本发明涉及陶瓷领域,具体地说是一种日用陶瓷窑变色釉产品的生产方法。
背景技术
日用陶瓷的外观装饰方式有釉下贴花、釉上贴花、手彩、印彩等装饰方式,随人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的人崇尚自然,窑变釉的瓷器花面变化莫测,自然美观、色彩丰富,受到了人们的喜爱。但由于窑变釉对烧制气氛、釉料配置、窑中温度要求极高,造成产品合格率不高,成品极少。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种日用陶瓷窑变色釉产品的生产方法,通过配方设计和控制烧制工艺,能够大量烧制各种窑变产品,提高产品合格率,提升市场竟争力。
本发明的日用陶瓷窑变色釉产品的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下生产步骤:
(1)坯料制备
取高岭土44重量份、球土7重量份、长石20重量份、石英15重量份、膨润土3重量份、紫木节土5重量份、废弃陶瓷6重量份作为坯料的原料;
将上述原料混和后加清水进行湿法球磨,经球磨原料通过除铁机除铁后过200目筛,经除铁过筛后的原料通过压滤机压滤成泥块,将泥块通过练泥机进行练泥,制备出质量含水率为21—23%的坯料备用;
(2)釉料制备
取基釉85重量份、氧化镁5重量份、氧化钙4重量份、氧化锆4重量份、锆白2重量份、稻草灰5重量份、堇青石10重量份作为釉料的原料;
——上述基釉是化工色釉,具体可以是天青釉、钧红釉、雪花釉等;
将上述原料混和后加清水进行湿法球磨,经球磨原料通过除铁机除铁,经除铁后原料过320目筛,经过筛原料用清水调配成浓度为52波美度的釉料备用;
(3)成型修坯
取上述备用的坯料,采用滚压成型机进行滚压成型;采用日用陶瓷生产的常规修坯工艺,对成型坯体表面进行修整;
(4)施釉
对经修整后的坯体进行施釉,施釉采用浸釉方法,坯体浸入浓度为52波美度的釉液中浸泡4—5秒钟,使产品表面吸附釉液,形成厚度为0.4—0.5mm的釉层;
(5)烧成
将经施釉坯体置于隧道窑内采用氧化气氛按以下程序烧成:
A.将窑炉温度于4小时内由常温升温至1230℃烧成2小时;
B.以200℃/小时的速度降温至400℃,再保温30分钟;
C.以300℃/小时的速度升温至1230℃继续烧成2小时;
D.以20℃/小时的速度升温至1280℃,最后用1小时降温至1230℃继续烧成2小时;
E.窑炉自然降温至常温,制得产品。
本发明上述常温是20—35℃。
本发明的方法能够适用于各种颜色窑变产品的生产,窑变效果好,产品合格率可高达98%以上,提高了产品质量的同时,大幅降低了生产成本。
具体实施方式
以下通过实施例及对比例对本发明进行详细的说明。
实施例:(1)坯料制备
取高岭土44重量份、球土7重量份、长石20重量份、石英15重量份、膨润土3重量份、紫木节土5重量份、废弃陶瓷6重量份作为坯料的原料;

(5)烧成
将经施釉坯体置于隧道窑内采用氧化气氛按以下程序烧成:
A.将窑炉温度于4小时内由常温升温至1230℃烧成2小时;
B.以200℃/小时的速度降温至400℃,再保温30分钟;
C.以300℃/小时的速度升温至1230℃继续烧成2小时;
D.以20℃/小时的速度升温至1280℃,最后用1小时降温至1230℃继续烧成2小时;
E.窑炉自然降温至常温,制得产品。
本实施例制得的产品,窑变效果好,自然美观、色彩丰富,合格率高达99%,提高了产品质量的同时,大幅降低了生产成本。
对比例1:与实施例不同的是,坯料中没有加入球土。坯料的塑料和结合性差,不易成型,制品易变形、强度降低、烧成范围度变窄。
对比例2:与实施例不同的是,坯料中没有加入紫木节土。坯体的塑性及制品的性能差。
对比例3:与实施例不同的是,坯料中没有加入膨润土。烧成时脱水过程慢,收缩小,用量不宜多,严重地影响泥浆性能,使坯体软化变形。
对比例4:与实施例不同的是,釉料中没有加入氧化镁。制成的产品釉层热稳定性差,白度低,烧成提高,使釉的流动性差。
对比例5:与实施例不同的是,釉料中没有加入锆白。制成的产品白度下降,强度降低,抗水溶性能差。
对比例6:与实施例不同的是,釉料中没有加入氧化锆。制成的产品釉面强度差,窑变效果单一。
对比例7:与实施例不同的是,釉料中没有加入稻草灰。制成的产品釉面光滑度差,窑变效果不自然。

对经修整后的坯体进行施釉,施釉采用浸釉方法,坯体浸入浓度为52波美度的釉液中浸泡4—5秒钟,使产品表面吸附釉液,形成厚度为0.4—0.5mm的釉层;
(5)烧成
将经施釉坯体置于隧道窑内采用氧化气氛按以下程序烧成:
A.将窑炉温度于4小时内由常温升温至1230℃烧成2小时;
B.以200℃/小时的速度降温至400℃,再保温30分钟;
C.以300℃/小时的速度升温至1230℃继续烧成2小时;
D.以20℃/小时的速度升温至1280℃,最后用1小时降温至1230℃继续烧成2小时;
E.窑炉自然降温至常温,制得产品。
2.权利要求1所述生产方法,其特征在于,所述基釉是天青釉、钧红釉或雪花釉。
3.权利要求1所述生产方法,其特征在于,所述常温是20—35℃。
