeCl2乙醇溶液,然后加入钛酸四正丁酯,再加入铽盐乙醇溶液,混合均匀;
(2)加入碱液,陈化24h以上;
(3)在氮气气氛保护下滴入化学计量的双氧水,60-70℃下保温1h以上;
(4)采用磁铁分离出沉淀物;
(5)经过真空干燥、真空煅烧后,制得Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂;真空煅烧条件为500℃真空煅烧;
步骤(1)的铽盐乙醇溶液中,铽盐为TbCl3、TbF3、TbF4中的一种或两种。
2.按照权利要求1所述的Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中,在混合液中加入的碱液为KOH乙醇溶液或NaOH乙醇溶液。
3.按照权利要求1所述的Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,FeCl2乙醇溶液的浓度为1-2mol/L,铽盐乙醇溶液的浓度为0.1-0.2mol/L;步骤(2)中碱液的浓度为10mol/L。
4.按照权利要求1所述的Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)中,真空干燥条件为75-80℃真空干燥。
5.Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂,其特征在于:采用权利要求1至4中任一项所述的Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂的制备方法制得。
6.按照权利要求5所述的Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂,其特征在于:为粉末状材料。
7.按照权利要求5或6所述的Fe-Ti-Tb三元复合型节煤固硫除焦添加剂的应用,其特征在于:作为燃煤的节煤、固硫、除焦添加剂使用。
